Claims (9)
- Pfahlfuß-Schneidvorrichtung zur im Wesentlichen radialen Erweiterung des Fußbereiches einer Pfahlbohrung mit
einem zylindrischen Grundkörper (12) und
als Zylinderschalensegmente des zylindrischen Grundkörpers (12) ausgebildeten Schneidflügeln (14), die schwenkbar am Grundkörper (12), seitlich aus diesem mit vorgebbarem Ausstellwinkel ausklappbar sind. - Pfahlfuß-Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Grundkörper (12) unterhalb der ausklappbaren Schneidflügel (14) ein Aufnahmeraum (16) für abgearbeitetes Bodenmaterial vorgesehen ist. - Pfahlfuß-Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufnahmeraum (16) an seiner Unterseite mit einem Deckel (18) verschließbar ist, welcher an dem zylindrischen Grundkörper (12) schwenkbar angelenkt ist. - Pfahlfuß-Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der ausgeklappten Position der Schneidflügel (14) der zylindrische Grundkörper (12) seitlich geöffnet ist, so dass von den Schneidflügeln (14) abgearbeitetes Bodenmaterial in den Aufnahmeraum (16) gefördert wird. - Pfahlfuß-Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des Grundkörpers (12) ein Seelenrohr (20) zum Druckausgleich verläuft und dass das Seelenrohr (20) in eine Austrittsöffnung (22) im Deckel (18) mündet.
- Pfahlfuß-Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Grundkörper (12) eine Betätigungseinrichtung (30) vorgesehen ist, durch welche die Schneidflügel (14) zwischen einer eingeklappten Position und einer ausgeklappten Position verschwenkbar sind. - Pfahlfuß-Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (30) mindestens einen Hydraulikzylinder (32) umfasst. - Pfahlfuß-Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (30) einen Hebelmechanismus (34) umfasst. - Pfahlfuß-Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Oberseite des Grundkörpers (12) eine Verbindungseinrichtung (40) für einen Bohrstrang, eine Druckausgleichsleitung und/oder eine Hydraulikleitung angeordnet ist.
