Claims (10)
- Blocksauger zum Fixieren von plattenförmigen Werkstücken auf einem Fixierbalken (12) oder Fixiertisch unter Verwendung von Unterdruck, wobei wenigstens eine Anlagefläche des Blocksaugers (10) mit einer Dichtungsplatte (20) versehen ist, welche an ihrem Umfang eine Dichtlippe (22) aufweist und die Dichtlippe (22) einen Ansaugraum (24) umgrenzt und innerhalb des Ansaugraumes (24) wenigstens ein Abstützelement (26) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein zusätzliches Abstützelement (28) vorgesehen ist, welches sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zur Dichtlippe (22) befindet.
- Blocksauger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das zusätzliche Abstützelement (28) im Bereich einer Ecke (30) der Anlagefläche befindet.
- Blocksauger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere zusätzliche Abstützelemente (28) vorgesehen sind.
- Blocksauger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mehreren zusätzlichen Abstützelemente (28) gleichmäßig auf der Anlagefläche verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Blocksauger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsplatte (20) einen Durchbruch für das zusätzliche Abstützelement (28) aufweist.
- Blocksauger nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsplatte (20) eine den Durchbruch aufweisende Grundplatte (34) besitzt und der Durchbruch von einem Wulst (32) umgeben ist und der Rand (32) die Grundplatte (34) überragt.
- Blocksauger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wulst (32) das zusätzliche Abstützelement (28) überragt.
- Blocksauger nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wulst (32) aus einem elastischen, komprimierbaren Material besteht.
- Blocksauger nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wulst (32) aus einem rutschhemmenden Material besteht.
- Blocksauger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zusätzliche Abstützelement (28) eine Zapfenform aufweist.
