Claims (12)
- Aufzugskabinenstruktur (1), bestehend aus Wänden, einer Decke und einem Boden, welche Struktur (1) wenigstens eine profilierte Eckleiste (3) hat, in welcher eine Seitenwand (2) und die Rückwand (16) der Aufzugskabine aufgenommen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände mittels Befestigungselementen (7) an der Decke (4) und dem Boden (5) der Aufzugskabine festgelegt sind, dass die wenigstens eine profilierte Eckleiste (3) aus einem einzigen Stück hergestellt ist, und dass die wenigstens eine profilierte Eckleiste (3) Kanten (11) enthält, die parallel zu den Seitenwänden (2) und zur Rückwand (16) der Kabine und senkrecht zueinander und zu Seitenflächen (17) der wenigstens einen profilierten Eckleiste verlaufen, wobei die Seitenflächen (17), die sich von den Kanten erstrecken, mit Vorsprüngen (12) versehen sind, die sich von den Seitenflächen (17) erstrecken, welche Vorsprünge (12) mit den Kanten (11) eine Klammer zum Festlegen der Wände (2, 16) bilden, mittels einer elastischen Verbindung zwischen den Vorsprüngen (12) und den Kanten (11).
- Aufzugskabinenstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand (2) und die Rückwand (16) zwischen die Kanten (11) und Vorsprünge (12) der profilierten Eckleiste (3) eingespannt sind.
- Aufzugskabinenstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (2) und die Rückwand (16) der Kabine aus plattenförmigem Material besteht, das auf beiden Seiten mit Laminat beschichtet ist.
- Aufzugskabinenstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Kanten (13) und unteren Kanten (14) der Wände (2, 16) mit Befestigungselementen (7) versehen sind, um die Wände (2, 16) an der Decke und dem Boden (5) festzulegen.
- Aufzugskabinenstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (5) und die Decke (4) der Kabine aus tafelförmigem Material bestehen, das auf beiden Seiten mit Aluminium beschichtet ist.
- Aufzugskabinenstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Streben (6) enthält, die an der Unterseite des Bodens (5) befestigt sind, um die Struktur zu versteifen.
- Aufzugskabinenstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Streben (8) enthält, die an der Oberseite der Decke (4) befestigt sind, um die Struktur zu versteifen.
- Aufzugskabinenstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Abdeckplatten (9) enthält, die an den oberen Kanten (13) und unteren Kanten (14) der Wände (2, 16) befestigt sind.
- Aufzugskabinenstruktur nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckplatte (9) eine L-förmige Platte ist.
- Verfahren zum Montieren einer Kabinenstruktur, die Wände (2, 16), eine Decke (4) und einen Boden (5) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Verfahren- benachbarte Wände (2, 16) in profilierten Eckleisten gehalten werden und mittels einer elastischen Verbindung zwischen Vorsprüngen (12) und Kanten (11) der profilierten Eckleiste festgelegt werden,- die Wände mit dem Boden (5) verbunden werden,- die Decke (4) auf die Wände (2, 16) abgesenkt wird,- die Decke (4) mit Befestigungselementen (7) an der Oberkante (13) der Wände festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 für die Montage einer Kabinenstruktur, die Wände (2, 16), eine Decke (4) und einen Boden (5) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- wenigstens eine profilierte Eckleiste (3) an wenigstens einer Wand festgelegt wird- danach die Wand mit dem Boden (5) verbunden wird,- danach profilierte Eckleisten (3) an den anderen Wänden festgelegt und diese an dem Boden (5) festgelegt werden,- woraufhin die Decke (4) auf die Wände abgesenkt und festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 für die Montage einer Kabinenstruktur, die Wände (2, 16), eine Decke (4) und einen Boden (5) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- alle Wände in profilierten Eckleisten aufgenommen werden, die diese verbinden,- die Wände zusammen mit den profilierten Eckleisten dann an dem Boden (5) festgelegt werden,- woraufhin die Decke auf die Wände abgesenkt und an den Oberkanten der Wände befestigt wird.
