Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mechanical dosing device for cisterns of Wcs according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a mechanical dosing device for cisterns of Wcs according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a device is known from FR-A-2 716 909.
  • the odor formation is e.g. encountered by inserting scented stones or fragrance packs in a perforated container arranged in the toilet bowl. This method is partly unhygienic and sometimes impractical and does not represent a satisfactory solution to the problem. Furthermore, the odor is counteracted by spraying fragrance. This solution has significant environmental problems because the disposal of the spray cans is highly polluting.
  • a metering insert for additives in toilet water boxes with a the additive receiving reservoir is known.
  • the reservoir receiving the liquid additive has a lower outlet opening to which is attached a metering valve insert comprising an inlet valve, an outlet valve and an intermediate metering chamber and a valve closing body.
  • a float mounted on the metering insert is connected to the valve closing body.
  • a dosing insert proposed by this utility model has a number of significant deficiencies which prevent the dosing insert from being suitable for practical use. So z. As the height of the known metering device due to the proposed construction so large that the accommodation in conventional cisterns is difficult.
  • the upper centric inlet opening must be kept very small, so that the inlet is limited to dosing; This has the consequence that it is very difficult for the, trapped in the metering chamber before filling air to escape upwards against the inflowing metering, since the cross section of the centric Zulauföffnng is extremely small. The dosage is therefore in such a metering device is a significant problem.
  • the cross section between the metering and outlet in the cistern space is very small, since the guide rod for receiving the float should essentially fill the hole to achieve proper linkage guidance. To achieve this, a small game is required; but this little game is also necessary so that the dosing of the metering chamber can flow past the rod in the cistern.
  • this metering device is designed so that when the cistern is full closed the inlet valve and the outlet valve is open, and vice versa with empty cistern, the inlet valve open and the outlet valve is closed.
  • the function of the float is limited to the pure buoyancy function.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a solution for the elimination of odors in toilets, which meets the needs of the practice, is hygienic in the application, the environment is not charged, easy to handle, that is triggered together with the flushing process, and is constructed in that the buoyant body is simultaneously effective as a sealing device on the underside of the metering device.
  • the flowable, usually liquid or powdery, liquid-soluble dosing agent is added to the water supply located in the cistern together with the rinsing process.
  • This dosing agent may be, for example, a fragrance and / or a cleaning agent and / or a disinfectant, which enters the toilet bowl with the rinse water and thereby exerts the desired effect.
  • the container receiving the dosing agent is inserted into the water supply of the cistern.
  • the refilling of the container with dosing either via a line or Schlauchverbin-training between Spülkastenau Towand and container interior, so that a filling from the outside safe is made, or by removing the cistern lid and container lid by directly filling the dosing.
  • the container bottom has an opening which is opened for metered delivery of the dosing into the water supply of the cistern by a closure device and then closed again.
  • the bottom opening of the container is downwardly assigned a concentric chamber having a closure element, for. B. in the form of a bolt with a head, and serves as a buffer for the dosing, as long as the discharge opening is closed in the cistern.
  • the Dosierstoffzulauf from the Dosierstoff matterser takes place in the radial direction through openings in the peripheral wall of the inlet device.
  • two concentric chambers are provided, wherein the radially outer chamber is filled with water from the cistern, and the open bottom of both chambers is closed by the buoyancy device, as long as the cistern is filled with water.
  • the buoyancy device (float) is designed so that it has an upper, sealing closure surface which is pressed with a full cistern against the bottom of the chamber or the two chambers, so that the chambers are closed from below, while the closure device in the upper Area, namely, where the dosing may enter the inner chamber is open and through these openings, the inner chamber is filled with dosing. If the flushing is activated and the cistern emptied; lack of buoyancy for the buoyancy device, so that the closure device releases the underside of the two chambers in the lower area, blocks the inflow of dosing into the chamber and the inner chamber can flow their filling amount of dosing on its underside radially outward, where the dosing with the water in the outer chamber is premixed.
  • the closure body which controls the Dosierstoffzulauf, has an O-ring seal, of an annular, partially circular in cross-section recess of the Head portion of the closure device is received, and which cooperates with an open annular portion of the O-ring receiving annular receiving the chamber wall and sealingly receives the O-ring in the closed position.
  • the feed of the dosing from the container into the dosing is thus made by lowering the cylinder and positioning the O-ring seal.
  • the inflow is thereby adjusted and is controllable in such a way that the inflow opening is made variable in cross-section or adjustable by the inlet openings receiving annular wall is associated with a second annular wall which is radially or axially movable to the first annular wall, such that the cross section of the openings is changed by relative movement of the one relative to the other ring wall.
  • the cylindrical locking pin has a bottom with a downwardly directed guide pin with internal thread into which a bolt with external thread can be screwed, which is firmly connected to a spherical cap buoyancy.
  • the outer cylindrical chamber surrounds the metering chamber in the radial direction. It is like the metering chamber open at the bottom and is sealingly closed by the buoyant body, as long as the dosing agent feeding dosing means closure is opened.
  • the radially outer circumferential wall of the outer chamber has circumferentially approximately uniformly offset openings through which water from the cistern flows into the chamber. Since this chamber is open at the bottom, the water column rests in the chamber on the chamber facing and sealing the top of the buoyancy device. If the water level in the cistern, the water column in the outer chamber pushes the buoyancy device from the Abdichtposition down and supports the sinking movement of the float.
  • the cistern 1 is provided with a removable cover 2.
  • a container 3 is arranged, e.g. suspended, the bottom 4 has a central opening 5 which is bounded by the peripheral wall 6 of a chamber 7.
  • Both chambers 7 and 9, which are preferably cylindrical in shape, are open at the bottom.
  • the inner chamber 7 is penetrated by a bolt 10 having an upper cap 11 with a seal opposite the opening 5, e.g. an O-ring 12, owns.
  • the lower end 13 of the bolt 10 receives a float 14, the upper side 15 is in engagement with the lower boundary of the two open chambers 7 and 9 and seals these chambers upwards by means of a soft rubber seal 16.
  • the bolt 10 may also be designed as a tube whose lower end 13 receives the float 14.
  • holes are designated, which are formed on the outer wall of the outer chamber 9 and through which the chamber 9 is flooded with water from the cistern 1.
  • 19 with a line connection is shown, for example, a hose connection from the Spülkastenau type to port 20 on the container 3 and thus to fill the container.
  • the bottom 4 of the container 3 has an annular wall 21 with openings 22 (FIG. 2) which are arranged level with the bottom 3 or close to the ground and through which the dosing medium flows radially into the inner chamber 7, so that the inflow of dosing is slowed down.
  • Fig. 1 the position of the metering device is shown in the left half, in which the cistern is emptied and the supply of the dosing agent from the container 3 is locked in the chamber 7, while in the right half, the reverse position is shown.
  • the seal 12 of the head part 11 of the bolt 10 is located on the container bottom 4, the opening 5 covering. In this position, dosing agent from the chamber 7 through the open gap between the wall 6 and top 16 of the float 14 can flow radially outward and mix with the water in the chamber 9.
  • the float 14 experiences a buoyancy, and its top with seal 16 lays against the lower boundary of the chamber walls 6 and 8, so that both chambers 7 and 9 are closed down.
  • the inflow of the dosing agent from the dosing tank 3 is released to the inner chamber 7 in push-pull by the cap 11 of the bolt 10 is lifted upwards and from the bottom 4 of the container 3.
  • the inner chamber 7 is filled with dosing and the dosing intermediately stored. This position is shown in FIG.
  • FIGS. 3 and 4 shows an embodiment of the invention modified with regard to FIGS. 1 and 2, wherein identical or corresponding parts are designated by the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 and 2.
  • the bolt 10 of Figures 1 and 2 is replaced by a cylindrical body 23, the head portion 24 has an annular constriction 25 for receiving an O-ring 26, and the bottom 27 is closed and has a second guide pin 28 with internal thread.
  • the float 29 in the form of a spherical cap has a pin 30 with external thread, which is screwed into the second pin 28. External thread and internal thread can be reversed.
  • the float 29 receives on its top a seal 16 which closes the two chambers 7 and 9 at the bottom in the buoyancy position.
  • the upper end of the chamber wall 6 is downwardly and partially curved inside (at 32) executed, such that the O-ring 26 finds a perfect support, and for the dosing a gap 32 between the wall 6 and outer wall of the cylindrical body 23 remains, which is effectively sealed by the O-ring in the closed state.
  • the z. B. may be formed as webs or flags provided, which position the cylindrical body 23 in the chamber 7 and ensure that the cylindrical body maintains its central position in its movement between closed and open position.
  • the upper inflow openings 22, z. B. two openings, which are offset in the circumferential direction by 180 °, can be made adjustable.
  • the two cylinders or rings can be formed displaced relative to each other in the axial direction be, wherein one of the rings has flow openings and the other not, and the ring without flow openings in the height is displaceable, so that the openings are more or less closed.
