Definitions
- the invention relates to a goalkeeper glove according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Such goalie gloves have the purpose of improved protection of the To ensure hands and especially the individual fingers. In addition to protecting the Hand area is a further requirement for such gloves that they as far as possible not impair the natural functions of the hand. With a goalkeeper glove it can be seen that, on the one hand, this does not impair fishing safety and if possible even improve, while on the other hand especially the finger joints to be protected from the forces occurring during the catching or punching process are. There is also a particular danger for a goalkeeper’s fingers when a sharp shot ball is in line with the length of a finger strikes the outstretched finger. Another source of danger is external influences e.g. in the event of an impact on goal posts or by opponents who use their Cleats on the hand of the goalkeeper. Not insignificant injuries can occur here occur.
- the support element is designed in two parts, in particular to simplify production.
- the support element has an outer part with an elongated, raised central part and laterally protruding flat edges or belt straps. Are in the middle part spaced-apart transverse slots, into which spreading webs of an inner part engage, which is arranged within the raised central part.
- the expansion bars of the inner part are connected to each other on both sides by tie bars.
- In an assembled Position results in a pre-curvature with this construction, because the Spread apart the edges of the cross slots. It comes with this Glove to a load in the sense of an overextension towards the back of the hand, so the spreader bars come under pressure, this pressure from the edges the cross slots is transmitted.
- the tensile reaction forces that occur are by the straps on the outer part and the tie bars on the inner part.
- the Belt straps must be flat so that they do not add to the bending of the base part Oppose form resistance, but with such a bend z. B. be curved in their plane to close a fist.
- this glove also has disadvantages. So is the power to Deflecting the support element from the rest position, d. H. to curl your finger, not adjustable by free shaping because z. B. the width of the transverse slots due to manufacturing is not freely realizable. These must e.g. B. when using an injection molding process have a certain manufacturing-related minimum width. Furthermore should the support element of this known glove also a certain coverage of the Have fingers to develop the protective function. The side occurring here Overhang due to the belt straps just protruding is limited in its dimensioning, since the individual neighboring fingers of this known glove are not may mutually impair their function. Another orientation of this Webbing as in the plane, such as B.
- the glove according to the invention is thus characterized in that the support elements have a plurality of prefabricated links which extend transversely to the longitudinal extent the support elements or the finger extend over the back of the finger and which are hinged together.
- This configuration of the support elements in the manner of a link chain allows an essential compared to the known designs Improved comfort because the natural functions of the hand largely remain unaffected.
- the z. B. for baling a fist required additional force due to the articulated coupling of the limbs completely avoided or at least reduced as much as possible. If so If desired, a restoring force can also be used to maintain a basic position to be provided.
- the glove according to the invention continues and without Limitations over the prior art provide reliable protection for the Finger joints achieved against injuries.
- Another advantage of the glove according to the invention is that a much larger one due to the structured design of the support elements constructive freedom especially for adapting to rounded fingers, i.e. to the actual contour of a finger. This allows it to be more delicate become and there is an improved wearing comfort. You can also use it Impairments between individual neighboring fingers with regard to their function be avoided even better. Because the support elements are anatomically attached to the fingers are adaptable, a protective grasping of the back of the finger can be achieved even better. In addition, better padding and embedding of the individual fingers is possible because fewer parts protrude from the finger contour, the padding thinner than in State of the art can be trained.
- the support elements are arranged in or on the upper hand part, whereby they can reliably develop their protective effect.
- each Link can for this purpose, for example, on a side facing another link be provided at least one hinge pin that is closest to a suitable bearing hole Link is insertable, i.e. each link has bearing bolts and bearing holes. in this connection can these bearing arrangements be provided in the side region of the links, so that they are on the side of the fingers.
- the links have on the side surfaces facing one another in the support element Blocking areas, which are designed such that the links in Extend the direction away from the back of the finger in the longitudinal direction of the finger so that each support element is curved towards the back of your fingers.
- This allows a certain Provide finger pre-alignment, which is desired.
- This can also provide even better protection against overextension of a finger Towards the back of the hand.
- injuries in Direction of the longitudinal extension of the ball hitting a finger etc. is even better can be avoided because the load is reliably absorbed by the support element becomes.
- the support element itself opposes the ball, but it does it tends to bend to form a fist rather than an overextension of the fingers permit.
- FIG. 1 shows a glove 1 which has an upper hand part 2 and an inner hand part 3 has. A user's fingers intervene between these.
- the upper hand part 2 is also in an inner palm layer 21 and a palm or upper hand outer layer 22, which is a kind of pocket in the area of the fingers form, into which support elements 4 are inserted.
- each support element 4 a plurality of links 41.
- the tension member is designed as a tension band 42.
- This drawstring 42 passes through a complementary through hole 411 in link 41 (see FIG. 3).
- Each link 41 is also designed so that it to the Anatomy of a finger is adapted, d. H. extends slightly around a finger and has as little overlap as possible on the side applied by the finger, such as this is clearly shown in particular in FIG. 3.
- each link 41 opposing locking surfaces 412 and adjoining rolling surfaces 413 on.
- a transition line 414 between a barrier surface 412 and a rolling surface 413 is designed so that it coincides with the central axis of the tension member meets.
- FIG. 4 To clarify the functioning of the support elements 4 in FIG. 4 is an easy one angled support element 4 with an end member 44 and two members 41 shown.
- the two links 41 are penetrated by the tension band 42, which is in the end link 44 z. B. is fixed by gluing.
- the definition of the tension band 42 in the end member 44 however, can also be done in other ways, z. B. also by the end member 44 passed, returned in the opposite direction and welded, for example can.
- the shape of the end member 44 inclines the support element 4 in the longitudinal direction of the finger hitting ball to bend towards the palm, i.e. a Support fist formation. This helps prevent injuries.
- FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment of a support element 4 ', at of the two pull wires 43 are arranged in the lateral region of a link 41 'and the insofar also does not correspond to the invention, in which a connection of the links by means of hinge joints.
- the central axis of the pull wires 43 can thereby continue from the upper edge of a blocking surface 412 'which is distant therefrom be, which results in a larger lever for power transmission and absorption.
- a rolling surface 413 ' is also formed.
- the link 41 ' can be used in this embodiment also better adapt to the anatomy of a finger.
- links 41 "and 41" ' shown. 6 the links point in the transverse direction to the longitudinal extension of the fingers discontinuous blocking or rolling surfaces.
- Fig. 7 are the locking or rolling surfaces curved.
- the links are such Complementarily designed that they interlock positively and thus an enlarged Provide contact surface and improved cornering. Furthermore can thus realize larger individual links without impairing comfort become, whereby fewer links are required for a support element.
- FIG. 8 shows a further embodiment of a link 41 "".
- the drawstring 42 not arranged in a through hole, but in a T-slot. Therefore it can be inserted through the opening of the groove with the appropriate flexibility, which the Assembly of the support element facilitated. Moreover, such a link is also simpler produced.
- Another advantage of this design is that it is more constructive Freedoms are given and the drawstring 42 e.g. this brings you closer to the back of your fingers can be brought up. The limb can therefore better match the actual finger contour be adjusted.
- the links with a hinge joint (instead connected with each other via traction elements). This allows forces acting in a transverse direction to the support element 4 or 4 'occur, better recorded and on neighboring Limbs are transferred.
- each link preferably on a locking surface is provided with a projection and a recess on the other blocking surface.
- improved guidance in the angled state is also possible.
- the interacting edge areas of the projection and the recess can be bevelled and / or rounded in order to thread or to facilitate sliding into each other.
- each link 41 or 41 ' as can be seen in particular from FIGS 3 and 5 can be seen, can be adapted even more clearly to the finger contour be to increase the comfort.
- the support elements 4 and 4 'according to the invention can also in the area of the wrist to protect this area. Can also the support elements 4 and 4 'are also supported on support plates on the back of the hand, so to be able to support the forces introduced even better if necessary.
- the inner hand part 3 of the glove 1 according to the invention can also be used with a Latex foam or another foamed plastic, the good Has damping properties, but expresses a delayed springback. This allows balls to be held even more reliably.
- the invention thus creates a goalkeeper glove, the articulated support elements having.
- the individual prefabricated links of the support elements extend thereby transversely to the longitudinal direction of the support elements or the finger over the back of the finger and possibly the flanks of the fingers and are articulated together. So that becomes a improved protection for the finger joints achieved, while also a greater constructive There is freedom for adjustments to the respective rounded fingers.
- the invention Glove 1 ' is therefore characterized by effective protection for the intactness of the fingers or the hand combined with great comfort, with both the access and trapping properties as well as the defense options supported by the goalkeeper.
