Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung eines Sicherheitsgeländers zur Anordnung entlang von Absturzkanten eines Treppenschachtes für ein Gebäude, das sich im Bauzustand befindet, die Vorrichtung umfasst Geländerteile (25 bis 28) und Mittel (18, 19) zum beabstandeten Halten der Geländerteile von dem Fußboden (11), die Geländerteile sind in der Länge justierbar und drehbar mit den Haltemitteln verbindbar, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung eine Abdeckkappe oder Hülse (22, 23) umfasst, an die wenigstens eines der Geländerteile anbringbar ist und die ein rechtwinkliges Profil aufweisen, das nahe an einem Ende in dem der Endpunkt eines zylindrischen Spindelstabes (16 und 17) unmittelbar ineinander schiebbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 1, wobei das Haltemittel optional ein in der Höhe verstellbares Beinteil umfasst, das angeordnet oder anordbar mit einem Fußteil (20) zur Zeit weisen Verbindung mit dem Fußboden ist.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 1 oder dem Anspruch 2, wobei das Haltemittel Mittel zum Anschließen des Geländerteiles umfasst und diese weisen ein Anschlussstück (24) auf, das dem Haltemittel zugeordnet ist und das einen Schlitz oder einen Ausschnitt aufweist, um einen Gelenkstift (29) darin aufzunehmen zur Verbindung mit einem Anschlussstück oder einer Einstecklasche, die an den Enden der Geländerteile, die daran mit Löchern versehen sind, um den Gelenkstift darin aufzunehmen.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 3, wobei der Gelenkstift als Schnellverschluss und schnell lösbarer Verschluss ausgebildet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Vielzahl von Anschlussmitteln an den Haltemitteln vorgesehen sind, von denen sich entsprechend unterschiedliche Richtungen erstreckbar sind.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Geländerteile aus teleskopischen Rohren bestehen, die eine äußere oder eine distanzierte Ausbildung aufweisen und mit den Haltemitteln in Wirkverbindung bringbar sind.
  7. Ein Verfahren zum Bereitstellen eines Geländers entlang einer Absturzkante eines ungesicherten Treppenschachtes in einem Gebäude, das sich im Bauzustand befindet, das Verfahren umfasst drehbar und längeneinstellbare Geländerteile (25 bis 28), die mit Haltemitteln, (18, 19) in Wirkverbindung bringbar sind und die von dem Fußboden an oder nahe der Absturzkante des Treppenschachtes beabstandbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eines der Geländerteile verbindbar mit einer Abdeckkappe oder Abdeckhülse (22, 23) ist, die ein rechtwinkliges Profil aufweisen und die nahe an einem Ende in des Endpunkt ein zylindrischer Spindelstab (16, 17) direkt ineinander schachtelbar ist.
