Definitions

  • the invention relates to a drainage device for installation in the soil and for surface drainage of a surface according to the preamble of claim 1, and to a method for installing the drainage device.
  • Dewatering devices for discharging surface water from large areas comprise a top frame for receiving a mostly grid or rust-shaped cover which communicates with a drain body, via which it is connected to a floor drain so that surface water is discharged into a baseline .
  • large areas such as car parking areas, pedestrian areas or shopping areas, are no longer designed with concrete or asphalt, but with paving stones or tiles.
  • the position of the cover often can not be adapted to the contour of the paving stones or tiles.
  • the aesthetic effect of the pattern of paving stones or tiles is impaired and the appearance of the surface area is interrupted by the contour of the cover.
  • Paving stones or tiles must also be specially formed in order to be able to integrate the cover into a uniform surface.
  • the attachment frame is mounted on a circular flange, which in a likewise circular trough-shaped formation the drain body is stored flush.
  • the cover adjusts by appropriate rotation of the flange, the corresponding contour of the paving stones or tiles.
  • the rotary flange is provided on the edge with elongated holes which are formed according to the circular course of the flange. Through these slots engage screws that are stored in corresponding internal threads of the drain body.
  • a disadvantage of such a drainage system proves, on the one hand, the only limited angle of rotation of the flange, since the partial circumference of the slots is limited only for reasons of stability. On the other hand, the position of the cover can not be varied. Therefore, a corresponding shape of the paving stones or tiles is still necessary.
  • the invention has the object of providing a drainage device of the type mentioned in such a way so that the flange has two degrees of freedom and thus a displacement and adjustment of the angle of rotation of the flange is made possible.
  • the flange is mounted in a trough-shaped configuration of the drain body whose surface is substantially larger than the surface of the flange. This makes it possible to change the position of the flange - and thus the cover - in any direction. In addition, the flange can be rotated arbitrarily. This makes it possible to a variety of installation situations dominate. Furthermore, the trough-shaped shape and the flange are formed circular. The surface of the trough-shaped formation has Einschlitzieux which are arranged radially at regular intervals. The number of notches is determined by the fact that the partial circumference between two adjacent notches on the outer edge may correspond at most to the partial circumference of the oblong holes of the flange.
  • the partial circumference of the elongated holes is determined in such a way that, in spite of the removal of material, no break points occur at the outer edge of the flange.
  • the width of the notches is smaller than the width of the slots sized. Due to this arrangement of the slots in the flange and the Einschlitzonne on the surface of the drain body, it is ensured that, regardless of the position and the angle of rotation of the flange, the position of the opening of a slot and at least one opening of a slot coincides. This ensures that the flange can be screwed with the aid of a screw with the drain body. In this case, a special screw is inserted through the slot in the Einschlitzung and fixed by means of a rotary motion.
  • the surface of the flange terminates with a shoulder on the outer edge of the trough-shaped formation. This allows a level laying work of paving stones or tiles in the drainage device.
  • the upper portion of the attachment frame is flush with the surface of the cover. This ensures an unhindered drainage of surface water.
  • the cover is vertically variable in height.
  • a height adjustment is achieved by an intermediate frame is inserted under the top frame.
  • Such an additional frame is easy to produce and is easy to assemble.
  • several additional frames can be placed on each other, so that the height adjustment is stepped.
  • the height adjustment of the cover should be such that after paving or tile laying work, the surface of the paving stones or tiles with the surface of the cover just finished. This ensures optimal surface drainage.
  • the shoulder is provided on the outer edge of the trough-shaped molding with a sealing collar.
  • the sealing sleeve is densely sealed with commercially available sealing compounds on the support layer to reliably integrate the drainage device in the sealing layer.
  • subterranean structures e.g. an underground car park, secured against the ingress of water.
  • reinforcing ribs are arranged, which terminate flush with the surface of the trough-shaped formation.
  • the reinforcing ribs thus additionally support the flange in the case of a force acting on the cover.
  • a, occurring by a force on the cover deformation of the drain body is reduced. This prevents the drainage body from breaking out of the floor covering and the sealing layer.
  • the drain body and the flange are preferably made of plastic, that is, a relatively lightweight yet stable material that can be processed inexpensively.
  • plastic that is, a relatively lightweight yet stable material that can be processed inexpensively.
  • the lower part of the drain body can be shortened quickly and easily to the desired length and inserted into a floor drain.
  • Another major advantage of the use of plastic is due to the fact that the Fixing the flange, special screws for plastic joints can be used in the slots on the surface of the trough-shaped molding.
  • the cover may preferably be made of stainless steel, cast iron or galvanized steel, so from relatively non-slip materials.
  • FIG. 1 shows a drainage device for point drainage of surface water in a sectional view.
  • the drainage device consists of a drain body 1, which is inserted into a floor drain 13.
  • the upper region of the drain body is formed as a circular and trough-shaped formation 5 and terminates at the outer edge with a shoulder 10 from. On this shoulder 10, a gasket 12 is attached.
  • a likewise circular flange 2 is mounted, whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of the trough-shaped formation 5.
  • the surface of the trough-shaped formation has Einschlitzonne 7, which extend radially.
  • mounting holes 6, which are formed in this embodiment as arcuate slots.
  • the surface of the flange has in the region of the mounting holes 6 depressions, so that a fixing device 8 is flush with the surface of the flange 2.
  • screws are used to fix the flange.
  • the Einschlitzonne 7 of the trough-shaped formation 5 are formed such that the thread of a screw at a corresponding rotation, in the material of the trough-shaped molding 5 can rotate inside.
  • the number of Einschlitzonne and the length of the slots are chosen such that, regardless of the position of the flange, the position of the opening of a slot 6 and the opening of an indentation 7 matches.
  • the arcuate slots 6 are arranged along a single circle, whose center is arranged centrally to the flange 2.
  • a top frame 4 is mounted, which has a cover 3 flush absorbs.
  • the cover 3 can be fixedly connected to the attachment frame 4 by means of a fastening device 14, for example a clamping or screw connection, or rest only in the attachment frame 4 due to its weight.
  • the attachment frame 4 is formed such that it occupies a flush surface with the cover 3.
  • the height of the top frame 4 is selected such that after the application of a support layer, for example screed, and a subsequent installation of tiles, a flush surface with the cover 3 is achieved.
  • a support layer for example screed
  • a subsequent installation of tiles a flush surface with the cover 3 is achieved.
  • the surface of the flange 2 is flush with the surface of the shoulder 10 of the trough-shaped molding 5. This ensures a quick and easy laying work of the tiles.
  • FIG. 2 shows a partial section of the flange 2 and the trough-shaped formation 5 along the line II of Figure 1.
  • the flange 2 is fastened with a screw which is inserted through a slot of the flange 2 and is then rotated into a slot 7 of the trough-shaped molding 5.
  • the thread of the screw engages in the material of the trough-shaped formation 5.
  • the slots are provided with milled depressions to ensure a flush surface of the flange 2.
  • material savings are made, so that a weight reduction and yet a sufficient strength in the region of the Einschlitzonne 7 is ensured.
  • the dewatering device is shown in a plan view.
  • the cover 3 is fitted in the attachment frame 4 and in this embodiment, by means of fastening means 14, firmly connected thereto.
  • the cover 3 is firmly connected to the attachment frame 4 by means of clamping devices.
  • the cover 3 can rest on the attachment frame 4 without fastening devices 14.
  • the attachment frame 4 is fixedly connected to a flange 2.
  • the outer edge of the flange 2 is provided with a plurality of elongated holes 6, which have a recess for receiving screw heads.
  • the flange 2 rests on the surface of a trough-shaped formation 5. This surface is provided with Einschlitzonne 7, which extend radially.
  • the number of Einschlitzonne 7 and the length of the slots 6 are chosen such that coincide at a position shown in this figure, the flange 2 in the center of the trough-shaped formation 5, the position of at least two openings of Einschlitzonne and the opening of a slot.
  • the fixation of the flange shown in this figure is ensured by means of screws which are inserted through the respective openings of the elongated holes 6 and then screwed into the Einschlitzache 7.
  • a sealing collar 12 is attached by means of an adhesive connection. After the application of a support layer, for example, screed, the sealing sleeve 12 is densely sealed with commercially available sealing compounds with this layer to reliably integrate the drainage device in the support layer.
  • FIG. 4 illustrates the embodiment of a drainage device with twisted and displaced flange 2 explained in FIG. It can be seen that in the previously explained choice of the number of Einschlitzonne 7 and the length of the partial circumference of the slots 6, now at least one opening a Einschlitzung with an opening of a slot Correspondiert- completely independent of the angle of rotation and the position of the flange. 2
  • FIG. 5 shows a sectional view of a flange 2 with an additional frame 11.
  • This intermediate frame 11 is shaped so that it can be placed between top frame 4 and flange 2.
  • An advantage of this design is that the height of the cover 3 and the top frame 4 can be changed quickly and easily by the interposition of various intermediate frame 11. This ensures an adaptation to the respective height of the tiles or pavement layer.
  • FIG. 6 shows a prior art embodiment of a drainage device.
  • the flange 2 also has slots which are arranged on the outer edge.
  • the flange 2 is fitted flush in the trough-shaped formation 5 of the drain body 1. Therefore, only the rotation angle of the cover can be varied - and that only limited. After the adjustment of the angle of rotation, the flange 2 is fixed by means of screws.
