If it is too big, difficulties in mounting can arise and the dissolving forces become too high. If the radial difference dimension (oversize) dr is too small, too little forces arise in the clamping seat and the second cover mirror is not sufficiently securely mounted.
  • the reference surface V1 orients itself at the shoulder 31c and is parallel to the axis 100. It has a diameter dimension d 31 , which is illustrated in FIG. 2a. • the axial height of the nip corresponds approximately to the height h 30 , but this height depends on the desired volume or the height h 20 of the chamber 20 at the location of the grip tabs 40,41. Measured in the axial direction, the axial heights of the inner wall sections 30a, 10a correspond to substantially the same extent in order to make the grooves 2a, 1a look as similar as possible. Nevertheless, a small step of the sharper curvature 31c in the transition to the nip is not always avoidable, but this paragraph is barely visible from the outside when the first lid section 1 is clamped.

  • the curvature 31b is gentler than the curvatures 31c and 31a. These two stages define the transition into the stripe region 31 and out of this stripe region 31 out, wherein the strip 31 is aligned substantially axially, but slightly inclined. If a slight outward inclination of the strip area 31 is provided, the achievement of the snug fit of the clamping edge 11 is improved.
  • a release of the clamping seat can be achieved by overcoming the radial force f 11 . It is overcome by an axial pulling force emanating from the lid mirror 10 caused by the gripping tab 41. When actuated, a tensile force is created which releases the edge 11 from the strip 31 and bursts out when the radial clamping force f 11 becomes free leads. As a result, the upper lid mirror 10 is removed from the inner lid mirror 30 and the chamber 20 accessible for removal of the stored therein object 44 or 45. During the opening movement may additionally open the upper Aufbrechteil in the lid mirror 10 at least partially, creating a support effect on the stored object 45th arises and the axial tensile force can be applied improved. If only one disc 44 is inserted, which is partially placed around the handle portion 40, the tensile force can be applied without the support effect, it improves the resulting Aufplatzrial and the separation of the upper lid, which happens surprisingly, but clearly.

The distance z is seen in Figure 4a, wherein a substantially constant strip spacing between the outer surface 50 a and the inclined top wall 35 is formed, until the beginning of the mounting edge 36 of the lid.
  • the radially outer elements 52,53 of the mounting tool are with a screw as shown in Figure 3, on the head portion 54a of the upper Section 54 of the tool attached to replace the joining rib 50 with the To allow arranged thereon supporting portions 54,54a.
  • the insertion of the clamping edge 11 on the seat 31 depends on which elastic force f 11 is required to achieve a secure fit and a release of this snug fit upon actuation of the opening lever.
  • the oversize dr contributes to this as a difference measure according to FIG. This measure is determined by the geometry cut by punching and the dimensions of the upper lid section 1, and by a first deforming plastic deformation of the skirt wall 10a in its rest position.
  • This plastic deformation (for example, by deep drawing) can be changed with another tool according to Figure 5 and thus the radial dimension dr can be precisely adjusted, in addition to or independent of a geometric design in a punching and a preforming of this upper lid segment 1, in which operations Deviations are possible, which can be influenced, compensated and redefined with the calibration tool according to FIG. 5 by reshaping.
  • an upper tool part 70 and a lower tool part 60 are movable in the axial direction 100 relative to each other.
  • the upper tool part 70 is axially adjustable and the lower tool 60 immobile as a support member. It has a body 69 as a lower support member and a spacer 65 which determines the axial dimension h 65 of the support member 60.
  • the support member 60 has a collar 61 which faces upward and has an annular recess 64 which has an inner edge 62 and an outer annular ridge 63.
  • the annular ridge 63 is shorter than the skirt wall 10a, as previously described.
  • a lid segment 1 according to Figure 2 is reversed (lid mirror down) in the annular recess 64 inserted so that the curvature 10k of the lid mirror near the inner edge 62 of the recess 64 comes to rest.
  • the axis 100 is drawn and the tool is symmetrical to this axis, so that only the left Half is shown and described.
  • the upper tool part 70 has a calibration head having an inclined outer surface 71 has, which is tuned to the radial dimension of the recess 64 so that the inner end lies within it and the outer end 71a of the Bevel 71 outside. This results in a setting range, depending on the Adjustment depth of the upper calibration head 70, which in turn on a support member 72nd is arranged.
  • a resting edge region of the lid mirror 10 is an upper Apron section with its outward curvature 10r open at the top for engagement of the inclined surface 71, wherein the lower end of the curvature 10r happens, but in the course of adjusting the inclined surface at a certain axial position contacts the inner surface of the curved portion 10r. From the Touching will be a plastic deformation of the skirt wall 10 a done to the Arc segment 10r further out to bend and thus another Difference measure dr to get.
  • At fixed axial adjustment depth can be achieved by changing the height h 65 of the spacer 65 in low stages, ie, for example, with a change of shims 65a in steps of 0.05 mm, a very accurate adjustment of the plastic deformation.
  • the engagement depth can be done by changing the height of the spacer 65 and the upper tool head 70.
  • the relative displacement can also be effected by moving the receiving part 60 relative to the fixed calibration head 70.
  • dr size adjusted by adjusting the height h 65 of the spacer 65.
