Definitions
- the invention relates to a line and / or circuit breaker according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- Such a circuit breaker is in terms of its functional principle from DE 34 09 513 and known from DE 41 18 377 with regard to its mechanical implementation.
- the invention has for its object the circuit breaker according to DE 34 09 Execute 513 in a way that is more rational manufacturing than the execution allowed according to DE 41 18 377.
- the resilient contact leg or the contact clip with the flag can be made of a material other than the aspect of conductivity with regard to the desired spring properties, other than the further line, the material of which, in addition to conductivity, has manufacturing advantages such as a good ductility.
- the same parts can be used for all three phases.
- the principle is generally applicable to circuit breakers and is particularly advantageous if, as a result of large quantities, separate productions do not become cheaper.
- the proposed solution is favored by a position of the further conductor strip angled into the course along the side wall near the longitudinal center of the circuit breaker.
- the circuit breaker shown leads a main current path 1 in which a thermal release 2 responding to overcurrent, a magnetic mechanism 3 responding to short circuit and one from the thermal release 2 as well separation point 4 actuated by the magnetic mechanism 3 are arranged.
- the magnetic mechanism 3 and the separation point 4 are bridged by a secondary current path 5.
- a second thermal release 6 an electrical resistance 7 of approximately 0.4 to approximately 4 ⁇ for the nominal current strengths of 10 to 100 A and one in the example second separation point 8 arranged.
- Another current path 9 branches off to the neutral conductor behind the components mentioned.
- the thermal triggers 2 and 6 have an opening effect on the second separation point 8 via a mechanism 14 indicated by dashed lines.
- the end member of the mechanism 14 and the magnet mechanism 3 have an opening effect on the separation point 4 via a mechanism 15.
- the second magnet mechanism 10 acts in a closing manner on the separation point 4 via a mechanism 16.
- a mechanism 17 which opens and closes the separation points 11 and 12 is actuated by the mechanism 16 and by a part of the mechanism 15.
- the normal current flow is at the disconnection point 4 via the main current path 1.
- the simultaneous flow of current via the secondary flow path 5, in which the separation point 8 is also closed, is insignificant because of the resistance 7.
- the further current path 9 is interrupted by the, open, separation points 11 and 12.
- the magnet mechanism 3 picks up and opens the disconnection point 4 via the mechanism 15.
- the main current path 1 is thus immediately interrupted. Only a significantly reduced current continues to flow via the secondary flow path 5.
- the thermal release 6 also opens the second disconnection point 8 via the mechanism 14. The interruption by the line circuit breaker is now complete and final.
- the short circuit lies behind a downstream circuit breaker, this usually speaks at about the same time as the magnetic mechanism 3, but in any case long before the thermal release 2, and disconnects the short circuit point.
- the voltage at the input of the further current path 9 thus increases.
- the separation point 11 of the further current path 9 was closed by the movement mechanism 17 when the separation point 4 was opened.
- a current flow was practically non-existent, especially because of the resistance 13 immediately downstream of the isolating point 11.
- due to the voltage increase after the short-circuit point has been disconnected a current flows such that the second magnet mechanism 10 responds.
- the thermal release 2 responds unless a downstream circuit breaker opens beforehand. It opens the second separation point 8 via the mechanism 14 and further opens the separation point 4 via the mechanism 15. In this case too, the interruption by the circuit breaker is complete and final. Likewise, this can be done by operating a manual shift lever 18 coupled to the mechanism 14.
- the circuit breaker is switched on again by hand in the Way that by correspondingly pivoting the hand shift lever 18 of the Mechanism 14 closes the second separation point 8 and then the magnetic mechanism 10 responds in the further current path 9 and, as already described above, the separation point 4 in the main flow path 1 closes.
- the main current path 1 begins at "LE" - the connection terminal in question is not shown - on a component of the separation point 4 connected to the separation point 4, namely a continuation 19 of a first bracket 20 of a spark quenching chamber 21 with which the separation point 4 is provided.
- a second fixed bracket 22 runs parallel to this, in front of it in FIGS. 1 to 8, with which one end of a coil 23 of the magnetic mechanism 3 is connected, in which the main current path continues behind the separation point 4.
- This and the main flow path 1 also include a fork 24 with two brackets 25, which closes the main flow path when the brackets 25 bear against the brackets 20 and 22 and opens the main flow path by removing the brackets 20 and 22. Contact pads are shown on the contact surfaces.
- the spatial design of the fork 24 can best be seen in FIG. 9.
- the spark extinguishing chamber 21 belonging to the separation point 4 is of a conventional type and need not be described in detail.
- the magnetic mechanism 3 consists of an armature 26 surrounded by it, which has a pull rod 27 with a plate 28 at one end and a striking pin 29 at the other end.
- the other end of the coil, which is drawn with three turns for the sake of illustration 23 is connected to a bimetal, which represents the thermal release 2, via a wide, flexible braided strand 30.
- the bimetal is attached to a component 31, which is again stationary, and a screw is arranged at its end as an adjustable pressure pin 60.
- the last section of the main current path 1 extends to the exit labeled "LA".
- the secondary flow path 5 branches off from the main flow path with the second separation point 8:
- the one, fixed, contact is at 32 as a console on the above Continued 19 trained, the other, movable, contact 33 on one Contact member 34.
- the bypass path 5 is continued by an in each position on it contact fields 35, a plate 36 into which the contact fields 35 merges, which, concealed in FIGS. 2 and 3, adjoins the plate 36 Resistor 7, a starting from this in a fixed structural arrangement, the second thermal trigger 6 forming bimetal and one at 37 on the bimetal welded thin dashed lines 38 shown in broken lines, the other hand at 39 the component 31 is attached, so that the secondary flow path 5 here again in the main flow path 1 flows into.
- the further current path 9 branches off at 40 under prestress on the component 31 adjacent, double-bent spiral spring 41 from the main flow path 1.
- the spiral spring 41 splits into two contact tongues 42 and 43 which are slightly interlocked with one another. Together with counter-contacts 44, 244, these form the third and fourth disconnection points 11 and 12, respectively.
- the second resistor 13, a PTC, and the diode 158, which precede the resistor 13 Overvoltage protects are arranged on a common carrier 159 with the counter contacts 44 and 244.
- the resistor 13 is not visible in the drawing, as is the wiring. From there, the further current path 9 leads through a conductor 45 into a coil 46 of the second magnet mechanism 10. Following this, it is formed by a component 47 which extends to the more distant end face of the circuit breaker and ends here with a connecting terminal 48 ,
- a support skid 52 is held by a pawl 51 on the by means of an intermediate rod 53 which can be moved from the manual shift lever 18 a push rod 54 acting on the contact member 34 is supported.
- the jack 51 and the support skids 52 are mounted on fixed articulated axes 55 and 56, respectively
- the intermediate rod 53 and the push rod 54 are articulated on both sides.
- the contact member 34 On the contact member 34, with the exception of its end carrying the contact 33 has a U-shaped cross section, acts against the protruding between the U-legs and on the U-legs articulated push rod 54 which from behind on the U-web pressing contact spring 35.
- the position of the Contact member 34 determined by the contact of the contact 33 to the fixed Contact 32 on the one hand and by supporting the push rod 54 on the support skid 52 and the intermediate rod 53 on the other hand, wherein the contact spring 35 the contact forces generated and slots 58 penetrated by a fixed cross pin 57 keep the contact member 34 in the other U legs.
- the contact spring 35 pivots the contact member 34, which is then held by the transverse pin 57 at the end of the slots 58, and the separation point 8 is opened.
- the push rod 54 is withdrawn from the support according to FIG. 2 on the support skid 52 either by turning the switching lever 18 into the off position, resulting in a forceless contact with another point according to FIG. 3 or by the pawl 51 being actuated by the Push pin 60 of the thermal trigger 2 or the same push pin of the thermal trigger 6, which releases the support skid 52 and then pivots it back in its joint 56.
- the manual shift lever 18 then returns to the "off" position under the action of a leg spring 157 which bears against it and is only shown in FIG. 5.
- the support runner 52 and its pawl 51 bring themselves back into their mutual position when the push rod 54 has been removed from the support point on the support runner 52 and the thermal trigger 2 and 6 respectively have been removed by moving the shift lever 18 into the “off” position has withdrawn again.
- a bending spring 101 acting between the two parts and a stop serve for this purpose. How in detail the support skid 52 is held by the pawl 51 can remain open here. One possibility is given in DE 41 18 377.
- the mechanism 15, via which, as mentioned, the separation point 4 from both the magnetic mechanism 3 and can be opened by the end member of the mechanism '14, consists, seen as a whole, of a fork 24 mentioned as a make contact holding lever 59, which is mounted on an axis 61 and against the force of a directly attacking another part, tension spring 62 in the closed position of the Fork 24 is held by a pawl 63 engaging at its other end (hidden in the drawings).
- the armature 26 of the Magnet mechanism '3 with its plate 28 and a connecting lever 64 (Fig. 3,4) release the pawl 63 from the end member of the mechanism 14, namely the contact member 34 is pushed.
- the lever 59 consists essentially of a sheet metal part which is angled near the axis 61 and has a U-shaped cross section.
- the fork 24, which is not shown in detail, is mounted at 131 (FIG. 9) as a lever in the lever 59, and can be tumbled and with electrical insulation.
- a spring 65 which is supported against a projection on the lever 59, presses onto the rear end of the fork 24, which is provided with an electrically insulating cap. In the closed position of the fork, the spring 65 is tensioned and thus a secure contact pressure is present.
- the tumbling storage ensures the contact of both brackets 25 of the fork; it distributes the contact pressure evenly over both.
- the pawl 63 is also a lever designed as a molded plastic part.
- the lever is stored on a fixed axis 66. It is pulled in the locked position of the pawl by a tension spring 80.
- the plate 28 of the armature 23 lies against it on; at 67 the lever engages hook-shaped around the pull rod 27 under the plate 28. If the armature 26 picks up, it is thus released.
- the remaining force of the armature 26 is transmitted directly to the fork 24 by the striker 29, in addition to the force the tension spring 62. In the event of a short circuit that starts the magnetic mechanism 3, the separation point 4 is opened quickly accordingly.
- the force arm of the above-mentioned connecting lever 64 has with the contact member 34 a pressure and tension-transmitting, movable hook connection which need not be described in detail.
- the load arm is duplicated, starting from the lever axis 68.
- the load arm 69 visible in FIGS. 3 and 4 acts further via a pressure bale 70 formed on it, which will be discussed further below.
- the other, shorter load arm is hidden behind the load arm 69 in FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the contact member 34 opens the second disconnection point 8, it presses on the connecting lever 64. This depresses the lever of the pawl 63 and thus also triggers the opening of the separation point 4.
- the mechanism 16 for closing the separation point 4 has the following structure:
- the second magnet mechanism 10 has an armature 49, which is provided at its end with two laterally protruding drivers 50.
- a sheet metal part 72 is U-shaped with a back 73 and two cheeks and is mounted on an axis 74 as a lever. The ends of the two cheeks have projections 75 under the drivers 50 of the armature 49.
- the sheet metal part 72 is pivoted.
- the counterforce comes from the tension spring 62 mentioned above, which acts on a bracket 76 of the sheet metal part 72, which in turn presses the lever 59 at 77 (FIG. 9) in the opening direction of the separation point 4 after the closing process.
- the lever 59 protrudes with its lever arm, which is largely concealed in the drawings, between the cheeks of the sheet metal part 72 and abuts the back 73 of the sheet metal part 72 from the inside.
- the sheet metal part 72 engages the lever 59 here in order to pivot it back from the open position of the separation point 4 into the closed position under tension of the very strong tension spring 62, which is held by its holder 78 with an adjustable tensile force.
- the arrangement of the axis 74 in the region of the lever arm of the lever 59 results in the best possible power transmission from the sheet metal part 72 to the lever 59.
- the described resetting process has a lead in mechanism 17 as follows:
- a contact carrier 81 is pivotably arranged on a fixed axis 79 (see in particular FIG. 8). It is a molded part made of plastic, in which the spiral spring 41 with the contact tongues 42 and 43 has a suitable seat. It is held in the seat by an insert part 156 which, with a cylindrical part, engages axially in the one bend of the S-shaped spiral spring 41 and is positioned approximately in the pivot axis 79 of the contact carrier. The other, smaller bend extends between the cylindrical part and the fixed component 31. It remains quite unchanged even when the contact carrier 81 is pivoted.
- the torque about the axis 79 which is generated by the biasing spring 41 on the component 31 at 40 and is exerted on the contact carrier 81, is held by a first lever arm 82 of the contact carrier 81 supported on the back of the lever 59.
- the support is omitted if the lever 59 pivots away when the separation point 4 is opened.
- the line circuit breaker is completely switched off, ie when the second separation point 8 is open, it is replaced by the above-mentioned pressure pad 70, which then assumes a position in which a second lever arm 83 of the contact carrier 81 abuts it (FIG. 3).
- the separation point 4 is opened (FIG. 4) and the previous support of the contact carrier 81 by the lever 59 is omitted, the spiral spring 41 pivots the contact carrier 81 with the contact tongue 51 until the contact carrier 81 strikes on the one named driver 50.
- the contact tongue 42 lies on its counter contact 44.
- the contact tongue 43 does not yet lie on its counter contact 244.
- the interlocking is ensured by different heights of a support 84 (FIG. 8). which is formed in the contact carrier 81 for the contact tongues 42 and 43, respectively.
- the separation point 11 has thus been closed and the separation point 12 has remained open.
- the magnetic mechanism 10 receives current as a result of the elimination of the short circuit, it is initially throttled by the resistor 13. It is sufficient, however, to pivot the sheet metal part 72 only slightly against the force of the spring 62 and thus to tighten the armature 49 so much that the stop of the contact carrier 81 on the driver 50 is withdrawn and also the contact tongue 43 on its mating contact 244 sets and thus closes the separation point 12. Now the resistor 13 is bridged, and with the now flowing full current, the magnetic mechanism can pull the lever 59 back into the closed position of the separation point 4. In the last section of this movement, the lever 59 abuts the lever arm 82 and thus pivots the contact carrier 81 into the open position of the separating points 11 and 12. The end position shown in FIG.
- a first assembly 85 comprises the parts 6, 60, 7, 35, 36.
- a second assembly 86 includes parts 18, 34, 51-58. Both assemblies are shown together in FIGS. 5 to 7.

- the stripped, inner end of the winding 87 of the steel foil strip bears against the plate 88. It forms the one contact.
- the other contact is the plate 36 already mentioned elsewhere.
- the other, designated 100, stripped end of the steel foil strip is pressed over its entire width by the one edge of a U-shaped casing 89 of the winding 87, which here, wherein the end 100 is interposed, abuts the plate 36.
- the contact pressure is brought about by three tabs 92 projecting on the edge, through elongated holes 90 in the steel foil strip and through openings 91 in the plate 36 and behind these set tabs 92 (a bend is shown instead of the interleaving).
- the other edge of the U-shaped border 89 is connected directly to the plate 36 by means of tabs 93 and openings 94.

- connector bolts were through the eyelet 136 and the hollow pin 140 and through the eyelet 141 and the Hollow pin 142 inserted; for this there are 114 bolt holes in the half box 148 or 149 as well as hollow spigots protruding on the inside of the wall, the remaining width bridge the housing between the eyelets 136 and 141.
- Next is inside on the wall of the half-box 114 a mirror image of the border frame 144 Binding frame for said parallel wall 145.
- the connecting lever 64 is shown in FIG. 13, as well as a rod 151 serving to indicate a fault.
- the connecting lever 64 acting from the assembly 86 into the assemblies 127 and 129 had to be inserted with its force arm between the wall parts 97 and 98 and had to be mounted in a bearing 152 of the half-box 111 with an axle stub of its lever axle 68.
- the opposite bearing 154 for the other axle stub is located in the half box 114.
- the rod 151 is inserted with a bushing 160 onto a lateral projection 161 of the fork 24 and placed in a flat groove 153 formed in the wall part 98, in which it has a guide.
- the rod 151 blocks with its upper end the manual shift lever 18 when the separation point 4 is glued and no longer opens.
- An analog fault indicator is automatically present for the second separation point 8 in such a way that the intermediate rod 53 and the push rod 54 then hold the manual shift lever 18 clearly in front of its end position in the extended position. This is an advantage resulting from the new arrangement.
- the one contact 25 of the separation point 4 is on a movable one Link 24 arranged, from which a rod 151 articulated to it to the Hand switch lever 18 of the circuit breaker is placed when the disconnection point is closed 4 ends in the swivel path of the load arm of the manual shift lever 18 such that if the contact 25 sticks, the hand control lever 18 as a fault indicator in blocked its swivel path, and the manual shift lever 18 is via an intermediate rod 53 and a push rod 54 with one contact 343 of the second Separating point carrying movable contact member 34 connected such that at Adhesion of the contact 33, the intermediate rod 53 and the push rod 54 in stretched Hold the hand control lever 18 as a fault indicator before it reaches its end position.
- Strand 38 was another from one assembly to another reaching part to be attached to component 31 at 39 by means of a clamp.
- the total number of parts has been reduced from 151 to 107.
- the construction according to the state of the art includes an overall supporting frame, on which the parts are attached and installed in laborious, lengthy manual work.
- the scaffold with the installed parts is inserted as a whole into the housing; on the walls are other bearings u. Like. trained.
- the assemblies 85; 86; 127; 129 which can be produced independently and largely by machine, as a whole are only inserted as packages in one half-box 111 of the housing and the other half-box 114 is placed over them.
- the contact arrangement with the spiral spring 41 and the resistor 7 have been completely redesigned and can also be used for other purposes. The latter also applies to the basic assembly technology with assemblies only inserted between two parallel walls of a flat circuit breaker housing.
- the outer functional picture of the circuit breaker has been preserved with regard to the general installation technology.
- the input terminal and the output terminal are located on the end faces, the neutral conductor terminal is located at a conventional location, the manual shift lever 18 is arranged and operated as usual, etc.
- the one on top hat rails circuit breakers to be attached result from the adaptation to a circuit breaker to be attached to busbars.
- 14 to 22 is also assembled in the final assembly from four assemblies 85, 86, 127 and 129, which in one from two half boxes 111 and 114 existing housing are installed.
- Fig. 14 shows the half box 111, in which the modules are inserted during assembly be after inserting the modules 85 (hidden) and 86 and before Insert the assemblies 127 and 129, which are already assembled together.
- 15 shows the half box 111 with the fully inserted modules 85, 86, 127 and 129 before inserting two items, a rod 151 and one Connecting lever 64 and before overlaying the other half box 114.
- the housing of the circuit breaker has a rear wall 201, half of which is formed in the two half boxes 111 and 114. Between the studs 202 projecting on the rear wall and further projections 203 and 204, three seats 205, 206 and 207 are formed for three busbars of one phase each.
- the circuit breaker can be fitted with these seats, which are adapted to the width of the busbar, precisely on the relevant three busbars.
- With a hook-shaped extension 208 of the projection 203 it engages under the busbar of the neutral conductor, whereby it can be adapted with a removable insert part 209 of single and double thickness to the busbar and a nose 215 lies above the busbar.
- a latching hook 210 which also has to be adapted to the thickness of the busbar, rims under the busbar of the phase there.
- the circuit breaker is placed on the busbars by first pushing it with the hook-shaped extension 208 under the busbars of the neutral conductor and then swinging it onto the other busbars; at the end the hook 210 snaps under it.
- the hook-shaped extension 208 and the latching hook 210 are formed partly on the half-shells 111 and 114 and partly on the assemblies 127 and 129, which contribute to the housing wall with narrow wall sections 211 between the half-shells 111 and 114 which have corresponding recesses here.
- the latching hook 210 can best be seen in FIGS. 16 and 17:
- a flat spiral spring 214 made of plastic, which is made in one piece with two hook legs 217 having an inclined surface 216.
- the spiral spring 214 is provided with a resilient part 219 having two lateral projections 218 and the socket 213 is provided on both of its parts with two notches 220 with which the projections 218 can be selectively brought into engagement , namely by pushing back the resilient part 219 so that the projections 219 emerge rearward from the incisions 210 previously made, and displacing the spiral spring 214 in the socket 213.
- a guide 221 is provided in the further projections 204 of the two half-boxes 111 and 114 for a connecting piece 222 emerging laterally on the two hook legs 217.
- the inclined surfaces 216 of the hook legs meet the outermost busbar edge.
- the hook 210 is thereby pushed back until it engages under the busbar.
- the tip of a screwdriver can be inserted into a bracket 223 and the spiral spring 214 bent back using a semicircular bracket 224 formed on the spiral spring 214 as a counter bearing.
- the bending spring 214 is held on the assembly 129 in a manner not shown until final assembly.
- a contact clip 225 is arranged on the seat 205 for an outer busbar.
- the contact clip 225 is formed by bending a sheet metal strip from a simultaneously resilient conductor material in a U-shape and then bending it back to the one U-leg and then bending it to form a tab 226 lying in the extension of the back of the contact clip.
- the two U-legs of the clip are marked with 227 and 228, the back with 229 and the back bend with 230.
- the flag 226 is connected to a further flag 231 of a further conductor strip 232. After a short bend within the plane, this is angled out of the plane to form a short intermediate section 233 and then lies in a flat border 234 which is formed on a frame structure 235 of the assembly 129.
- the continuation in assembly 129 will be discussed below.
- a counterpart 236 to the surround 234 is designed in the form of ribs 237 and 238. In the fully assembled state, these enclose the flat surround 234, so that the further conductive strip 232 is covered here by a bare cover the wall of the half box 111 is boxed out.
- the contact clip 225 When handling the assembly 129, the flags 231 and 226 and the contact clip 225 protrude freely.
- the contact clip 225 is held in such a way that its legs 227 and 228 protrude through two openings 239 and 240 in the rear wall 201 and its back 229 is loosely gripped from the side in each of the two half-shells 111 and 114 between a relatively narrow side support 241 for the inside and a counter support 242 for the outside of the back.
- This loose holder allows the contact clip to precisely adjust the position of the busbar to compensate for tolerances and to apply its legs 227 and 228 to the narrow sides of the busbar with correspondingly undiminished contact pressure.
- the leg 227 of the contact clip 225 arranged on the seat 205 for a busbar lies between the hook legs 217 of the latching hook 210 which are intended to engage under this busbar.
- the openings 239 and 240 and the support 241 and the counter-holder 242 also have the half-boxes 111 and 114 at the locations of the busbars of the other two phases, ie at the seats 206 and 207.
- the unused openings 239 and 240 are closed by insert parts 243 and 244.
- the insert parts 243 and 244 of the two openings 239 and 240, which belong together, are connected to one another on the inside of the rear wall by webs 245 and grip behind the rear wall with strip-shaped projections 246.
- the associated insert parts are drawn in FIGS. 14 and 16 in their spatial assignment to the assemblies 127 and 129. But they are separate parts from them.
- the contact clip 225 is arranged on the seat 206 and on the seats 205 and 207 are the openings for the legs of a contact clip with insert parts 243 and 244 closed. 19, the contact clip 225 is located the seat 207.
- the contact clip 225, the back 229 of the contact clip, the flag 226 and the further flag 231 are aligned parallel to the surface of the rear wall 201 and covered by an intermediate wall 247, ie they are separated from the rest of the housing space.
- the intermediate wall 247 like the rear wall 201, is each formed half in the half-boxes 111 and 114.
- the cylindrical protrusions 248 on the rear wall 201 and the intermediate wall 247 are production-related and have no function in the line switch.
- the gap appearing in FIG. 14 in the intermediate wall 247 at the exit of the further conductor 232 is closed by the frame structure 235 mentioned.
- FIGS. 17, 18 and 20 shows the arrangement of the contact clip 225 with respect to the further lug 231 and the further conductor 232, as is provided according to FIGS. 17, 18 and 20, for itself. 17 and 20 on the left, the free ends of the two tabs 226 and 231 are connected to one another, for example spot welded.
- the end of the flag 226 adjoining the contact clip 225 is connected to the free end of the flag 231.
- the end of the flag 231 adjoining the further conductor strip 232 is at the free end of the flag 226 connected.
- the orientation of the contact clip corresponds in the half boxes 111 and 114, respectively the arrangement of the different sized openings 239 for the sole U-legs 227 and 240 for the U-leg 228 and the back bend 230 together.
- FIG. 21 illustrates the continuation of the further conductive strip 232 in the assembly 129.
- the supporting mechanical part of this assembly is the already mentioned plastic frame structure 235. Together with the half boxes 111 and 114, it creates the mounting of a line component 249 and an essentially identical line component 250, which have two fixed contacts 251 of the main disconnection point of the line circuit breaker. Together with the half boxes 111 and 114, it also creates the holder for two spark quenching chambers 21, into which the line components 249 and 250 extend. Finally, it has the mechanically load-bearing part of a magnetic mechanism 3 for opening the separation point and, in the form of a chamber 254, the mechanically load-bearing part of a fixed contact 32 of a second separation point 8.
- a magnetic mechanism 3 for opening the separation point and, in the form of a chamber 254, the mechanically load-bearing part of a fixed contact 32 of a second separation point 8.
- the flat border 234 for the further conductor strip 232 already mentioned is formed on the part 253, which is designed in principle as a ring cylinder, parallel to the axis thereof and angled at the upper end at 255 in the surface just to the side.
- a matching bend can be seen at the counterpart 236 in the half-box 111 at 256.
- the corresponding angled further conductor strip 232 is then angled out of the surface at 257 into the assembly. It continues through further bends and angles into chamber 254, where it bears contact 32 at its end. In front of the chamber 254, it is plugged with a bore 258 onto a fixed bolt 259 of the frame structure 235 and thus held.
- the line component 249 is attached to the section of the further conductor strip 232 angled at 257 via a rectangular plate 260.
- the plate 260 has a free projection on both sides, but only on the side of the bend 257 next to the curvature of the bend.
- At the other end of the line component 249 there is also a rectangular widening 261 with free lateral protrusions.
- the protrusions at the front in the drawing arrive in a receptacle 264 or a plug-in receptacle 265 of the half-box when the circuit breaker is finally assembled 111 (Fig. 14).
- the arcing chamber walls 145 are placed in the frame 266 of the frame structure 235 or 144 of the frame 111.
- the line component 250 is provided with the same plate 260 and the same widening 261 as the line component 249.
- the lateral protrusions are here taken in the same way in plug-in receptacles of frame structure 235 or plug-in receptacles 264 and 265 of half-box 114. The same applies again to the arcing chamber walls 145 and their border frames, of which only the border frame 144 appears on the half-box 114 in the drawings.
- the other end 269 is connected to a bimetal 2 by means of a wide strand 30 indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 9.
- the bimetal 2 is held mechanically by a component 31 rigidly connected to the output terminal 133 of the circuit breaker; the output terminal 133 itself receives its fixed arrangement through a seat in the assembly 127 when assembling the assemblies 127 and 129 before they are inserted together into the half-box 111 (FIG. 14).
- a cable guide 270 is provided for the cable to be connected to the output terminal 133, for example in the extension of the output terminal.
- the two contacts 251 lie over two brackets 25 connected as a fork 24, and a pawl 63 lies with a hook-shaped grip 67 under a plate 28, which the anchor 26 inserted into the central cavity of the supporting part 253 of the magnetic mechanism '3 at its end.
- the fork 24 rests with the brackets 25 on the contacts 251 and connects them.
- the contact is opened in that the armature 26 of the magnetic mechanism 3 moves the pawl 63 via its plate 28 and the hook-shaped wrap 67 and this releases a spring to move the fork 24 away from the contacts 251.
