Claims (10)

  1. Fluidprodukt-Spender, aufweisend:
    Folien (1, 1'), von denen zumindest eine verformbar ist, wobei die beiden Folien untereinander einen Vorratsbehälter (15) für ein Fluidprodukt bilden, wobei die zumindest eine verformbare Folie eine verformbare Betätigungswand zur Verkleinerung des Volumens des Vorratsbehälters festlegt, wobei der Vorratsbehälter (15) vorteilhafterweise mit elastischen Mitteln (4) versehen ist, die den Vorratsbehälter in Richtung auf sein maximales Volumen vorspannen,
    ein Spenderelement (2), das zwischen den beiden Folien (1, 1') fest angebracht ist und eine Austragöffnungöffnung (24) festlegt, durch welche das Fluidprodukt aus dem Vorratsbehälter ausgetragen wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Vorratsbehälter (15) durch eine erste interne Schweißlinie (12) festgelegt ist und die externen Umfangsränder der Folien entlang einer zweiten externen Schweißlinie (10) miteinander verschweißt sind, welche die erste interne Schweißlinie umgibt, wobei die beiden Schweißlinien (10, 12) untereinander zumindest eine nicht verschweißte Zone (11) der Folien festlegen.
  2. Spender nach Anspruch 1, wobei die beiden Schweißlinien (10, 12) in mehreren Punkten zusammenlaufen und dadurch untereinander mehrere nicht verschweißte Folienzonen (11) festlegen.
  3. Spender nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die beiden Schweißlinien (10, 12) auf Höhe des Spenderelements (2) zusammenlaufen.
  4. Spender nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die erste interne Schweißlinie (12) eine Vereinigungslinie (122) des Vorratsbehälters festlegt, die in Richtung des Spenderelements (2) ausgerichtet ist, um den Inhalt des Vorratsbehälters (15) in Richtung der Austragöffnung zusammenlaufen zu lassen.
  5. Spender nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die beiden Folien (1, 1') eine lösbare Verschlusszunge (14) festlegen, die vor dem Spenderelement (2) auf Höhe der Austragöffnung (24) zu liegen kommt, um den Vorratsbehälter (15) vor einer Nutzung von der Außenumgebung zu isolieren.
  6. Spender nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Verschlusszunge (14) durch einen miteinander verschweißten Folienteil gebildet ist und beiderseits der Austragöffnung einen dichten Folien-Element-Folien-Kontaktpunkt bereitstellt.
  7. Spender nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Spenderelement aufweist:
    eine Vorderseite (20), welche die Spenderöffnung (24) bildet,
    zwei Lateralseiten (21), und
    eine Rückseite(22), die zum Vorratsbehälter (17) weist, wobei die Rückseite (22) eine Aufnahme (23) bildet, in welcher ein Element (3) aus porösem Material eingesetzt ist, wobei die Aufnahme (23) eine Bodenwand (24) umfasst, in welcher die Austragöffnung (24) gebildet ist, und das Element (3) aus porösem Material sich bis zu dieser Bodenwand (240) in dem Vorratsbehälter (15) derart erstreckt, dass es das Fluidprodukt aufzusaugen vermag, wobei die Rückseite (22) beiderseits der Aufnahme eine Vereinigungswand (25) bildet, die in Richtung auf die Aufnahme (23) gerichtet ist, wobei das Element (3) aus porösem Material einen Kopf (31) umfasst, der in die Aufnahme (23) eingreift, und einen Körper (30), der sich in den Vorratsbehälter (15) erstreckt, wobei der Körper (30) beiderseits des Kopfs eine Führungswand (32) bildet, die in Richtung auf den Kopf (31) ausgerichtet ist, wobei jede Führungswand (32) sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer jeweiligen Vereinigungswand (25) des Spenderelements (2) derart erstreckt, dass zwischen diesen beiden Zusammenlauf- und Führungskanäle (34) gebildet sind, um den Inhalt des Vorratsbehälters (15) in Richtung auf die Austragöffnung (24) zu leiten.
  8. Spender nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Lateralseiten (21) des Spenderelements (2) dünne verjüngte Ränder (210) aufweisen, auf deren Höhe die Schweißlinien (1, 1') sich in dichtem Folien-Element-Folien-Kontakt befinden.
  9. Spender nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Vorderseite (20) aufweist:
    eine Austragwand (200) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ausrichtung der Austragöffnung (24), wobei in dieser Wand die Austragöffnung gebildet ist, und
    dünne verjüngte Ränder (201) beiderseits der Austragwand (200), auf deren Höhe die verschweißten Folien sich in dichtem Folien-Element-Folien-Kontakt befinden.
  10. Spender nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Schweißlinie (12) eine Federaufnahme (120') bildet, in welcher die elastischen Mittel zumindest teilweise aufgenommen sind.
