Claims (4)
- Wärmetauscher, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, bestehend aus
im wesentlichen plattenförmigen Strömungskanalelementen (2), welche wenigstens zwei Strömungskanäle aufweisen,
wobei die Strömungskanäle im wesentlichen parallel zueinander und zumindest teilweise parallel zur Längsachse des Strömungskanalelementes (2) verlaufen, und
wobei die Strömungskanäle der Strömungskanalelemente durch wenigstens einen zumindest teilweise parallel zur Längsachse des Strömungskanalelementes verlaufenden Teilungsbereich (7) von einander abgegrenzt werden, und
wenigstens einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter, welcher einen Deckelbereich (4), einen Bodenbereich (3) und wenigstens ein Trennelement (5) aufweist,
wobei der Flüssigkeitsbehälter wenigstens eine Anschlusseinrichtung aufweist, durch die ein Flüssigkeitsein- bzw. -auslauf in/aus dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter möglich ist, und
wobei das Trennelement den Innenraum des Flüssigkeitsbehälters in wenigstens zwei Räume unterteilt, so dass die Öffnungen der Strömungskanäle in einer Strömungsverbindung mit den jeweiligen Räumen des Flüssigkeitsbehälters stehen, und
wobei die beiden Räume des Flüssigkeitsbehälters durch das Trennelement im wesentlichen flüssigkeitsdicht voneinander getrennt sind, und
wobei der Bodenbereich (3) mit dem Deckelement flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden ist und Durchführungen (9) aufweist, durch welche die Strömungskanalelemente in den Innenraum des Flüssigkeitsbehälters ragen, und
die Teilungsbereiche (7) schlitzförmige Ausnehmungen (8) aufweisen, welche sich von den die Strömungskanalöffnungen aufweisenden Enden der Strömungskanalelemente im wesentlichen soweit entlang der Längsachse der Strömungskanalelemente erstrecken, dass zwischen den in den Flüssigkeitsbehälter ragenden Strömungskanalelementen das Trennelement (5) derart eingreift, dass zwischen den Wandungen der Strömungskanäle und dem Trennelement eine im wesentlichen flüssigkeitsdichte Verbindung besteht,
wobei die Außenkontur des Trennelementes im wesentlichen dem Oberflächenverlauf des Bodenbereichs des Flüssigkeitsbehälters entspricht, und
wobei die Querschnittsfläche der Strömungskanäle entlang der Längsachse der Strömungskanalelemente im wesentlichen konstant ist. - Wärmetauscher gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Bodenbereich (3) im Abschnitt der Durchführungen (9), und insbesondere im Bereich der die Durchführungen begrenzenden Randbereiche (10) ins Innere des Flüssigkeitsbehälters vorstehend ausgeführt ist, wobei zwischen den Strömungskanalelementen und den Randbereichen der Durchführungen eine im wesentlichen formschlüssige und/oder kraftschlüssige Verbindung besteht. - Wärmetauscher gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Trennelement Vorsprünge (6) aufweist, welche in Vertiefungen des Bodenbereichs eingreift, so dass im Bereich dieser Vertiefungen eine im wesentlichen formschlüssige Verbindung des Bodenbereichs mit dem Trennelement (5) besteht. - Wärmetauscher gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die beiden Strömungskanäle der Strömungskanalelemente innerhalb der Strömungskanalelemente durch wenigstens einen freien Querschnitt miteinander verbunden sind.
