Claims (10)
- Dispositif de dosage mécanique pour un réservoir de chasse de W.-C., comprenant
un conteneur (3) à disposer dans le réservoir de chasse (1) qui contient l'agent de dosage à ajouter à l'eau de chasse, un dispositif de poussée verticale (14, 29), un dispositif de fermeture (10, 11, 15, 16, 23, 24),
une sortie sur le fond (4) du conteneur à laquelle est associé le dispositif de fermeture (10,11,15,16, 23, 24) avec position de fermeture et d'ouverture, actionné par le dispositif de poussée verticale (14, 29),
une chambre de passage (7) concentrique qui peut être libérée ou fermée par le dispositif de fermeture (10, 11, 15, 16, 23, 24), et dans lequel le dispositif de poussée verticale (14, 29) est couplé au dispositif de fermeture, dans lequel la chambre de passage (7) présente un fond ouvert vers le bas, le dispositif de poussée verticale (14, 29) ferme de manière étanche le fond ouvert tant que l'agent de dosage s'écoule dans la chambre de passage (7), et le dispositif de fermeture (10, 11, 15, 16, 23, 24) présente une partie de tête (11, 24) disposée dans le conteneur (3), recouvrant le côté supérieur de la chambre de passage (7), qui est reliée de manière fixe à un boulon (10) ou corps cylindrique (23) qui traverse de manière coaxiale la chambre de passage et à l'extrémité inférieure duquel le dispositif de poussée verticale est fixé, et dans lequel la partie de tête (11, 24) et le boulon ou corps font partie du dispositif de fermeture,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de fermeture présente des arrivées d'agent de dosage s'étendant dans le sens radial en forme de paroi annulaire (21, 34) disposée dans le conteneur, accueillant la partie de tête (11, 24), comprenant des ouvertures de passage (22), la paroi annulaire accueillant la partie de tête de telle manière que les ouvertures de passage pour l'agent de dosage soient libérées quand la partie de tête est soulevée et que le dispositif de poussée verticale est soulevé et soient fermées quand la partie de tête repose de manière étanche sur le fond et que le dispositif de poussée verticale est abaissé. - Dispositif de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la superficie de la section des ouvertures de passage (22) peut conçue de manière ajustable.
- Dispositif de dosage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'ajustement est configuré comme un dispositif de dosage réglable sous la forme de deux anneaux (34a, 34b) pouvant tourner en sens opposé l'un à l'autre avec des ouvertures (35a, 35b) dans le sens périphérique de telle manière que, lors de la rotation, la superficie de passage puisse être réduite ou agrandie.
- Dispositif de dosage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux cylindres (34a, 34b) concentriques, mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre, avec des ouvertures (35a, 35b) qui sont disposées de manière à pouvoir être déplacées les unes par rapport aux autres et /ou à pouvoir pivoter les unes par rapport aux autres dans le sens axial.
- Dispositif de dosage selon une des revendications 1 - 4, caractérisé en ce que la garniture d'étanchéité (26) pour l'admission dans la chambre de passage (7) de l'agent de dosage en provenance du conteneur d'agent de dosage est configurée avec une amenée radiale et des ouvertures dans le sens périphérique et en ce que les canaux d'amenée sont adaptés à la courbure de la garniture d'étanchéité.
- Dispositif de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux chambres de passage (7, 9) concentriques dont une ou encore la chambre intérieure (7) accueille l'agent de dosage et la tige (10) pour le dispositif de fermeture et dont l'autre ou encore la chambre extérieure (9) entoure la chambre intérieure à la manière d'un anneau et est en communication sur le côté extérieur, par l'intermédiaire des ouvertures (17, 18), avec l'eau du réservoir de chasse (1), est ouverte au fond et, lorsque le flotteur (14, 29) est soulevé, est fermée par la surface de contact au-dessus d'un dispositif d'étanchéité (16) du dispositif de flotteur (14, 16).
- Dispositif de dosage selon une des revendications 1-6, caractérisé en ce que ta paroi périphérique cylindrique (6) de la chambre intérieure (7) présente des écarteurs (10', 33) dirigés radialement vers l'extérieur qui vont jusqu'à la paroi extérieure (8) de la chambre intérieure (7) et forment un guidage de la paroi intérieure de la chambre.
- Dispositif de dosage selon une des revendications 1 - 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de flotteur (14, 16, 29) a la forme d'une calotte sphérique et en ce que la surface plane de la calotte accueille un tourillon fileté (30) qui est vissé à la partie inférieure d'un deuxième boulon (28) qui présente un contre-filetage.
- Dispositif de dosage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie de tête (11, 24) et la tige cylindrique (23) du dispositif de fermeture dans la chambre intérieure forment une unité de construction et en ce que le deuxième boulon (28) est fermement relié au corps cylindrique (23).
- Dispositif de dosage selon une des revendications 1 - 9, caractérisé en ce que la chambre cylindrique extérieure (9) représente un dispositif mélangeur pour l'agent de dosage libéré de la chambre intérieure (7) quand ce dernier s'écoule radialement vers l'extérieur dans le volume d'eau du réservoir de chasse, dès que la garniture d'étanchéité (16) du flotteur (14) a libéré le fond ouvert des deux chambres (7, 9).
