Claims (12)

  1. Réservoir d'encre comportant un boîtier (10) ayant une paroi frontale (44) et un sac (38) logé dans ledit boîtier (10) et raccordé à un mécanisme d'accouplement (42), dans lequel le boîtier (10) est constitué d'une première coque (12) et d'une seconde coque (14) soudée à la première coque (12), caractérisé en ce que la paroi frontale (44) est formée avec ledit mécanisme d'accouplement (42) qui pénètre dans la paroi frontale (44), en ce que la première coque (12) contient ladite paroi frontale (44) et en ce que la première coque (12) a une extrémité ouverte opposée à la paroi frontale (44).
  2. Réservoir d'encre selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le boîtier (10) présente une configuration analogue à celle d'une boîte et les première et seconde coques (12, 14) sont assemblées au niveau d'une jonction (16) qui passe par une partie centrale des parois latérales (18) du boîtier dans un plan essentiellement parallèle à la paroi frontale (44).
  3. Réservoir d'encre selon la revendication 2, dans lequel chacune des première et seconde coques (12, 14) comporte une bride (20) s'étendant le long de la dite jonction (16).
  4. Réservoir d'encre selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les première et seconde coques (12, 14) sont soudées par points au niveau des brides (20).
  5. Réservoir d'encre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la seconde coque (14) a une partie supérieure (30) en forme de toit délimitée par une paroi (32) inclinée vers le haut d'un seul tenant avec la seconde coque (14) et une paroi (34) inclinée vers le bas d'un seul tenant avec la première coque (12) et fait saillie à partir d'une extrémité arrière de sa paroi supérieure.
  6. Réservoir d'encre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première coque (12) comporte une paroi interne (46) qui fait saillie vers le bas depuis la paroi supérieure jusqu'à l'intérieur du boîtier et est positionnée dans un plan médian longitudinal du boîtier.
  7. Réservoir d'encre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les première et seconde coques (12, 14) sont des pièces moulées par injection.
  8. Imprimante à jet d'encre contenant un réservoir d'encre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 précédentes.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un réservoir d'encre comportant un boîtier (10) ayant une paroi frontale (44) et un sac (38) logé dans ledit boîtier (10), ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - mouler une première coque (12) et une seconde coque (14) ; et
    - souder les première et seconde coques (12, 14) ensemble,
    caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape de moulage de la première coque (12) et de la seconde coque (14), la première coque (12) comporte ladite paroi frontale (44) à l'intérieur de laquelle un mécanisme d'accouplement (42) est formé et une extrémité ouverte opposée à la paroi frontale, le mécanisme d'accouplement (42) pénétrant dans la paroi frontale (44) ;
    caractérisé en outre par les étapes suivantes :
    - raccorder le sac (38) au mécanisme d'accouplement (42), de manière que la partie arrière du sac déborde de l'extrémité ouverte de la première coque (12) ; et
    - ajuster la seconde coque (14) sur la partie saillante du sac (38) ; avant de souder ensemble la première et la seconde coques (12, 14).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel les première et seconde coques (12, 14) sont soudées ensemble par soudage par ultrasons.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel les première et seconde coques (12, 14) sont soudées ensemble par soudage par points.
  12. Procédé de remplissage d'un sac d'encre (38) dans un boîtier (10), dans lequel le sac (38) est logé dans le boîtier (10) comportant une paroi frontale (44) formée avec un mécanisme d'accouplement (42) raccordé au sac (38), ledit mécanisme d'accouplement (42) pénétrant dans la paroi frontale (44), dans lequel le boîtier comporte en outre une première coque (12) incluant ladite paroi frontale (44) et une seconde coque (14) soudée à la première coque (12) selon une configuration analogue à celle d'une boîte et les coques (12, 14) sont assemblées au niveau d'une jonction (16) qui passe par une partie centrale des parois latérales (18) du boîtier dans un plan essentiellement parallèle à la paroi frontale (44), où chacune des première et seconde coques (12, 14) comporte au moins une bride (20) s'étendant le long de la dite jonction (16) et où les coques (12, 14) sont soudées par points au niveau de ces brides, et dans lequel l'encre est introduite du conteneur extérieur dans le sac (38) par le mécanisme d'accouplement (42) et l'air présent à l'intérieur du boîtier (10) est expulsé par l'intermédiaire de ladite jonction (16), moyennant quoi la pression d'air à l'intérieur du boîtier (10) en dehors du sac (38) est maintenue en équilibre avec la pression d'air en dehors du boîtier.
