Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour la mise en sécurité de deux rails (2) adjacents, chacun présentant, selon une vue en section, un champignon supérieur, une semelle inférieure pouvant être appuyée sur le sol et une âme raccordée entre la semelle et le champignon et présentant un premier flanc (4)et un second flanc (5), les premiers flancs (4) des deux rails (2) ayant la même orientation, ledit dispositif (1) comprenant un premier élément de verrouillage (6) pouvant être opérationnellement associé audits premiers flancs (4), un second élément de verrouillage (7) pouvant être opérationnellement associé audits seconds flancs (5) et des moyens (8) de connexion dudit premier élément de verrouillage (6) au second élément de verrouillage (7) ledit premier élément de verrouillage (6) comprenant une portion de base (9) associable audits rails (2) en dessous desdites semelles, et se prolongeant suivant une première direction de développement, qui à l'usage est transversale aux rails (2), d'une première extrémité (11) à une seconde extrémité (12), et une portion supérieure (10) solidaire supérieurement à la première extrémité (11) de la portion de base (9), et présentant une première face (13) pouvant être associée en butée contre les premiers flancs (4) des rails (2), ladite seconde extrémité (12) présentant au moins un premier trou (14) débouchant, ledit second élément de verrouillage (7) présentant une seconde face (15) pouvant être associée en butée contre les seconds flancs (5) des rails (2) et au moins un second trou (16) débouchant, est monté de façon amovible en dessus de ladite seconde extrémité (12), ledit second trou (16) débouchant s'alignant audit premier trou (14) débouchant et lesdits moyens (8) de connexion comprenant au moins un boulon (17) introduit dans lesdits premier et second trous (16) débouchant, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde faces (13), (15) présentent respectivement, dans leur propre zone intermédiaire (20), (21) en référence à une direction horizontale perpendiculaire à la première direction de développement, une première et une seconde gorge (18), (19) se développant principalement dans un plan substantiellement vertical, parallèle à la première direction de développement, pour permettre le montage du dispositif (1) en présence de cordons de soudure (22) entre les deux rails (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits premier et second éléments de verrouillage (6), (7) est constitué d'une pièce unique de matériau profilé.
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde faces (13), (15) sont substantiellement contre profilées en fonction desdits flancs (4), (5).
  4. Dispositif selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la portion de base (9) est substantiellement contre profilée en fonction des semelles desdits rails (2), et en ce que ladite première gorge (18) se prolonge sans interruption également sur ladite portion (9) de base.
  5. Dispositif selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le second élément de verrouillage (7) présente au moins deux seconds trous (16) débouchants, en ce que ladite seconde extrémité (12) présente au moins deux premiers trous (14) débouchants, et en ce que lesdits moyens (8) de connexion comprennent au moins deux desdits boulons (17), chacun des deux étant introduit dans un premier et un second trou (14), (16) débouchants.
  6. Dispositif selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit second trou (16) débouchant est fileté et définit un logement fileté, et en ce que lesdits moyens (8) de connexion comprennent une vis introduite dans ledit premier trou (14) débouchant et vissée dans ledit logement fileté.
