Claims (8)
- Querschneider zum Abtrennen von Bahnmaterialien in Bahn-Querrichtung, mit einer gestellfest angeordneten oberen Traverse (10), von deren beiden Enden zwei Zugstangen (22,24) nach unten ausgehen, einem am unteren Ende der Zugstangen (22,24) befestigten, parallel zu der Traverse (10) verlaufenden Unterteil (12), einem zwischen der Traverse (10) und dem Unterteil (12) angeordneten, parallel zu diesen verlaufenden Mittelteil (14) mit Führungshülsen (40,42) an beiden Enden, die auf den Zugstangen (22,24) verschiebbar sind, einem mit der Unterseite des Unterteils (12) im wesentlichen in der Mitte zwischen den Zugstangen (22,24) verbundenen Fluidzylinder (36), dessen Kolbenstange (38) durch das Unterteil (12) hindurch mit dem Mittelteil (14) verbunden ist, sowie einem in Richtung der Traverse (10) verlaufenden, diese in einem Durchlaßschlitz durchdringenden Messer (58), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugstangen (22,24) in der Traverse (10) vertikal verschiebbar geführt werden und federnd in eine angehobenen Stellung vorgespannt sind, daß die Zugstangen (22,24) oberhalb der Traverse (10) mit einem Messerträger (54) mit einem nach unten gerichteten Messer verbunden sind, und daß das Mittelteil (14) auf der oberen Seite eine Aufnahmenut (48) für das Messer (58) aufweist.
- Querschneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Messerträger (54) die Traverse (10) im Querschnitt U-förmig übergreift.
- Querschneider nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Messerträger (54) als im Querschnitt U-förmig gebogenes Blech ausgebildet ist.
- Querschneider nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Unterseite des Messerträgers (54) eine Trägerleiste (56) befestigt ist, in die das plattenförmige Messer (58) eingelassen ist.
- Querschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugstangen (22,24) innerhalb der Traverse im oberen Bereich innerhalb eines Bohrungs-Abschnitts (18) größeren Durchmessers durch eine Schraubendruckfeder (26) umgeben sind, die nach oben gegen einen auf den Zugstangen (22,24) befestigten Federteller (28) anliegt.
- Querschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom Grunde der Aufnahmenut (48) des Mittelteils (14) seitlich austretende Fenster (50,52) ausgehen.
- Querschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugstangen einen oberen Abschnitt (32) geringeren Durchmessers aufweisen, der über eine Stufe (34) in den unteren Teil der Zugstangen (22,24) mit größerem Durchmesser übergeht, und daß die Stufe (34) mit einem an der Traverse (10) vorgesehen Anschlag (30) zusammenwirkt, der die Verschiebung der Zugstangen nach oben begrenzt.
- Querschneider nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag zur Begrenzung der Verschiebung der Zugstangen (22,24) nach oben gebildet wird durch das untere Ende einer Führungshülse (30), die nach unten aus der Traverse (10) austritt.
