Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a seamless wall covering, in particular a method for jointless coating of walls in the interior and exterior with a multi-layer cement coating / cementing and such a wall covering (see, eg FR-A-775 059 ).
- Wall constructions are usually constructed of concrete, concrete blocks, bricks, limestone or aerated concrete blocks as load-bearing or non-structural elements. Most of these building materials are plastered with gypsum, gypsum-lime, lime cement, cement lime or cement mortar.
- Non-load-bearing interior walls may also consist of solid gypsum panels or lightweight constructions with substructures of various wood or metal materials and planking of gypsum, gypsum plasterboard, cement, insulation panels or other building materials. Solid interior walls can also be clad with materials described above.
- deck plasters made of various common materials (abrasion, smooth plasters, fillings, etc.).
- garments / coverings of, for example, prefabricated ceramic, stoneware, glass, metal plates, etc. are chosen - or it will be plastic coverings, wallpaper various materials, Linolbeläge, one- or multi-component plastic materials used.
- materials for surface beautification and increase the mechanical strength into consideration are chosen - or it will be plastic coverings, wallpaper various materials.
- Grainy deck plasters and smooth plasters are usually, if they are not dyed at the factory, provided with a coat of paint. Mineral or plastic-bound fillers are supplied dyed and provided with a protective coating after application. These topcoats have low compressive strength and are more in need of maintenance. Coverings and claddings made of hard products have a joint grid due to material and processing. For individual materials, the joint area is the problem area when cleaning. If the surface is not glazed, e.g. in natural stone, oil, acids, acids and limescale affect the original look. The common feature of all hard coverings and cladding is a planning ahead of joint planning on internals such as electrical, plumbing, windows, doors, etc. must take into account. In addition, joints limit the impression of space.
- Plastic coverings, plastic materials for coatings and wallpaper are either ecologically meaningful, because they are no longer separable from the substrate (deconstruction) or simply do not correspond to the zeitgeist.
- the present invention seeks to provide a method of the type mentioned, which wall and ceiling surfaces refined so that they remain breathable or permeable, easy to clean, adapted to the application areas are sufficiently pressure-resistant and in particular by the seamless Execution, rooms can look optically far.
- the substrates are preferably made of cementitious materials.
- gypsum-containing substrates are previously complete with a neoprene dispersion primer or dispersion primer.
- the waiting time after the applied primer is at least 3 to max. 24 hours at 20 ° C.
- cement putties used advantageously applies that the mixing of the dry mortar under water with 10-15% and good mixing with a medium or high speed agitator for 2 to 5 minutes. After a maturing time of, for example, 5-10 minutes, the cement putty should again be thoroughly stirred until a pasty mass is formed.
- the first cement putty is advantageously at a room temperature of 8 to max. 30 ° C the filler in a layer thickness of 0.8-1.5 mm with a steel trowel wound up and plattenelt.
- the incorporation of the second leveling layer can be done in the still moist, slightly soft first putty layer. Water addition and mixing time correspond to the first layer.
- the second putty results in an increase in thickness of the combined putty layer by, for example, 0.1 to 0.5, in particular 0.3 millimeters.
- a slurry of fine-grained sand, fine-grained quartz sand, cement, cement color pigments is treated with water.
- the granular components can also be omitted.
- This slurry is then incorporated into the dry or vorgenässten substrate (cement scraper) with a moss, Ausfuggummi or smoothing tool and then ground / rubbed with a fleece or a felt in the surface.
- the thickness increase of the wall covering layer by the slurry application is very low.
- the surface can be covered with a protective layer (impregnation, primer, sealant) or varnish).
- a protective layer impregnation, primer, sealant
- varnish varnish
- the cement filling preferably consists of silicate or carbonate rocks such as basalt, jagged stone, marble, Siena, etc. and should preferably in a proportion of between 10 and 35 weight percent in, for example, the fractions 0.1-0.3 mm, 0.4 - 0.7 mm, 0.8 - 1.0 mm , possibly up to 1.5 mm included. Chunky or splintery grains are more likely to be avoided. Under the fraction 0.1 mm, stone powder of the corresponding color can be used with a share of up to 30%.
- the binder consists of white or gray cement depending on the requirements of the ultimate strength of the classes CEM I. or II. 32.5, 42.5 or 52.5 in a proportion between 25 and 40%.
- white lime is mixed up to a maximum proportion of up to 10%.
- artificial puzzulanes and the product can be added to positively influencing, unhealthy plastics.
- Glass fibers with a length of 3 - 9 mm have a positive influence on the initial shrinkage behavior.
- the sludge consists of stone powder (about 30%), possibly stone or quartz sand (about 30%), gray or white cement (about 30-40%) and is mixed with a weight-based content of 18-25% water to a thin liquid slurry, the granular fraction is omitted, it is to be replaced by cement.
- the rubbing or grinding of the sludge into the dry or pre-wet, smooth or rustic prepared cement filling - this is essential after application with a moss, Ausfuggummi, smoothing tool or other commonly used in construction tools such as brush, broom or Sponge, not with a glass paper or the like, but with a low-speed disc sander with fleece or felt pad.
- the execution as multicolored surface follows the same principle. After applying the differently colored slurries, depending on the room temperature, wait between 5 and 15 minutes for the sludges to lightly tighten, but not completely dry, and then process the slurries without any intercourse with the mentioned grinding procedure.
- the structured wall and ceiling surfaces are finished after 3 to 10 days with the protective layers already mentioned. So designed, smooth or structured surfaces have the necessary hardness and wear resistance. The seamless, colorful look of the individuality in contemporary architecture with an easy-care surface, there are no limits.
