Claims (15)
- Transportwagen zum Transport blattförmiger Gegenstände, insbesondere Banknoten zwischen verschiedenen Stationen in einem zur Handhabung der blattförmigen Gegenstände bestimmten Gerät, umfassend ein Rahmenteil (12) mit zwei zueinander parallelen Seitenwänden (14), einer zwischen diesen sich erstreckenden Blattauflage (16) und Führungselementen (24, 26, 34), die zum Eingriff mit innerhalb des Gerätes angeordneten Führungsbahnen bestimmt sind, einen an dem Rahmenteil (12) angeordneten Wagenantrieb (36, 46) zum Bewegen des Transportwagens (10) entlang den Führungsbahnen und mindestens ein Klemmelement (18), das an dem Rahmenteil (12) zwischen einer Schließstellung, in der es gegen die Blattauflage (16) gespannt wird, und einer Öffnungsstellung verstellbar ist, in der es von der Auflagefläche (16) abgehoben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportwagen (10) eine Blattfördereinrichtung (38, 48, 96) zum Ausgeben und/oder Einziehen eines Blattbündels hat.
- Transportwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfördereinrichtung einen Riementransport (48, 96) umfaßt.
- Transportwagen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riementransport mindestens ein Riemenpaar (48, 96) mit einem dem Rahmenteil (12) zugeordneten rahmenseitigen Endlosriemen (48) und einem dem Klemmelement (18) zugeordneten klemmelementseitigen Endlosriemen (96) hat, die jeweils parallel zu der Blattauflage (16) und den Seitenwänden (14) des Rahmenteiles (12) umlaufen und durch einen an dem Transportwagen (10) angeordneten Riemenmotor (38) antreibbar sind.
- Transportwagen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riemenmotor (38) in seiner Antriebsrichtung umschaltbar ist.
- Transportwagen nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Riemenpaare (48, 96) parallel zueinander zwischen den Seitenwänden (14) angeordnet sind.
- Transportwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmelement in Form einer Klappe (18) ausgebildet ist, die um eine zu den Seitenwänden (14) senkrechte Achse (20) schwenkbar an dem Rahmenteil (12) gelagert ist.
- Transportwagen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die klemmelementseitigen Endlosriemen (96) über Umlenkrollen (98) geführt sind, deren Achse mit der Klappenschwenkachse (20) zusammenfällt.
- Transportwagen nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe (18) an einer in den Seitenwänden (14) des Rahmenteils (12) gelagerten Welle (74) angeordnet ist, die mit mindesten einem Stellhebel (90) drehfest verbunden ist, der zum Zusammenwirken mit mindestens einem geräteseitigen Stellelement ausgebildet ist.
- Transportwagen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (74) gegenüber dem Rahmenteil (12) in eine der Öffnungsbewegung der Klappe (18) entsprechende Stellung vorgespannt ist.
- Transportwagen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe (18) auf der Welle (74) um einen begrenzten Winkel verschwenkbar ist und gegenüber der Welle (74) in eine ihrer Öffnungsbewegung entgegengerichtete Richtung vorgespannt ist.
- Transportwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Blattauflage (16) des Rahmenteils (12) einerseits und in der Klappe (18) andererseits zwischen den Trumen der Endlosriemen (48, 96) jeweils mindestens eine Stützrolle (66; 106) gelagert ist, die senkrecht zur Ebene der Blattauflage (16) bzw. Klappe (18) beweglich ist, wobei die Stützrollen (66; 106) eines Riemenpaares (48; 96) in Richtung aufeinander zu vorgespannt sind.
- Transportwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagenantrieb mindestens ein durch einen Antriebsmotor (36) antreibbares, an dem Rahmenteil (12) gelagertes Zahnrad (46) umfaßt, das zum Eingriff mit einer entlang den Führungsbahnen vorgesehenen Zahnleiste bestimmt ist.
- Transportwagen nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (36) des Wagenantriebes und der Riemenmotor (38) co-axial zueinander und mit ihren Achsen senkrecht zu den Seitenwänden (14) zwischen diesen an dem Rahmenteil (12) angeordnet sind.
- Transportwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Rahmenteil (12) zwischen diesem und der Klappe (18) Bremsfinger (68) angeordnet sind, die um eine zur Klappenachse (20) parallele Achse (60) schwenkbar und von der Blattauflage (16) weg in Richtung auf einen den Schwenkweg begrenzenden Anschlag vorgespannt sind derart, daß die Bremsfinger (68) bei geöffneter Klappe (18) eine mittlere Position zwischen dieser und der Blattauflage (16) einnehmen.
- Transportwagen nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Klappe (18) senkrecht zur Klappenschwenkachse (20) gerichtete Schlitze (80) zur Aufnahme der Finger eines Stapelrades ausgebildet sind und daß die Bremsfinger (68) jeweils den Schlitzen (80) gegenüber liegen.
