Claims (8)
- Keramisches Kochsystem mit einer Glaskeramikplatte, die auf ihrer Unterseite eine Isolationsschicht mit Heizelementen zur direkten Beheizung der Glaskeramikplatte trägt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum besseren Verbund zwischen der Glaskeramikplatte (10) und der Isolationsschicht (20) die Unterseite (11) der Glaskeramikplatte (10) eine Feinstruktur (12) mit Strukturelementen (13) aufweist, die eine Länge (L) zwischen 10 und 250 µm und eine Höhe (H) zwischen 1 und 100 µm besitzen und zumindest teilweise Hinterschnitte zur Verzahnung mit der Isolationsschicht (20) bilden. - Kochsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feinstruktur (12) einer rasterförmigen Noppen-Struktur (15) überlagert ist. - Kochsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strukturelemente (13) der Feinstruktur (12) einstückig mit der Glaskeramikplatte (10) ausgebildet ist. - Kochsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feinstruktur (12) durch getrennte, auf die Glaskeramikplatte (10) aufgebrachte Strukturelement (13) gebildet ist. - Kochsystem nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strukturelemente (13) aus keramischem Pulver, wie AL2O3, SiO2, MgO, Spinell, bestehen. - Kochsystem nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das keramische Pulver mit metalloxidischen Zusätzen, wie TiO2 und Alkalien, wie Na, versetzt ist. - Kochsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strukturelemente (13) sphäroidische, kantige und unregelmäßige Formen aufweisen. - Kochsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (L) der Strukturelemente (13) vorzugsweise zwischen 40 und 100 µm und die Höhe (H) zwischen 20 und 60 µm gewählt ist.
