- les figures 1A-1C illustrent le conditionnement d'un produit et d'un échantillon associé au produit, dans un tube selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe du tube dans sa configuration de la figure 1A ;
- les figures 3A-3D illustrent l'utilisation du tube représenté aux figures 1A-1C et 2;
- les figures 4A-4C illustrent le conditionnement d'un produit et d'un échantillon associé au produit, dans un tube selon un second mode de réalisation de l'invention ; et
- les figures 5A-5D illustrent l'utilisation du tube illustré aux figures 4A-4C.
Claims (13)
- Tube souple (1) d'axe X, dont une première extrémité délimite un orifice de sortie (7), une seconde extrémité (3) opposée à la première étant fermée selon une zone de fermeture d'extrémité (23) obtenue par la fixation sur lui même, notamment par soudage ou collage, d'un bord d'extrémité dudit tube, le tube comprenant en outre au moins une zone de fermeture intermédiaire (20) formée entre les première et seconde extrémités, à distance non nulle de ces dernières, et obtenue par la fixation sur elle même, selon au moins une ligne transversale audit axe X, d'une paroi dudit tube, de manière à définir au moins deux compartiments (22, 24) isolés l'un de l'autre :i) un premier compartiment (22) communiquant avec ledit orifice de sortie, et contenant un premier produit ; etii) un second compartiment (24) formé entre lesdites zones de fermeture (20, 23), et contenant un second produit, identique ou différent du premier,
- Tube (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour faciliter la séparation se rompent sous l'effet d'une traction manuelle exercée sur chacun des deux compartiments.
- Tube (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que l'une au moins desdites zones de fermeture (20, 23) présente un bord non rectiligne (28) de manière à permettre, lors de l'ouverture du second compartiment (24), de délimiter un passage de sortie localisé (29) pour le produit contenu dans le second compartiment.
- Tube (1) selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que ledit bord non rectiligne est formé par ladite zone de fermeture intermédiaire (20) et délimite une excroissance (29) en communication avec le second compartiment (24).
- Tube (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens, notamment sous forme d'une amorce de découpe (25) ou d'une ligne de faiblesse (30) pour favoriser l'ouverture manuelle du second compartiment (24).
- Tube (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps tubulaire (2) obtenu par extrusion d'une couche d'au moins un matériau thermoplastique, notamment un polyéthylène, haute ou basse densité, ou un polypropylène, ou par laminage ou coextrusion d'un complexe à plusieurs couches comprenant au moins un matériau thermoplastique.
- Tube (1) selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que l'orifice de sortie (7) est délimité par une tête (4), montée sur le corps tubulaire (2), notamment par soudage ou collage, et obtenue de préférence par injection.
- Tube (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que la zone de fermeture d'extrémité (23) et la zone de fermeture intermédiaire (20) sont obtenues par collage ou soudure, notamment à chaud ou aux ultra-sons.
- Tube (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que la première extrémité est équipée d'une capsule de distribution (8) comprenant un orifice (15) pour la distribution du produit, en communication, au moins sélective, avec ledit orifice de sortie (7), et un élément de fermeture (16, 17) pour obturer de manière réversible ledit orifice de distribution.
- Tube (1) selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que la capsule de distribution (8) comprend un corps (9) monté fixement sur le tube, notamment par claquage ou par vissage, et délimitant ledit orifice de distribution (15), ledit élément de fermeture (16) étant vissé sur le corps (9) ou articulé sur ce dernier, notamment via une charnière film ou une charnière à effet ressort.
- Procédé de conditionnement à l'intérieur d'un tube souple (1) d'axe X, d'un produit et d'un produit échantillon associé audit produit, ledit procédé consistant à :i) par une extrémité ouverte (3) du tube, opposée à une extrémité fermée, introduire ledit produit jusqu'à un niveau de remplissage situé à distance non nulle de l'extrémité ouverte (3) ;ii) réaliser une zone de fermeture intermédiaire (20) au dessus dudit niveau de remplissage, et à distance non nulle de ladite extrémité ouverte (3), en fixant sur elle même, selon au moins une ligne transversale audit axe X, une paroi latérale du tube, de manière à obturer un premier compartiment (22) formé d'un premier côté de ladite zone de fermeture intermédiaire (20);iii) par ladite extrémité ouverte (3), introduire le produit échantillon au dessus de ladite zone de fermeture intermédiaire (20) ; etiv) réaliser une zone de fermeture d'extrémité (23) en fixant sur lui même un bord d'extrémité dudit tube, de manière à former, du côté de la zone de fermeture intermédiaire (20) opposé au premier compartiment (22), un second compartiment (24) contenant le produit échantillon de manière isolée du produit contenu dans le premier compartiment (22), etv) réaliser des moyens, notamment sous forme d'une ligne de faiblesse ou d'une prédécoupe (21), pour faciliter la séparation ultérieure des deux compartiments.
- Procédé pour le conditionnement d'un produit à l'intérieur d'un tube souple (1) d'axe X, ledit procédé consistant à :i) par une extrémité ouverte (3) du tube, opposée à une extrémité fermée, introduire le produit dans ledit tube ;ii) réaliser une zone de fermeture d'extrémité (23) en fixant sur lui même un bord d'extrémité dudit tube ;iii) réaliser une zone de fermeture intermédiaire (20) à distance non nulle de ladite zone de fermeture d'extrémité (23), en fixant sur elle même, selon au moins une ligne transversale audit axe X, une paroi latérale du tube, de manière à former, d'un côté de la zone de fermeture intermédiaire, un premier compartiment (22) contenant une première partie du produit introduit en i) et de l'autre côté de la zone de fermeture intermédiaire, un second compartiment (24), isolé du premier, et contenant une seconde partie du produit introduit en i), etiv) réaliser des moyens, notamment sous forme d'une ligne de faiblesse ou d'une prédécoupe (21), pour faciliter la séparation ultérieure des deux compartiments.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12 caractérisé en ce que le produit et le produit échantillon sont des produits à usage cosmétique.
