Claims (11)
- Drehturm, insbesondere zur Verwendung in Stranggießanlagen und für Gießpfannen und / oder Verteilerrinnen, mit einer auf einem Fundament angeordneten, sockelartigen Stützkonstruktion, auf der ein oder mehrere Schwenkarme mit Aufnahmemitteln mittels einer Rollendrehverbindung oder einer Kugeldrehverbindung gelagert sind und mittels eines Drehantriebs in Schwenkstellungen drehbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehantrieb (7) mit seiner Wirkachse (8) auf der senkrechten Mittelachse (9) senkrecht nach unten oder nach oben gerichtet zur Rollendrehverbindung (6) im Innern (3a) der Stützkonstruktion (3) angeordnet ist und dass das Antriebselement (10) das Drehmoment auf einen diametral und horizontal verlaufenden, unmittelbar oberhalb der Rollendrehverbindung (6) angeordneten Mitnehmerarm (11) überträgt, der zumindest einendig an den drehbaren Oberteil (1a) angeschlossen ist. - Drehturm nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehantrieb (7) über eine Kupplung (12) an den diametral verlaufenden Mitnehmerarm (11) angeschlossen ist. - Drehturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der diametral verlaufende Mitnehmerarm (11) an dem Arm-Ende (11a), mit dem drehbaren Oberteil (1a) des Drehturms (1) verbunden ist. - Drehturm nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmerarm (11) einen flachen, rechteckigen Querschnitt (11c) aufweist. - Drehturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmerarm (11) als Mitnehmerdoppelarm (15) ausgebildet ist. - Drehturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehantrieb (7) an der Unterseite (13a) einer Bodenplatte (13) der sockelartigen Stützkonstruktion (3) befestigt ist. - Drehturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehantrieb (7) aus einem hydraulischen Schwenkantrieb (7a) besteht, dessen Wirkungsachse (8) auf der senkrechten Mittelachse (9) der Stützkonstruktion (3) liegt. - Drehturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte (13), der Innenring (6a) der Rollendrehverbindung (6) und die sockelartige Stützkonstruktion (3) eine feste Verbindung bilden. - Drehturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollendrehverbindung (6) am äußeren Umfang glatt, ohne Verzahnung, ausgeführt ist. - Drehturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausschließlich für die Rollendrehverbindung (6) eine Fettschmiereinrichtung vorgesehen ist. - Drehturm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hydraulische Schwenkantrieb (7a) bei einem maximalen Betriebsdruck von ca. 180 bar, einem spezifischen Drehmoment von 3300 Nm / bar und einem effektiven Drehmoment von ca. 600.000 Nm betreibbar ist.
