Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Verbindungen, sie enthaltende Mittel sowie ihre Verwendung zur Bekämpfung von Schadpilzen.

7- (R) -amino-triazolopyrimidine, deren Herstellung und Verwendung zur Bekämpfung von pflanzenpathogenen Pilzen
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft 7- (R) -amino-triazolopyrimidine der Formel I
in der die Substituenten und der Index die folgenden Bedeutungen haben:

R3 C2-C10-Alkyl, C1-C4-Alkoxymethyl, C3-C10-Cycloalkyl;
R4 Halogen, C1-C-Alkyl, C1-C4-Haloalkyl oder C1-C4-Alkoxy;
n eine Zahl von 1 bis .5;
Y Halogen, Cyano, Cι-C4-Alkyl oder Cι-C4-Alkoxy;
wobei * ein Chiralitätszentrum in R-Konfiguration ist.
Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen der Formel I, Mittel zur Bekämpfung von pflanzenpathogenen Pilzen, welche die Verbindungen I •-enthalten, und die Verwendung der Verbindungen I zur Bekämpfung von pflanzenpa- thogenen Pilzen.
Aus WO-A 98/46607 sind racemische 5-Chlor-7-amino-6- (2, 4, 6-tri - fluorophenyl) -1,2, 4-triazolo [1, 5-α] pyrimidine bekannt. Weiterhin wird auf Seite 7, Absätze 1 und 2 der WO-A 98/46607 ganz allgemein erwähnt, daß bei Verbindungen mit einem chiralen Aminteil, die jeweiligen S-Enatiomeren besonders interessante fungizide Ei - genschaften aufweisen würden.
Aus WO-A 98/46608 sind racemische 5-Halogen-7- (fluoralkyl) ami- no-β-phenyl-l, 2, 4-triazolo [1, 5-α] pyrimid ne bekannt, wobei das α-C-Atom des 7- (Fluoralkyl) aminoteils chiral ist und eine CF3-Gruppe trägt. In dieser Schrift wird gelehrt, daß die jeweili- gen S-Enantiomeren besonders interessante fungizide Eigenscha en aufweisen wurden.
Davon ausgehend, liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, Verbindungen mit verbesserter Wirkung und/oder verbrei- tertem Wirkungsspektrum bereitzustellen.
Überraschenderweise wurde nun gefunden, dass diese Aufgabe gelöst wird mit Verbindungen, welche in 7-Stellung einen halogenfreien Aminorest tragen, der R-Konfiguration aufweist.
Die vorstehend aufgeführten Bedeutungen stellen Sammelbegriffe für -individuelle Aufzählungen der einzelnen Gruppenmitglieder dar. Sämtliche Kohlenstoffketten können geradkettig oder verzweigt sein. Halogenierte Substituenten tragen vorzugsweise 1 bis 5 gleiche oder verschiedene Halogenatome.
Bei den in den vorstehenden Formeln angegebenen Definitionen der Symbole wurden Sammelbegriffe verwendet, die allgemein. repräsentativ für die folgenden Substituenten stehen:

Die Umsetzung der Verbindung II mit (R) -konfigurierten Aminen der Formel III erfolgt beispielsweise in einem inerten Lösungs- oder
15 Verdünnungsmittel, wie einem Chlorkohlenwasserstoff (insbesondere Dichlormethan, Trichlormethan) , Aceton, Acetonitril, Dimethyl- sulfoxid, Dimethylformamid, N-Methylpyrrolidon, einem aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoff (insbesondere Toluol oder Chlorbenzol) oder einem Ether (insbesondere Tetrahydrofuran, Dirnethoxyethan
20 oder Dioxan) .
In der Regel wird die Reaktion unter Verwendung einer Base (beispielsweise Natriumcarbonat, Kaliumcarbonat, Natriumhydroxid, Ka- liumhydroxid, Natriumhydrid, Kaliumhydrid oder insbesondere eines
25 tertiären Amins) durchgeführt. Als besonders geeignet haben sich tertiäre Amine wie Triethylamin, Ethyldiisopropylamin oder Diaza- bicycloundecen erwiesen. Die Basen werden im Allgemeinen äquimo- lar oder im Überschuss verwendet. Außerdem kann es vorteilhaft - sein, eine katalytische Menge eines Kronen-ethers (beispielsweise
30 18-Krone-6 oder 15-Krone-5) zuzusetzen.
Die Reaktionstemperatur . liegt im Allgemeinen im Bereich von 0 bis 100°C, vorzugsweise 10 bis'- 35°C. Beispielsweise kann die Reaktion bei ■ Raumtemperatur durchgeführt' werden. 35
Zur Isolierung μnd Reinigung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen können übliche Methoden wie Extraktion, Chromatographie oder Um- kristallisation herangezogen werden. .
40 Die für die Herstellung der Verbindungen I benötigten 7-Halogeno- triazolopyrimidine II sind aus der Literatur bekannt oder können nach literaturbekannten Methoden hergestellt werden [vgl. WO-A 98/46607; EP-A 550 113]. Sie werden üblicherweise durch Umsetzung von 3-Amino-l, 2, 4-triazol mit 2-Phenylmalonestern bzw. 5 2-Phenylacetessigestern der Formel IV,
in der der R4 und der Index n die für Formel I gegebene Bedeutung haben und R für C1-C4-Alkyl steht, hergestellt. Ausgehend von 2-Phenylmalonestern (IVa) lassen sich auf diese Weise 5,7-Dihy- droxy-6-phenyltriazolopyrimidine und mit den Diketonen IVb werden die 5-Alkyl-7-hydroxy-6-phenyltriazolopyrimidine erhalten. Durch Verwendung der leicht zugänglichen 2-Phenylacetessigestern (IVb mit R=CH3) werden die 5-Methyl-7-hydroxy-6-phenyltriazolopyrimi- dine erhalten [vgl. Chem. Pharm. Bull., 9, 801, (1961)]. Die Her- Stellung der Ausgangsverbindungen IV wird in EP-A 10 02 788 beschrieben..
Die so erhaltenen 5, 7-Dihydroxy-6-phenyltriazolopyrimidine und 5-Alkyl-7-hydroxy-6-phenyltriazolopyrimidine werden mit Haloge- nierungsmitteln zu den' 7-Halogenotriazolopyrimidinen der Formel II umgesetzt. Bevorzugt werden Chlorierungs- oder Bromierungsmit- tel wie Phosphoroxybromid, Phosphoroxychlorid, Thionylchlorid, Thionylbromid oder Sulfurylchlorid eingesetzt. Die Umsetzung kann in Substanz oder in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels durchgeführt werden. Übliche Reaktionstemperaturen betragen von 0 bis 150°C oder vorzugsweise von 80 bis 125°C.
Die Herstellung der Verbindungen I, bei denen Y Alkyl bedeutet, kann auch nach der in US-A 5,994,360 beschriebenen Weise - ausge- hend von 5, 7-Dichloro-6-phenyltriazolopyrimidinen, Chlor/Amin- Austausch in 7-Position und Substitution des Chlors durch einen Malonsäurerest mit anschließender Decarboxylierung - erfolgen.'
Verbindungen I, bei denen Y Methoxy bedeutet, lassen sich vor- teilhafterweise nach dem in WO-A 99/41255 beschriebenen Verfahren - ausgehend von 5, 7-Dichloro-6-phenyltriazolopyrimidinen, Chlor/ Amih-Austausch in 7-Position und Substitution von Chlor durch Me- thanolät - herstellen.
Die Herstellung der R-konfigurierten Amine III läßt sich wie anhand von (R)-3,3-Dimethyl-but-2-amin (R-DMBA) vorteilhaft auf dem in Schema 1 dargestellten Weg herstellen.

Die o.g. Synthese geht von racemischem 3 , 3-Dimethyl-but-2-amin (rac-DMBA) aus, das - wie in J. Am. Chem. Soc, 1939(61), S.3500 bzw. J. Am. Chem. Soc. ,' 1941 (63) , S.3135 beschrieben - zugänglich ist. Die Racematspaltung wird nach dem in WO-A 95/08636 und WO-A 97/10201 beschriebenen Verfahren durchgeführt. Dieses Verfahren umfaßt die folgenden Schritte:
1) racemisches 3, 3-Dimethylbut-2-ylamin wird mit einem Ester, dessen Säurekomponente ein Fluor-, Stickstoff-, Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom in Nachbarschaft' des Carbonylkohlenstoffa- toms trägt, in Gegenwart einer Hydrolase enantioselektiv acy- liert,
2) das Gemisch aus (S) -3 , 3-Dimethylbut-2-ylamin (S-DMBA) und acyliertem (R) -3 , 3-Dimethylbut-2-ylamin (R-DMBAmid) wird anschließend getrennt und
3) das acylierte (R) -3, 3-Dimethylbut-2-ylamin einer Amidspaltung unterzogen.
In den Schriften WO-A 95/08636 und WO-A 97/10201 werden für die Racematspaltung besonders geeignete Ester und Hydrolasen im einzelnen aufgeführt, sodaß an dieser Stelle auf eine ausführliche Darstellung verzichtet werden kannn.
Als Hydrolasen werden vorzugsweise Proteasen und insbesondere Li- pasen verwendet. Besonders geeignet sind Lipasen aus Pseudomonas , z.B. Amano P oder die Lipase aus Pseudomonas spec. DSM 8246. Weitere besonders gut geeignete Hydrolasen sind die von Novo Nordisk
(Enzym Toolbox) erhältlichen Enzyme, insbesondere die Lipasen SP 523, SP 524, SP 525, SP 526 und Novozym® 435.
Das verwendete Enzym kann in nativer oder in immobilisierter Form eingesetzt werden.
Amine der Formel III sind entweder kommerziell erhältlich oder über Racematspaltung wie in Schema I skizziert zugänglich.
Verbindungen I werden bevorzugt, in denen R1 für Wasserstoff oder Methyl, insbesondere Wasserstoff steht.
Außerdem werden Verbindungen I bevorzugt, in denen R2 für Methyl steht.
Daneben werden auch Verbindungen der Formel IA bevorzugt:
In Formel IA haben R1, R3 und (R4)n die für Formel I gegebene Bedeutung.
Gleichermaßen bevorzugt sind Verbindungen I und IA, in denen R3 für Ethyl, iso-Propyl oder tert. Butyl, insbsondere für tert.Butyl steht.
Verbindungen der Formel I werden bevorzugt, in denen n den Wert 2 oder 3, insbesondere 3 hat.
Vorzugsweise haben die Substituenten und Index n in der Formel I folgende Bedeutung:
R4 Fluor, Chlor, Methyl oder Methoxy, insbesondere Fluor;
n die Zahl 2 oder 3, insbesondere die Zahl 3;
Y Fluor, Chlor, Brom, Methyl oder Methoxy, insbesondere Chlor;
Hinsichtlich (R4)n sind die folgenden Substituentenkombinationen besonders bevorzugt:
2, 6-Difluor; 2-Chlor, 6-Fluor; 2, 6-Dichlor; 2-Methyl-4-fluor; 2-Methyl-6-fluor; 2, 4, 6-Trifluor;
2, 6-Difluor-4-methyl; 2 , 6-Difluor-4-methoxy,- Pentafluor.
Insbesondere bevorzugt ist die Verbindung (R) -5-Chloro-7- (3 , 3-di- methylbut-2-yl) amino-6- (2,4, 6-trifluorophenyl) -1,2, 4-tri- azolo [1 , 5-a] pyrimidin.
Insbesondere sind im Hinblick auf ihre Verwendung die in den fol- genden Tabellen zusammengestellten Verbindungen I bevorzugt. Die in den Tabellen für einen Substituenten genannten Gruppen stellen außerdem für sich betrachtet, unabhängig von der Kombination, in der sie genannt sind, eine besonders bevorzugte Ausgestaltung des betreffenden Substituenten dar.

Die neuen Verbindungen I zeichnen sich durch eine hervorragende Wirksamkeit gegen ein breites Spektrum von pflanzenpathogenen Pilzen, insbesondere aus der Klasse der Ascomyceten. und Basidio - myceten, aus und können als Blatt- und Bodenfungizide eingesetzt werden. Sie besitzen zum Teil bemerkenswert hohe systemische Beweglichkeit und Wirksamkeit nach Boden- und insbesondere auch nach Blattapplikation.
Besondere Bedeutung haben sie für die Bekämpfung einer Vielzahl von Pilzen an- verschiedenen Kulturpflanzen wie Weizen, Roggen, Gerste, Hafer, Reis, Mais, Gras, Bananen, Baumwolle, Soja, Kaffee, Zuckerrohr, Wein, Obst- und Zierpflanzen und Gemüsepflanzen wie Gurken, Bohnen, Tomaten, Kartoffeln und Kürbisgewächsen, 'Sowie an den Samen dieser Pflanzen.
Speziell eignen sie sich zur Bekämpfung folgender Pflanzenkrankheiten:
• Alternaria-Arten, Podosphaera-Arten, Sclerotinia-Arten, Physa- lospora canker an Gemüse und Obst, • Botrytis cinerea (Grauschimmel) an Erdbeeren, Gemüse, Zierpflanzen und Reben,

Die Verbindungen I eignen sich außerdem zur Bekämpfung von Schad- pilzen wie Paecilomyces variotii im Materialschutz (z.B. Holz, Papier, Dispersionen für den Anstrich, Fasern bzw. Gewebe) und im Vorratsschutz.
Die Verbindungen I werden angewendet, indem man die Pilze oder die vor Pilzbefall zu schützenden Pflanzen, Saatgüter, Materialien oder den Erdboden mit einer fungizid wirksamen Menge der Wirkstoffe behandelt. Die Anwendung kann sowohl vor als auch nach der Infektion der Materialien, Pflanzen oder Samen durch die Pilze erfolgen.
Die fungiziden Mittel enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 Gew.-% Wirkstoff.
Die Aufwandmengen liegen bei der Anwendung im Pflanzenschutz je nach Art des gewünschten Effektes zwischen 0,01 und 2,0 kg Wirkstoff pro ha.
Bei der Saatgutbehandlung werden im allgemeinen Wirkstoffmengen von 0,001 bis 0,1 g, vorzugsweise 0,01 bis 0,05 g je Kilogramm Saatgut benötigt.
Bei der Anwendung im Material- bzw. Vorratsschutz richtet sich die Aufwandmenge an Wirkstoff nach der Art des Einsatzgebietes und des gewünschten Effekts. Übliche Aufwandmengen sind im Materialschutz beispielsweise 0,001 g bis 2 kg, vorzugsweise
0,005 g bis 1 kg Wirkstoff pro Qubikmeter behandelten Materials.
Die Verbindungen I können in die üblichen Formulierungen überführt werden, z.B. Lösungen, Emulsionen, ' Suspensionen, Stäube, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Die Anwendungsform richtet sich nach dem jeweiligen Verwendungszweck; sie soll in jedem Fall eine feine und gleichmäßige Verteilung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung gewährleisten.
Die Formulierungen werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Verstrecken des Wirkstoffs mit Lösungsmitteln und/oder Trägerstoffen, gewünschtenfalls unter Verwendung von Emulgiermitteln und Dispergiermitteln, wobei im Falle von Wasser als Verdünnungsmittel auch andere organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfs- lösungsmittel verwendet werden können. Als Hilfsstoffe kommen dafür im wesentlichen in Betracht: Lösungsmittel wie Aromaten (z.B. Xylol), chlorierte Aromaten (z.B. Chlorbenzole), Paraffine (z.B. Erdölfraktionen), Alkohole (z.B. Methanol, Butanol) , Ketone (z.B. Cyclohexanon) , Amine (z .B.Ethanolamin, Dimethylformamid) undWas- ser; Trägerstoffe wie natürliche Gesteinsmehle (z.B. Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide) und synthetische Gesteinsmehle (z.B. hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Silikate) ; Emulgiermittel wie nicht- ionogene und anionische Emulgatoren (z.B. Polyoxyethylen-Fettal- kohol-Ether, Alkylsulfonate und Arylsulfonate) und Dispergier- mittel wie Lignin-Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Als oberflächenaktive Stoffe kommen Alkali-, Erdalkali-, Ammoniumsalze von Ligninsulfonsäure, Naphthalinsulfonsäure, Phenolsul- fonsäure, Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure, Alkylarylsulfonate, Al- kylsulfate, Alkylsulfonate, 'Fettalkoholsulfate und Fettsäuren sowie deren Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze, Salze von sulfatiertem Fettalkoholglykolether, Kondensationsprodukte von sulfoniertem
Naphthalin und Naphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd, Kondensati onsprodukte des Naphthalins bzw-. der Naphtalinsulf onsäure mit Phenol und Formaldehyd, Polyoxyethylenoctylphenolether, ethoxy- liertes Isooctylphenol , Octyϊphenol , Nonylphenol , Alkylphenol - polyglykolether , Tributylphenylpolyglykolether , Alkylarylpoly- etheralkohole, Isotridecylalkohol , Fettalkoholethylenoxid-Konden- sate, ethoxyliertes Rizinusöl , Polyoxyethylenalkylether , ethoxy- liertes Polyoxypropylen, Laurylalkoholpolyglykoletheracetal , Sor bitester, Ligninsulf itablaugen und Methylcellulose in Betracht .
Zur Herstellung von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen, Emulsionen, Pasten oder Öldispersionen kommen Mineralölfraktionen von mittlerem bis hohem Siedepunkt, wie Kerosin oder Dieselöl, ferner Kohlenteeröle sowie Öle pflanzlichen oder "tierischen Ursprungs, aliphatische, cyclische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, z.B. Benzol, Toluol, -Xylol, Paraffin, Tetrahydronaphthalin, alkylierte Naphthaline oder deren Derivate, Methanol, Ethanol, Propanol, Butanol, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Cyclohexanol, Cyclohexanon, Chlorbenzol, Isophoron, stark polare Lösungsmittel, z.B. Dimethylformamid, Dimethylsulfoxid, N-Methylpyrrolidon, Wasser, in Betracht.
Pulver-, Streu- und Stäubemittel können durch Mischen oder gemeinsames Vermählen der wirksamen Substanzen mit einem festen Trägerstoff hergestellt werden.
- Granulate, z.B. Umhüllungs-, Imprägnierungs- und Homogengranulate, können durch Bindung der Wirkstoffe an feste Trägerstoffe hergestellt werden. Feste Trägerstoffe sind z.B. Mineralerden, wie Silicagel, Kieselsäuren, Kieselgele, Silikate, Talkum, Kaolin, Attaclay, Kalkstein, Kalk, Kreide, Bolus, Löß", Ton, Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfat, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Düngemittel, wie z.B. Ammoniumsulfat, Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoffe und pflanzliche Produk- te, wie Getreidemehl, Baumrinden-, Holz- und Nußschalenmehl, Cel - lulosepulver und andere feste Trägerstoffe.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,01 und 95 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,1 und 90 Gew.-% des Wirkstoffs. Die Wirkstoffe werden dabei in einer Reinheit von 90% bis 100%, vorzugsweise 95% bis 100% (nach NMR-Spektrum) eingesetzt.
Beispiele für Formulierungen sind:
I. 5 Gew. -Teile einer erfindungsgemaßen Verbindung werden mit 95 Gew. -Teilen feinteiligem Kaolin innig vermischt. Man er- hält auf diese Weise ein Stäubemittel, das 5 Gew.-% des Wirkstoffs enthält.
II. 30 Gew. -Teile einer erfindungsgemaßen Verbindung werden mit einer Mischung aus 92 Gew. -Teilen pulverförmigem Kiesel - sauregel und 8 Gew. -Teilen Paraffinöl, das auf die Oberfläche dieses Kieselsäuregels gesprüht wurde, innig vermischt. Man erhält auf diese Weise eine Aufbereitung des Wirkstoffs mit guter Haftfähigkeit (Wirkstoffgehalt 23 Gew.-%).
III. 10 Gew. -Teile einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung werden in einer Mischung gelöst, die aus 90 Gew. -Teilen Xylol, 6 Gew.- Teilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 8 bis 10 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Ölsäure-N-monoethanolamid, 2 Gew. -Teilen Calcium- salz der Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure und 2 Gew. -Teilen des An- lagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinusöl besteht (Wirkstoffgehalt 9 Gew.-%).
IV. 20 Gew. -Teile einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung werden in einer Mischung gelöst, die aus 60 Gew. -Teilen Cyclohexanon, 30 Gew. -Teilen Isobutanol, 5 Gew. -Teilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 7 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Isooctylphenol und 5Gew. -Teilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinusöl besteht (Wirkstoffgehalt 16 Gew.-%).
V. 80 Gew. -Teile einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung werden mit 3 Gew. -Teilen des Natriumsalzes der Diisobutylnaphthalin-al- ' pha-sulfonsäure, 10 Gew. -Teilen des Natriumsalzes einer Ligninsulfonsäure aus einer Sulfit-Ablauge und 7 Gew. -Teilen pulverförmigem Kieselsäuregel gut vermischt und in einer Hammermühle vermählen (Wirkstoffgehalt 80 Gew.-%).
VI. Man vermischt 90 Gew. -Teile einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung mit 10 Gew. -Teilen N-Methyl- -pyrrolidon und erhält eine Lösung, die zur Anwendung in Form kleinster Tropfen ge- eignet ist (Wirkstoffgehalt 90 Gew.-%).
VII. 20 Gew. -Teile einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung werden in einer Mischung gelöst, die aus 40 Gew. -Teilen Cyclohexanon, 30 Gew. -Teilen Isobutanol, 20 Gew. -Teilen des Anlagerungs- produktes von 7 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Isooctylphenol und 10 Gew. -Teilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinusöl besteht. Durch Eingießen und feines
Verteilen der Lösung in 100 000 Gew. -Teilen Wasser erhält man eine wäßrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gew.-% des. Wirkstoffs . enthält .
VIII.20 Gew. -Teile einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung werden mit 3 Gew. -Teilen des Natriumsalzes der Diisobutylnaphthalin-α- sulfonsäure, 17 Gew. -Teilen des Natriumsalzes einer Ligninsulfonsäure aus einer Sulfit-Ablauge und 60 Gew. -Teilen pul- verförmigem Kieselsäuregel gut vermischt und in einer Ham- mermühle vermählen. Durch feines Verteilen der Mischung in 20 000 Gew. -Teilen Wasser erhält man eine Spritzbrühe, die 0,1 Gew.-% des Wirkstoffs enthält.
IX. 10 Gew. -Teile der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung werden in 63 Gew. -Teilen Cyclohexanon, 27 Gew. -Teilen Dispergiermittel (beispielsweise eine Mischung aus 50 Gew. -Teilen des Anlagerungsprodukts von 7.Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Isooctylphenol und 50 Gew. -Teilen des Anlagerungsprodukts von 40 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinusöl) gelöst. Die Stammlösung wird an- schließend durch Verteilen in Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt, z.B. auf eine Konzentration im Bereich von 1 bis 100 ppm.
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, z.B. in Form von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen, Pulvern, Suspensionen oder Dispersionen, Emulsionen, Öldispersionen, Pasten; Stäubemitteln, Streumitteln, Granulaten durch Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen oder Gießen angewendet werden. Die Anwendungsformen rich- ten sich ganz nach den Verwendungszwecken; sie sollten in jedem - Fall möglichst die feinste Verteilung der erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe gewährleisten.
Wäßrige Anwendungsformen können aus Emulsionskonzentraten, Pasten oder netzbaren Pulvern ('Spritzpulver, Öldispersionen) durch Zusatz von Wasser bereitet werden. Zur Herstellung von Emulsionen, Pasten oder Öldispersionen können die Substanzen als solche oder in einem Öl oder Lösungsmittel gelöst, mittels Netz-, Haft-, Dispergier- oder Emulgiermitttel in Wasser homogenisiert werden. Es können aber auch aus wirksamer Substanz Netz-, Haft-,
Dispergier- oder Emulgiermittel und eventuell Lösungsmittel oder Öl bestehende Konzentrate hergestellt werden, die zur Verdünnung mit Wasser geeignet sind.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungen können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und 10%. Häufig reichen be-
reits geringe Wirkstoffmengen an Verbindung I in der anwendungs- fertigen Zubereitung aus, z.B. 2 bis 200 ppm. Ebenso sind anwendungsfertige Zubereitungen mit Wirkstoff onzentrationen im Bereich von 0,01 bis 1 % bevorzugt.
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg -im Ultra-Low-Volume- Verfahren (ULV) verwendet werden, wobei es möglich ist, Formulierungen mit mehr als 95 Gew.-% Wirkstoff oder sogar den Wirkstoff ohne Zusätze auszubringen.
Zu den Wirkstoffen können Öle verschiedenen Typs, Herbizide, Fungizide, andere Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, Bakterizide, gegebenenfalls auch erst unmittelbar vor der Anwendung (Tankmix) , zugesetzt werden. Diese Mittel können zu den er indungsgemäßen Mit- teln im Gewichtsverhältnis 1:10 bis 10:1 zugemischt werden.
Die erfindungsgemaßen Mittel können in der Anwendungsform als Fungizide auch zusammen mit anderen Wirkstoffen vorliegen, der z.B. mit Herbiziden, Insektiziden, Wachstumsregulatoren, Fungizi- den oder auch mit Düngemitteln. Beim Vermischen der Verbindungen I bzw. der sie enthaltenden Mittel in der Anwendungsform als Fungizide mit anderen Fungiziden erhält man in vielen Fällen eine Vergrößerung des fungiziden Wirkungsspektrums.
Die folgende Liste von Fungiziden, mit denen die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen gemeinsam angewendet werden können, soll die Kombinationsmöglichkeiten erläutern, nicht aber einschränken:
• Schwefel, Dithiocarbamate und deren Derivate, wie- Ferridi- methyldithiocarbamat, Zinkdimethyldithiocarbamat, Zinkethylen- bisdithiocarbamat, Manganethylenbisdithiocarbamat, Mangan-Zink- ethylendiamin-bis-dithiocarbamat, Tetramethylthiuramdisulfide, Ammoniak-Komplex von Zink- (N,N-ethylen-bis-dithiocarbamat) , Ammoniak-Komplex von Zink- (N,N' -propylen-bis-dithiocarbamat) , Zink- (N,N' -propylenbis-dithiocarbamat) , N,N' -Polypropylen- bis- (thiocarbamoyl) disulfid;

Synthese der Vorstufe
Herstellung von (R) -3 , 3-Dimethyl-2-butylamin
(die Synthese erfolgte gemäß Schema 1 auf S. 5, der Beschreibung)
a) Racematspaltung
280 g (2,75 mol) racemisches 3 , 3-Dimethyl-2-butylamin wurden vor- gelegt, auf ca. 15°C gekühlt und mit 187 g (1,42 'mol) Methoxyes- sigsäure-iso-Propylester versetzt. Anschließend gab man 3 g Novo- zym® 435 (= Lipase aus Candida antarctica) zu und rührte 2 Tage bei 25-30°C nach. Danach betrug die optische Reinheit des (S)-3,3-Dimethyl-2-butylamins (S-DMBA) 97% ee und die des gebil- deten N- (3 , 3-Dimethyl-2-butyl) -α-methoxyacetamids (R-DMBAmid) 99,3% ee (Umsatz: 49,4 %) . Der Katalysator wurde abgesaugt und zweimal mit je 30 ml iso-Propanol nachgewaschen. Die vereinten Filtrate wurden über einen Dünnfilmverdampfer destillativ getrennt. Bei einem Kopfdruck von 50 bar und einer Manteltempera- tur von 140°C ging über Kopf ein Gemisch aus iso-Propanol und S-DMBA mit einer Siedetemperatur von 45°C über. Der schwerflüchtige Sumpf bestand aus R-DMBAmid und unumgesetztem Acylierungs-
mittel, Methoxyessigsäure-iso-Propylester . Diese schwerflüchtige Mischung wurde nochmals über den Dünnfilmverdampfer gegeben. Nun wurde eine Manteltemperatur von 140°C und ein Kopfdruck von 35 mbar eingestellt. Über Kopf ging bei 60°C das unumgesetzte Acylie-
5 rungsmittel, Methoxyessigsäure-iso-Propylester, über. Der schwer- flüchtige Sumpf bestand aus reinem R-DMBAmid (ee: 99.3 %) , Aus -
■ beute: 249 g (94%) .
b) Amidspaltung und Reindestillation:
10 190 g (1,1 mol) R-DMBAmid wurde mit 100 g Triethanolamin verdünnt und unter Rühren auf, 120°C erhitzt. Bei dieser Temperatur wurden innerhalb von zwei Stunden 150 g 50 %ige Natronlauge und danach 100 g Wasser zugefahren. Das gebildete (R) -3 , 3-Dimethyl-2-butyla- mi (R-DMBA) destillierte als Azeotrop mit Wasser ab (Kopftempe-
15 ratur: 84-86°C) . Der Rücklauf wurde über einen Phasenscheider geführt und das als Oberphase 'abgeschiedene wässrige Amin ausgetragen. Die Unterphase (Wasser) wurde wieder in den Reaktionskolben zurückgeführt. Man kochte aus, bis die Kopftemperatur für 6 Stunden über 95°C blieb.Das abgeschiedene wässrige Amin (Wassergehalt:
20 45%) wurde mit 100 ml n-Hexan versetzt und die Mischung zum Rück- fluss erhitzt. Bei einer Kopftemperatur von 61°C destillierte ein Heteroazeotrop bestehend aus n-Hexan und Wasser. Das Azeotrop wurde bei totalem Rücklauf über einen Phasenscheider geführt und die wässrige Unterphase abgetrennt. Die Oberphase..lief in den De-
25 stillationskolben zurück. Als alles Wasser ausgekreist war, stieg die Kopftemperatur auf 69°C. Mit einem Rücklauf-Ablaufverhältnis von 5:1 wurde der Schlepper n-Hexan abdestilliert. Als die Temperatur auf 71°C anstieg, wurde das Rücklauf-Ablaufverhältnis auf 10:1 erhöht und bis zu einer Kopftemperatur von 103°C eine Zwi-
30 schenfraktion genommen. Das Reinprodukt destillierte bei 103°C. Man erhielt 105 g (99%) Produkt als farblose Flüssigkeit.-

Herstellung von 5, 7-Dihydroxy-6- (2, 4, 6-trifluorphenyl) -1, 2, 4- triazolo [1 , 5-α] pyrimidin
Ein Gemisch aus 22 mmol 2- (2, 4 , 6-Trifluorphenyl) malonsäurediethy- 40 lester,24 mmol Triethylamin und 22 mmol 3-Amino-l, 2, 4-triazol wurde unter Rühren 6 Stunden auf 180°C erhitzt. Anschließend wurde die Reaktionsmischung auf 50°C abgekühlt, mit einer Lösung von 2,2 g Natriumhydroxid in 25 ml Wasser versetzt und für 30 Minuten gerührt. Die wäßrige Phase wurde mit Ether gewaschen und dann mit 45 konz . Salzsäure angesäuert. Der ausgefallene farblose Festkörper wurde abfiltriert, mit Wasser und Diisopropylether gewaschen und
getrocknet. Die Ausbeute an der Titelverbindung betrug 85% (S p. :200-201°C) .
Herstellung von 5, 7-Dichloro-6- (2, 4 , 6-trifluorphenyl) -1, 2 , 4- triazolo [1, 5-α] pyrimidin
16 mmol 5, 7-Dihydroxy-6- (2 , 4 , 6-trifluorphenyl) -1, 2 , 4-triazolo- [1, 5-α] pyrimidin wurden in 20 ml Phosphoroxychlorid 4 Stunden zum Sieden erhitzt. Das überschüssige Phosphoroxychlorid wurde abde- stilliert. Der Destillationsrückstand wurde auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt und mit 100 ml Dichlormethan versetzt. Anschließend wurden 125 ml Wasser bei Temperaturen unter 40°C zugetropft. Die organische Phase wurde über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, dann wurde das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Im Reaktionsgefäß verblieb ein farbloser Festkörper in einer Ausbeute von 72 % (Smp. 125-126°C) .
Synthese der Wirkstoffe
Die in den nachstehenden Synthesebeispielen wiedergegebenen Vor- Schriften wurden unter entsprechender Abwandlung der Ausgangs - Verbindungen zur Gewinnung weiterer Verbindungen I benutzt. Die so erhaltenen Verbindungen sind in den anschließenden Tabellen mit physikalischen Angaben aufgeführt.
Beispiel 1
Herstellung von (R) -5-Chloro-7- (3, 3-dimethylbut-2-yl) -amino- 6- (2 , 4, 6-trifluorphenyl) -1, 2,4-triazolo [1, 5-α] pyrimidin
Eine Mischung aus 1,4 mmol (R) -3 , 3-Dimethyl-2-butylamin, 1,4 mmol Triethylamin und 10 ml Dichlormethylamin wurde zu einer Mischung von 1,4 mmol 5 , 7-Dichloro-6- (2 , 4 , 6-trifluorphenyl) -1 , 2 , 4-tri- azolo [1, 5-α] pyrimidin in 30 ml Dichlormethan unter Rühren eingetragen. Anschließend wurde die Reaktionsmischung 16 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt und schließlich mit 1 N Salzsäure und Wasser gewaschen. Die organische Phase wurde über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wurde im Vakuum abdestilliert. Das Rohprodukt wurde durch Säulenchromatographie auf Kieselgel gereinigt. In 76% Ausbeute wurde die Titelverbindung in Form von farblosen Kristallen erhalten (Smp.: 169-171°C) .

0 In der WO-A 98/46607 sind einige der unten aufgeführten Verbindungen als Racemat beschrieben. Desweiteren wird auf Seite 7, Absätze 1 und 2 insbesondere im Hinblick auf Verbindungen mit einer Haloalkylamin-Substitution in 7-Stellung die Bevorzugung der S-Enantiomere herausgestellt. Die vorliegenden Verbindungen wei5 sen in 7-Stellung einen nicht halogenierten Alkylamin-Teil 'auf. In Analogie hätte man auch hier eine erhöhte Wirksamkeit der S-
Enantiomere erwartet. In den folgenden Versuchen wird jeweils das R-Enantiomer und das S-Enantiomer einander gegenübergestellt.
Anwendungsbeispiel 1 : Kurative Wirksamkeit gegen Weizenbraunrost verursacht durch Puccinia recondi ta
Blätter von in Töpfen gewachsenen Weizensämlingen der Sorte "Kanzler" wurden mit Sporen des Braunrostes (Puccinia recondita) bestäubt. Danach wurden die Töpfe für 24 Stunden in eine Kammer mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit (90 bis 95%) und 20 bis 22°C gestellt. Während dieser Zeit keimten die Sporen aus und die Keimschläuche drangen in das Blattgewebe ein. Die infizierten Pflanzen wurden am nächsten Tag mit einer wäßrigen Wirkstoffaufbereitung, die aus einer Stammlösung bestehend aus 10 % Wirkstoff, 85 % Cyclohexanon und 5 % Emulgiermittel angesetzt wurde, tropf aß besprüht. Nach dem Antrocknen des Spritzbelages wurden die Versuchspflanzen im Gewächshaus bei Temperaturen zwischen 20 und 22°C und 65 bis 70% relativer Luftfeuchte für 7 Tage kultiviert. Dann wurde das Ausmaß der Rostpilzentwicklung auf den Blättern ermittelt.

Anwendungsbeispiel 2 : Wirksamkeit gegen die Netzfleckenkrankheit der Gerste verursacht durch Pyrenophora teres

Blätter von- in Töpfen gewachsenen Gerstenkeimlingen der Sorte "Igri" wurden mit wäßriger Wirkstoffaufbereitung, die aus einer Stammlösung bestehend aus 10% Wirkstoff, 85% Cyclohexanon und 5% Emulgiermittel angesetzt wurde, bis zur Tropfnässe besprüht und
35 24 Stunden nach dem Antrocknen des Spritzbelages mit einer wäßrigen Sporensuspension von Pyrenophora teres, dem Erreger der Netz- fleckenkrankheit inokuliert. Anschließend wurden die Versuchspflanzen im Gewächshaus bei Temperaturen zwischen 20 und 24°C und 95 bis 100% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit aufgestellt. Nach 6 Tagen
40 wurde das Ausmaß der Krankheits-entwicklung visuell in % Befall der gesamten Blattfläche ermittelt.

Anwendungsbeispiel 3 : Protektive Wirksamkeit gegen die Septoria- Blattfleckenkränkheit des Weizens verursacht durch Septoria tri tici
Blätter von in Töpfen gewachsenen Weizenkeimlingen der Sorte "Ri- band" wurden mit wäßriger Wirkstoffaufbereitung, die aus einer Stammlösung bestehend aus 10 % Wirkstoff, 85 % Cyclohexanon und 5 % Emulgiermittel angesetzt wurde, bis zur Tropfnässe besprüht. 24 Stunden nach dem Antrocknen des Spritzbelages wurden sie mit einer wassrigen Sporensuspension von Septoria tri tici inokuliert. Die Suspension enthielt 2.0 x 106 Sporen/ml. Die Versuchspflanzen wurden anschließend im Gewächshaus bei Temperaturen zwischen 18 und 22°C und einer relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit nahe 100 % aufgestellt. Nach 2 Wochen wurde das Ausmaß der Krankheitsentwicklung visuell in % Befall der gesamten Blattfläche ermittelt.
Anwendungsbeispiel 4 : Wirksamkeit -gegen WeizenmehTtau verursacht durch Blumeria graminis forma specialis tri tici
Blätter von in Töpfen gewachsenen Weizenkeimlingen der Sorte "Kanzler" wurden mit wäßriger Wirkstoffaufbereitung, die aus einer Stammlösung bestehend aus 10 % Wirkstoff, 85 % Cyclohexanon und 5 % Emulgiermittel angesetzt wurde, bis zur Tropfnässe besprüht und 24 Stunden nach dem Antrocknen des Spritzbelages mit Sporen des Weizenmehltaus (Blumeria graminis forma specialis tri tici ) bestäubt. Die Versuchspflanzen wurden anschließend im Gewächshaus bei Temperaturen zwischen 20 und 24°C und 60 bis 90 % relativer Luf feuchtigkeit aufgestellt. Nach 7 Tagen wurde das Ausmaß der Mehltauentwicklung visuell in % Befall der gesamten Blattfläche ermittelt.
In den oben genannten Versuchen zeigt das R-Enantiomer in allen Fällen eine wesentlich bessere Wirksamkeit als das S-Enantiomer.
Claims
Patentansprüche
1. 7- (R) -amino-triazolopyrimidine der Formel I
in der die Substituenten und der Index die folgenden Bedeutungen haben:
R1 Wasserstoff oder Methyl;
R2 Methyl ;
R3 C2-C10-Alkyl, C2-C4-Alkoxymethyl , C3-Cι0-Cycloalkyl;
R4 Halogen, C1-C4-Alkyl, Cι-C4-Haloalkyl oder Cι-C4-Alkoxy;
n eine Zahl von 1 bis 5;
Y Halogen, . Cyano, C1-C4-Alkyl oder Cι-C4-Alkoxy;
wobei * ein Chiralitätszentrum in R-Konfiguration ist.
2. Verbindungen der Formel I nach Anspruch 1,. wobei R1 Wasserstoff; R3 C2-Cιo-Alkyl oder C3-Cι0-Cycloalkyl; und
Y Chlor ist.
3.- Verbindungen der Formel I nach Anspruch 2, wobei R3 tert. Butyl oder Isopropyl ist.
4. Verbindungen der Formel I nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, wobei (R )n die folgende Bedeutung hat:
2, 6-Difluor; 2-Chlor-6-Fluor; 2, 6-Dichlor; 2-Methyl-4-fluor ; 2-Methyl-6-fluor; 2 , 4 , 6-Trifluor; 2, 6-Difluor-4-methyl ,- 2, 6-Difluor-4-methoxy; Pentafluor.
5. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen I gemäß Anspruch
1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein 7-Halogenotriazolopyrimi- din der Formel II,
in der die Substituenten R4 und Y sowie der Index n die in Anspruch 1 gegebene Bedeutung haben, mit einem (R) -konfiguriertem Amin der Formel III

15 in der die Substituenten R1, R2 und R3 die in Anspruch 1 gegebene- Bedeutung haben, umgesetzt wird.
6. Verfahren 'nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
20 (R) -3 , 3-Dimethylbut-2-ylamin oder (R) -3-Methylbut-2-ylamin eingesetzt wird.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
(R) -konfiguriertes Amin der Formel III hergestellt wird, in- 25 dem man
i) racemisches Amin III mit einem Ester, dessen Säurekomponente ein Fluor-, Stickstoff-, Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom in Nachbarschaft des Carbonylkohlenstoffatoms 30 trägt, in Gegenwart einer Hydrolase enantioselektiv acy- liert,
ii) das Gemisch aus (S)-Amin III und acyliertem (R) -Amin III trennt und
35 iii) das acylierte (R)-Amin III einer Amidspaltung unterzieht.
8. Fungizides Mittel, enthaltend feste und/oder flüssige Trägerstoffe und eine fungizid wirksame Menge wenigstens einer Ver-
40 bindung der Formel I gemäß Anspruch 1.
9. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von pflanzenpathogenen Pilzen, wobei man die Pilze oder die von Pilzbefall bedrohten Materialien, Pflanzen, Saatgüter oder den Erdboden mit einer fungizid
45. wirksamen Menge mindestens einer Verbindung der Formel I gemäß Anspruch 1 behandelt.
