Claims (13)
- Geschütztes Verschlusssystem (1) für Laborröhrchen bzw. Propfenröhrchen (2), das folgende Merkmale enthält:einen inneren im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Körper(3) mit einem unteren Teil (4), das dazu geeignet ist, in das obere Teil eines Laborröhrchens eingesetzt zu werden;eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische Kappe (6) mit einer oberen Schließwand (7) und einer zylindrischen Wand (9), die dazu dient, den inneren Körper (3) und das obere Teil des Laborröhrchens (2) aufzunehmen,
- Geschütztes Verschlusssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Körper (3) einen oberen Stellring (5) aufweist, der sich in radialer Richtung erstreckt und gegen den im geschlossenen Zustand oberen Rand (2a) des Laborröhrchens (2) eingesetzt ist.
- Geschütztes Verschlusssystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Vorsprünge (11) axial bis zu einer Entfernung X von der oberen Schließwand (7) erstrecken, wobei diese Entfernung X größer ist als die Höhe Y des Stellrings (5).
- Verschlusssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (11) sich in radialer Richtung einwärts bis auf eine gedachte zylindrische Fläche erstrecken, deren Durchmesser kleiner ist als der äußere Durchmesser des Laborröhrchens, so dass im geschlossenen Zustand eine Reibungskraft erzeugt wird, deren Intensität die Verkupplung der Kappe auf dem Laborröhrchen gewährleistet und gleichzeitig einen gewissen Aufwand des Benutzers verlangt, um das Laborröhrchen zu öffnen bzw. zu schließen.
- Verschlusssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Schließwand (7 ) der Kappe (3) über ihren Umfang verteilt Öffnungen (13) aufweist, wobei der Querschnitt der Vorsprünge (11) immer innerhalb der Fläche dieser Öffnungen (13) enthalten ist.
- Geschütztes Verschlusssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (11) sich in Längsrichtung, d.h. in die Richtung ausdehnen, in der die Längsachse des Laborröhrchens liegt.
- Geschütztes Verschlusssystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (11) einen quadratischen Querschnitt (11.1) aufweisen.
- Geschütztes Verschlusssystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (11) einen dreieckigen Querschnitt (11.2) aufweisen.
- Geschütztes Verschlusssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Vorsprünge (14) vorgesehen sind, die die in Längsrichtung ausdehnenden Vorsprünge verbinden.
- Geschütztes Verschlusssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (11) aus einer Vielzahl von punktförmigen bzw. noppenförmigen Elementen (11.4) bestehen.
- Geschütztes Verschlusssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (11) Winkelsegmente (11.5) sind, die quer zur Längsachse des Laborröhrchens liegen.
- Geschütztes Verschlusssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Körper (3) aus Elastomer ist und dass die Kappe (6) aus kompaktem Kunststoff ist.
- Laborröhrchen (2), das in medizinischen Labors verwendet werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit einem geschützten Verschlusssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 ausgerüstet ist.
