Abstract

Procédé de laminage à chaud capable de rendre plus fins les grains cristallins, et train de laminoirs à chaud. Spécifiquement, un train de laminoirs à chaud pour plaques de métal comporte un laminoir de finissage, une machine à dresser et un système de refroidissement qui sont placés dans cet ordre du côté aval dans le sens de transport de la plaque de métal. Ledit procédé de laminage à chaud comporte, dans le train de laminoirs à chaud, les étapes consistant à soumettre la plaque de métal qui résulte de l'achèvement du laminage de finissage appliqué à la pièce de métal à un cintrage répété par la machine à dresser, puis à refroidir ladite pièce de métal.
