Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Transportmittel aus Kunststoff, insbesondere einen Transport- oder Flaschenkasten, ein Tablar oder eine Palette, mit mindestens einer einen Aufdruck tragenden Wand, auf der eine bedruckte Folie angebracht ist, welche vor dem Herstellungsvorgang in die Herstellungsform eingelegt und beim Herstellungsvorgang des Spritzgießens mit dem Material des Kastens fest verbunden ist.
  • Vor Jahrzehnten, als die ersten Flaschenkästen aus Kunststoff gefertigt wurden, stellte man fest, daß derartige Kästen hervorragende Werbeträger sein können und fing an, die Außenwände dieser Kästen im Siebdruckverfahren zu bedrucken. Die Entwicklung des Druckverfahrens war schwierig und die Druckqualität war nicht besonders hoch, doch jahrzehntelang nahm man dieses in Kauf und fand sich damit ab, daß die Bedruckung unter dem rauhen Betrieb der Verpackungsmaschinen und des Transportes durch Abrieb litt.
    Dann entwickelte man die Spritzgußformen für die Herstellung solcher Kästen dahingehend weiter, daß man in die Form außen bedruckte Kunststoffolien einlegen konnte und beim Spritzguß diese Folien mit der Kunststoffmasse des in der Herstellung befindlichen Transportkastens fest verbinden konnte. Das verbesserte vor allem die Druckqualität, konnte jedoch den während des Transportes, der Befüllung und des Waschens auftretenden Abrieb nicht vermeiden.
    Insbesondere goldfarbene Bedruckung verior sich schneil im Gebrauch der Transportkästen, weshalb man dazu überging, zusätzlich eine weitere Folie in Goldfarbe nach dem Ausstanzen nicht goldfarbener Teile auf die mit anderen Farben bedruckte Folie aufzubringen. Diese goldfarbene Folie liegt nun aber mit ihren Rändern frei für an sie anschlagende Gegenstände, während die unter ihr liegende mit anderen Farben bedruckte Folie in ihrem Randbereich durch im Querschnitt halbkreisförmige vorspringende Rippen geschützt werden kann. Somit ist auch diese Ausführung mit dem Mangel einer geringen Verschleißfestigkeit behaftet.
  • Aus der WO-A-01/00493 ist ein Kunststoffbehälter bekannt, auf dessen senkrechten Seitenwänden Etiketten oder gedruckte Bilder vorgesehen sein können. Es kann auch eine eingelassener Transponder vorgesehen sein, der durch ein Etikett verdeckt wird. Das oder die Etiketten liegen in zurückspringenden Feldern der Seitenwände, die durch vorstehende Rippen umgeben sind.
  • Die Erfindung vermeidet die Nachteile des Standes der Technik. Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Möglichkeit zu schaffen, dem Verschleiß der hochqualitativen Bedruckung Einhalt zu gebieten und die Bedruckung in einfacher Weise herzustellen und auf die Kästen aufzubringen.
  • Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß sich die Bedruckung auf der Rückseite einer Klarsichtfolie befindet, und an einer weiteren Folie anliegt, die einerseits an der Klarsichtfolie und ihrer Bedrukkung anliegt und fest haftet und die andererseits auf der dem Transportmittel zugewandten Seite mit dem Material des Transportmittels fest verbunden oder verschmolzen ist.
  • Hierbei liegt die Bedruckung in einem Innenraum zwischen zwei Folien und kann daher von außen her nicht berührt und abgeschabt oder sonstwie beschädigt werden. Das führt zu einer langen Lebensdauer der Bedruckung in einwandfreier nicht veränderbarer Beschaffenheit.
  • Weiterhin ist erreicht, dass keine Vergilbung des Druckes eintritt und die Farbbrilianz erhalten bleibt, welches den Druck über einen langen Zeitraum neuwertig erscheinen läßt.
  • Eine ähnliche Wirkung läßt sich dadurch erzielen, daß die bedruckte Folie durch eine auf die bedruckte Seite aufkaschierte weitere Folie, die transparent ist, überdeckt ist.
  • Dabei ist es zweckmäßig, daß die in die Herstellungsform eingelegte Folie als Sandwichfolie hergestellt und als solche vor dem Herstellungsvorgang des Spritzgießens in die Herstellungsform eingelegt ist.
  • Um diese Sandwichfolie gegen äußere beschädigende Einflüsse am Rand der Sandwichfolie zu schützen, ist es zweckmäßig, daß rings um den Ort der Anbringung dieser Sandwichfolie an dem Transportmittel eine Rippe am Kasten angeordnet ist.
  • Bei diesem Transportkasten ist es zweckmäßig, wenn die auf der bedruckten Seite der Klarsichtfolie angebrachte Goldtonfarbe als Druckfarbe auf die Folie aufgebracht ist.
  • Die Sandwichfolie ist derart aufgebaut, daß zwischen der bedruckten Seite der äußeren Folie und der mit dem Material des Kastens verbundenen Folie eine Klebstoffschicht liegt, die die beiden Folien zusammenhält. Diese Klebstoffschicht ist vorzugsweise transparent.
  • Das Wesen der Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand eines in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig.1 eine Ansicht eines Transportkastens,
    • Fig.2 einen Schnitt durch die an einem Transportkasten angebrachte bedruckte Sandwichfolie in starker Vergrößerung.
  • Auf der Seitenwand 1 des Transportkastens 2 befindet sich eine von einer flachen Rippe 3 umgebene Werbefläche 4. Diese ist mit einer werbenden Bedruckung 5 versehen. Diese Bedruckung 5 befindet sich auf auf der Rückseite einer transparenten Folie 6. Diese Folie 6 ist durch eine transparente Klebstoffschicht 7 mit einer weiteren Folie 8 zu einer Sandwichfolie verbunden. Diese Sandwichfolie ist vor dem Spritzgußvorgang in die Herstellungsform des Transportkastens eingelegt worden und hat sich an ihrer Rückseite bei der Herstellung mit der heißen, füeßfähigen Kunststoffmasse des Transportkastens 2 fest derart verbunden, daß die dem Transportkasten 2 zugewandte Seite der weiteren Folie 8 ein Stück mit dem Material des Transportkastens bildet. Somit liegt die Bedruckung 5 geschützt vor Abrieb auf Lebensdauer unter der äußeren Folie 6 und kann nur durch Zerstörung der äußeren 6 Folie beschädigt oder zerstört werden.

Claims (6)

  1. Transportmittel aus Kunststoff, insbesondere Transport- oder Flaschenkasten (2), ein Tablar oder eine Palette, mit mindestens einer einen Aufdruck tragenden Wand, auf der eine bedruckte Folie angebracht ist, welche vor dem Herstellungsvorgang in die Herstellungsform eingelegt und beim Herstellungsvorgang des Spritzgießens mit dem Material des Kastens (2) fest verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Bedruckung (5) auf der Rückseite einer Klarsichtfolie (6) befindet, und an einer weiteren Folie (8) anliegt, die einerseits an der Klarsichtfolie (6) und ihrer Bedruckung (5) anliegt und fest haftet und die andererseits auf der dem Transportmittel (2) zugewandten Seite mit dem Material des Transportmittels fest verbunden oder verschmolzen ist.
  2. Transportmittel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf die bedruckte Folie (6) aufkaschierte weitere Folie (8) transparent ist.
  3. Transportmittel nach Anspruch 1oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in die Herstellungsform eingelegte Folie als Sandwichfolie (6,8) hergestellt und als solche vor dem Herstellungsvorgang des Spritzgießens in die Herstellungsform eingelegt ist.
  4. Transportmittel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß rings um den Ort der Anbringung dieser Sandwichfolie (6,8) an dem Transportmittel eine Rippe (3) am Kasten angeordnet ist.
  5. Transportmittel nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der bedruckten Seite der Klarsichtfolie (6) angebrachte Goldtonfarbe als Druckfarbe auf die Folie aufgebracht ist.
  6. Transportmittel nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der bedruckten Seite der äußeren Folie (6) und der mit dem Material des Kastens verbundenen Folie (8) eine Klebstoffschicht (7) liegt, die die beiden Folien zusammenhält und vorzugsweise transparent ist.
