Description

Keramisches Kochsystem mit Glaskeramikplatte, Isolationsschicht und Heizelementen
Die Erfindung betrifft ein keramisches Kochsystem mit einer Glaskeramikplatte, die auf ihrer Unterseite eine elektrische Isolationsschicht mit einem oder mehreren Heizelementen zur direkten Beheizung der Glaskeramikplatte trägt.
Diese keramischen Kochsysteme mit einer direkten Beheizung der Glaskeramikplatte zeichnen sich durch hohe Ankochleistung aus und haben gegenüber der Beheizung mittels Strahlungsheizkörper bezüglich Effizienz und Designmöglichkeiten Vorteile.
Keramische Kochsysteme bestehen aus einer ebenen Glaskeramikplatte, auf dessen Oberseite das zu beheizende Kochgefäß abgestellt wird. Die Glaskeramikplatten umfassen oxidische und nicht oxidische Keramiken, wie der WO 00/15005, der FR 2 744 1 16, der EP 0 861 014 A1 und der US 6,037,572 zu entnehmen ist. Zur elektrischen Isolation wird zwischen der Glaskeramikplatte und den Heizelementen eine Isolationsschicht für die elektrische Isolation aufgebracht. Als Material für diese Isolationsschicht eignen sich Stoffe mit hohem elektrischem
Isolationswert, vor allem Stoffsysteme AL2O3-SiO2-MgO mit Werkstoffen wie Korund, Mullit, Periklas, Spinell und Cordierit.
Auf der Isolationsschicht werden die Heizelemente aufgebracht. Als Heizelemente können dünne Schichten vollflächig durch Sputtern oder im CVD-Verfahren vorgesehen werden, wobei insbesondere SnO2 verwendet wird, wie die WO 00/18 189 zeigt.
Eine weitere Möglichkeit besteht in dem Aufbringen von Dickschicht-Leiterbahnen aus Silber-Palladium-Legierungen im Siebdruckverfahren, wie aus der EP 0 861 014 A1 und der EP 0 069 218 A1 zu entnehmen ist.
Bei derartigen keramischen Kochsystemen bereitet die Aufbringung der Isolationsschicht auf die Unterseite der Glaskeramikplatte Schwierigkeiten, denn diese muss nicht nur sehr fest an der Glaskeramikplatte haften, sie muss auch eine hohe elektrische Isolationswirkung bei guter Wärmeleitfähigkeit besitzen. Dies bedingt in der Regel einen nicht voll befriedigenden Kompromiss.
Es sind als Dickschicht aufgetragene Isolationsschichten für ein keramisches Kochsystem aus AL2O3, Spinell, ZrO2 oder MgO bekannt, die eine hohe Isolationswirkung haben. Da sie einen wesentlich größeren Ausdehnungskoeffizienten als die Glaskeramikplatte aufweisen, ergeben sich gerade während des Aufheizens große Spannungen in der Isolationsschicht, die zu einem teilweisen Lösen der Haftung an der Glaskeramikplatte führen können. Werden für die Isolationsschicht besser an der Glaskeramikplatte haftende und einen niedrigeren Ausdehnungskoeffizienten aufweisende Materialien, wie Mullit, oder Cordierit, verwendet, dann muss aus Isolationsgründen eine dickere Schicht aufgetragen werden, die dann zudem zu höherem Wärmeübergangsverlust führt.
Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein keramisches Kochsystem der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, bei dem eine als Dickschicht ausgebildete Isolation verwendet werden kann, ohne ein teilweises Lösen derselben von der Unterseite der Glaskeramikplatte befürchten und hohen Wärmeübergangsverlust in Kauf nehmen zu müssen.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, dass die Isolationsschicht in mehrere Isolationssegmente unterteilt ist, die sich über die Kochzone erstrecken und segmentindividuelle Heizelemente tragen.
Durch die Unterteilung der Isolationsschicht in mehrere Isolationssegmente, d.h. die Unterteilung der Kochzone in mehrere Teilzonen, werden kleinflächige Iso- lationsbereiche geschaffen. Die zugeordneten Isolationssegmente sind in ihren
Abmessungen so, dass sich in ihnen keine hohen mechanischen Spannungen ausbilden können, die beim Aufheizen zu einem teilweisen Lösen von der Unterseite der Glasplatte führen können. Dies bedingt, dass ohne Gefahr von auftretenden Fehlern als Dickschichten aufbringbare Materialien hoher Isolationswirkung, jedoch guter Wärmeübertragung verwendet werden können. Dazu wird in vorteilhafter Weise vorgesehen, dass die Isolationssegmente als Schicht mit einer Dicke von 100 bis 400 μm aus AL2O3, Mullit oder Cordierit, ZrO2 aufgebracht sind. Ist nach einer Ausgestaltung vorgesehen, dass die Isolationssegmente zumindest teilweise über Isolationsbrücken für Verbindungs-Leiterbahnen miteinander verbun- den sind, dann können die auf den Isolationssegmenten aufgebrachten, segmentindividuellen Heizelemente in gewünschter Weise verschaltet werden.
Um in den Teilzonen der so unterteilten Kochzone eine segmentindividuelle Temperaturmessung durchführen zu können, sieht eine weitere Ausgestaltung vor, dass den isolationsschichtfreien Stellen der Unterseite der Glaskeramikplatte Sensorbahnen zur Temperaturmessung aufgebracht sind.
Für die Unterteilung der Isolationsschicht lassen sich verschiedene Muster realisieren. So kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Unterteilung der Isolationsschicht in konzentrisch zueinander angeordnete kreisausschnittförmige Isolationssegmente vorgenommen ist.
Eine besonders günstige Unterteilung kann so vorgenommen sein, dass die Unterteilung der Isolationsschicht in ein zentrisches, annähernd scheibenförmiges Isolationssegment mit sektorförmiger Aussparung für Anschlussleitungen und mehrere das scheibenförmige Isolationssegment umschließende kreisausschnittförmige Isolationssegmente vorgenommen ist.
In bestimmten Fällen kann eine zentrisch in der Kochzone vorgenommene Tem- peraturmessung von Vorteil sein. Dazu wird die Ausgestaltung so vorgenommen, dass das scheibenförmige Isolationssegment im Zentrum eine Ausnehmung zum Aufbringen einer Sensorbahn aufweist. Für die Verbindung der segmentindividuell aufgebrachten Heizelemente kann nach einer Ausgestaltung vorgesehen sein, dass die segmentindividuellen Heizelemente als elektrisch leitende Dickschicht-Leiterbahnen aufgebracht und über als Dickschicht-Leiterbahnen ausgebildete Verbindungs-Leiterbahnen in der gewünschten Weise elektrisch leitend miteinander verbunden sind.
Es bleibt zu erwähnen, dass die Heizelemente nicht nur als Dickschicht-Heizleiter sondern auch als vollflächige Heizfolien ausgebildet sein können, die an die Größe und Form der Isolationssegmente angepasst sind.
Die Erfindung wird anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Ansicht auf die mit einer unterteilten Isolationsschicht versehene Unterseite eines Glaskeramikplatten-Ausschnittes und
Fig. 2 den Glaskeramikplatten-Ausschnitt nach Fig. 1 , wobei die Isolations- segmente aus Dickschicht-Leiterbahnen bestehende segmentindividuelle Heizelemente tragen.
Wie Fig. 1 zeigt, ist jeder auf der Glaskeramikplatte 10 vorgesehenen und auf deren Oberseite gekennzeichneten Kochzone auf der Unterseite 1 1 eine unterteilte Isolationsschicht deckungsgleich zugeordnet. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sieht die Unterteilung ein zentrisches, annähernd scheibenförmiges Isolationssegment 12 vor, das einen von einer zentrischen Ausnehmung 18 (Fig. 2) ausgehenden freien radialen Sektor 15 aufweist. Um dieses zentrische Isolationssegment 12 sind vier kreiausschnittförmige Isolationssegmente 13.1 , 13.2, 13.3 und 13.4 verteilt angeordnet, wobei zwischen den Isolationsseg-menten 13.2 und 13.3 wieder ein Sektor 16 freibleibt. Dieser Sektor 16 verlän-gert den Sektor 15 und bietet Zugang für den elektrischen Anschluss der Heizelemente. Die Isolationssegmente 13.1 und 13.2 sind über eine Isolationsbrücke 14.1 miteinander verbunden. Die Isolationsbrücke 14.2 verbindet die Isolationssegmente 13.3 und 13.4, während die Isolationsbrücke 14.3 die Isolationssegmente 13.4 und 13.1 mitein- ander verbindet.
Die isolationsschichtfreien Bereiche zwischen den Isolationssegmenten 1 2, 13.1 , 13.2, 13.3 und 13.4 können zur Temperaturmessung Seonsorbahnen 40, 41 und 42 tragen, mit denen teilzonenindividuelle Temperaturen erfasst werden können, um die Heizelemente teilzonenindividuell schalten und regeln zu können.
Auf die Isolationssegmente 12, 13.1 , 13.2, 13.3 und 13.4 sind segmentindividuelle Heizelemente 20, 30.1 , 30.2, 30.3 und 30.4 aufgebracht, wie Fig. 2 zeigt. Dabei sind diese Heizelemente durch konzentrisch zueinander angeordnete, kreisbogenförmige und mäanderförmig hintereinander geschaltete Dickschicht-
Leiterbahnen 25 bzw. 35 gebildet.
Die Anschlussleitungen 21 und 22 werden bei der Bestromung des auf dem zentrischen Isolationssegment 20 aufgebrachten Heizelement 20 angesteuert.
Die Heizelemente 30.1 , 30.2, 30.3 und 30.4 auf den Isolationssegmenten 13.1 , 13.2, 13.3 und 13.4 sind in Reihe (hintereinander) geschaltet, wobei die Ver- bindungs-Dickschicht-Leiterbahnen 33.1 , 33.2 und 33.3 auf den Isolationsbrücken 14.1 , 14.2 und 14.3 die Reihenschaltung vervollständigen. Die in Reihe geschalteten Heizelemente 30.1 , 30.2, 30.3 und 30.4 werden über Anschlussleitungen 31 und 32 angesteuert und bestromt.
Es ist leicht einzusehen, dass die Isolationssegmente 12, 13.1 , 13.2, 13.3 und 13.4 auf diese Weise klein gehalten werden können, wodurch beim Aufheizen wesentlich kleinere, mechanische Spannungen auftreten, wie bei einer geschlossenen, die gesamte Kochzone abdeckenden Isolationsschicht. Es können daher Materialen für die Isolationssegmente verwendet werden, die einen höheren
Ausdehnungskoeffizienten, jedoch höhere Isolationswirkung und als dünnere Schicht günstigere Wärmeübertragungseigenschaften aufweisen.

Claims

A n s p r ü c h e
1 . Keramisches Kochsystem mit einer Glaskeramikplatte, die auf ihrer Unterseite eine elektrische Isolationsschicht mit einem oder mehreren Heizelementen zur direkten Beheizung der Glaskeramikplatte trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isolationsschicht in mehrere Isolationssegmente (12, 13.1 , 13.2, 13.3, 13.4) unterteilt ist, die sich über die Kochzone erstrecken und segmentindividuelle Heizelemente ( 20, 30.1 , 30.2, 30.3, 30.4) tragen.
2. Kochsystem nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isolationssegmente (20, 30.1 , 30.2, 30.3, 30.4) zumindest teilweise über Isolationsbrücken (14.1 , 14.2, 14.3) für Verbindungs-Leiterbahnen (33.1 , 33.2, 33.3) miteinander verbunden sind.
3. Kochsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den isolationsschichtfreien Stellen der Unterseite (1 1 ) der Glas-kera- mikplatte (10) Sensorbahnen (40, 41 , 42, 43) zur Temperaturmessung aufgebracht sind.
4. Kochsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterteilung der Isolationsschicht in konzentrisch zueinander angeordnete kreisausschnittförmige Isolationssegmente vorgenommen ist.

Kochsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterteilung der Isolationsschicht in ein zentrisches, annähernd scheibenförmiges Isolationssegment (20) mit sektorförmiger Aussparung (15) für Anschlussleitungen und mehrere das scheibenförmige Isolationssegment (12) umschließende kreisausschnittförmige Isolationssegmente (13.1 , 13.2, 13.3, 13.4) vorgenommen ist.
6. Kochsystem nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das scheibenförmige Isolationssegment (12) im Zentrum eine Ausnehmung (17) zum Anbringen einer Sensorbahn (40) aufweist.
7. Kochsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isolationssegmente (12, 13.1 , 13.2, 13.3, 13.4) als Dickschicht mit einer Dicke von 100 bis 400 μm aus AL2O3, SiO2 oder Mullit, Cordierit, ZrO2 aufgebracht sind.
8. Kochsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die segmentindividuellen Heizelemente (20, 30.1 , 30.2, 30.3, 30.4) als elektrisch leitende Dickschicht-Leiterbahnen (25, 35) aufgebracht und über als Dickschicht-Leiterbahnen ausgebildete Verbindungs-Leiterbahnen
(33.1 , 33.2, 33.3) in der gewünschten Weise elektrisch leitend miteinander verbunden sind.
