Claims (9)
- Un procédé pour la production d'emballages (10) de rouleaux de papier, les emballages (10) ayant une forme essentiellement prismatique dont les surfaces latérales sont enveloppées avec une feuille (11) de film plastique et dont une surface frontale (25) est fermée, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que l'autre face frontale (26) de l'emballage (10) est fermée selon les phases consistant à : utiliser des plaques de retenue (12, 13) pour maintenir les rabats (17, 18) parallèles aux surfaces latérales de l'emballage dont ils constituent des prolongements respectifs ; rapprocher les rabats (17, 18) l'un de l'autre en permettant leur glissement contrôlé tangentiellement aux plaques (12, 13) ; et insérer entre les rabats (17, 18), durant leur rapprochement réciproque progressif, les surfaces latérales (28) de la feuille (11) qui leur sont adjacentes ; le procédé de production d'emballages comprenant les autres phases consistant à joindre de façon stable les rabats (17, 18) réunis afin de former un unique appendice (19) ; et à pratiquer une ouverture (21) dans ledit appendice (19) destinée à servir de poignée pour l'emballage (10).
- Le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, durant le rapprochement réciproque des rabats (17, 18), qui sont progressivement réunis, le matériau des deux autres surfaces latérales (28) de la feuille (11) de film plastique est soigneusement disposé par l'action de moyens de poussée dirigés vers lesdites surfaces latérales.
- Le procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de poussée consistent en des flux d'air d'intensité appropriée dirigés vers les surfaces latérales.
- Le procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux rabats opposés (17, 18) de la feuille (11) de film plastique sont maintenus sous-tendus l'un par rapport à l'autre par les plaques de retenue (12, 13) qui opèrent par aspiration des rabats (17, 18) de la feuille (11) de film en polythène, l'aspiration des plaques (12, 13) étant modulée en fonction des points de la course de rapprochement réciproque des rabats (17, 18).
- Un dispositif pour la production automatique d'emballages de rouleaux de papier enveloppés dans des feuilles de film en polythène ou matériau analogue, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des plaques aspirantes (12, 13) qui se déplacent verticalement dans les deux sens pour rapprocher l'un de l'autre les rabats opposés (17, 18) de la feuille (11) de film plastique situés au niveau d'une (26) des deux surfaces frontales (25, 26) de l'emballage (10), en les maintenant sous-tendus l'un par rapport à l'autre avec possibilité de glissement tangentiellement aux plaques (12, 13); le dispositif comprenant aussi: des moyens destinés à pousser soigneusement le matériau des surfaces latérales (28) de la feuille (11) situées entre les rabats (17, 18) dans l'espace compris entre ces mêmes rabats (17, 18), durant le rapprochement réciproque progressif de ceux-ci ; des moyens destinés à joindre les deux rabats (17, 18) une fois ceux-ci en contact réciproque ; et des moyens destinés à pratiquer une ouverture (21) dans la surface de jonction des deux rabats (17, 18).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens destinés à pousser soigneusement le matériau des surfaces latérales (28) de la feuille (11) situées entre les rabats (17, 18) dans l'espace compris entre ces mêmes deux rabats (17, 18) consistent en des moyens qui émettent des flux d'air dont l'intensité et la direction sont réglables.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens destinés à joindre les deux rabats (17, 18) de la feuille (11) de film plastique comprennent des moyens de scellage destinés à sceller les deux rabats (17, 18) le long de lignes de soudure (20) parallèles.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les lignes de soudure parallèles se trouvent à proximité des bords intérieur et extérieur de la surface de jonction des rabats (17, 18), formant ainsi une couche de matériau (19).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens destinés à pratiquer une ouverture (21) dans la couche de matériau (19) comprennent des poinçons dont les dimensions et la forme sont adaptées pour obtenir des ouvertures (21) pouvant servir de poignée pour l'emballage (10).
