Abstract

Eine Drosselklappeneinheit für den Einsatz in der Abgasanlage eines Verbrennungsmotors umfaßt ein Klappengehäuse (1), eine darin um eine Achse (7) drehbar gelagerte Welle (5) mit einem Verschlußelement (6), eine Unterdruckdose (14) mit einer Membran sowie eine der Umsetzung der Hubbewegung der Membran in eine Drehbewegung der Welle (5) dienende Koppeleinrichtung, wobei eine die Drehbewegung (A) der Welle (5) in der Klappenstellung "offen" begrenzende Anschlageinrichtung vorgesehen ist. Dabei ist die Anschlageinrichtung als axial wirkende Klemmeinrichtung ausgeführt, die ein ruhendes Klemmelement (18), ein mit der Welle (5) drehbar bewegtes Klemmelement (20), ein axial ruhendes Hubanschlagelement (9) und ein mit der Welle (5) axial bewegtes Hubanschlagelement (11) umfaßt, wobei mindestens eines der beiden Klemmelemente (18, 20) eine zur Achse (7) geneigte Steuerfläche aufweist, an der in der Klappenstellung "offen" das jeweils andere Klemmelement anliegt, und wobei in der Klappenstellung "offen" das bewegte Hubanschlagelement (11) an dem ruhenden Hubanschlagelement (9) anliegt.
