Claims (21)

    le profilé d'accrochage (6) comportant une deuxième rangée de perçages (18) adaptés au trous (15) de la première rangée de trous, du côté du profilé d'accrochage (6) qui est dirigé vers le profilé de support (2), au dessous du canal fileté,
    caractérisé en ce que:
    le dispositif de fixation comporte en outre une baguette de serrage (12), des premières vis de fixation (10) et des deuxièmes vis de fixation (11),
    les premières vis de fixation (10), dotées d'un filetage autotaraudeur, pouvant être vissées dans les trous (15) du profilé de support (2) à travers la deuxième rangée de trous, et
    les deuxièmes vis de fixation (11) pouvant être vissées dans le canal fileté (8), les deuxième vis de fixation (11) poussant la baguette de serrage (12) contre les éléments de façade (14) de la construction de façade et la pressant contre les profilés de support (2),
    le profilé d'accrochage (6) étant constitué d'une première pièce profilée (20) comportant un canal de réception (24) sensiblement en forme de U qui forme un dispositif de réception dans lequel une deuxième pièce profilée (28) est encliquetée sans outil, laquelle comporte le canal fileté (8).
  2. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première rangée de trous est constituée de trous borgnes (15).
  3. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les premières vis de fixation (10) sont placées à tête perdue dans le canal fileté (8).
  4. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les parois (22) du canal de réception (24) sont déformables élastiquement et peuvent être encliquetées avec la deuxième pièce profilée (28).
  5. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la première pièce profilée (20) est dotée d'ergots d'encliquetage (30) qui font saillie vers l'intérieur dans le canal de réception (24) et qui s'engagent dans des évidements correspondants (32) de la deuxième pièce profilée (28).

  7. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les gorges de l'une des parois latérales du canal fileté (8) s'étendent conformément au pas des deuxièmes vis de fixation (11) en étant décalées par rapport aux gorges (38) sur l'autre paroi latérale du canal fileté (8).
  8. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (34) du canal fileté (8) sont reliées par une nervure (44).
  9. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la nervure (44) s'étend orthogonalement aux parois latérales (34).

Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la collerette d'appui (52), appuyant sur un profilé de support (2), de la première pièce profilée (20) ou du profilé d'accrochage (6) comporte, du côté dirigé vers le profilé de support (2) des canaux (54) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale du profilé d'accrochage (6).
  15. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième pièce profilée (28) comporte, du côté dirigé vers la première pièce profilée (20), des parois extérieures (56) qui s'étendent avec un certain angle d'inclinaison et qui s'amincissent en direction de la première pièce profilée (20).
  16. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la première pièce profilée (20) peut être fixée au moyen des premières vis de fixation autotaraudeuses (10) dans les trous (15) du profilé de support (2) et en ce que la baguette de serrage (12) destinée aux éléments de façade (14) peut être fixée avec les deuxièmes vis de fixation (11) dans le canal fileté (8) de la deuxième pièce profilée (28).
  17. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que les profilés de support (2) sont en matériau plein.
  18. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième rangée de trous, du côté du profilé d'accrochage (6) qui est dirigé vers les profilés de support (2), est constituée de trous oblongs (18).
  19. Procédé de fixation d'éléments de façade (14) sur des profilés de support d'une structure de façade
    - en utilisant des profilés de support (2) préfabriqués et dotés d'une première rangée de trous,
    - en utilisant des profilés d'accrochage (6), destinés aux profilés de support (2), qui sont préfabriqués et dotés d'une deuxième rangée de trous adaptés à la première rangée de trous, le profilé d'accrochage (6) étant constitué d'une première pièce profilée (20) comportant un canal de réception sensiblement en forme de U qui forme un dispositif de réception, et d'une deuxième pièce profilée (28) qui comporte un canal fileté (8),
    - en reliant la première pièce profilée (20) des profilés d'accrochage (6) aux profilés de support (2, 4) à l'aide de premières vis de fixation (10) qui sont dotées de filets autotaraudeurs et qui sont vissés dans la deuxième rangées de trous en passant à travers la première rangées de trous,
    - en encliquetant sans outil la deuxième pièce profilée (28) du profilé d'accrochage (6) dans le dispositif de réception de la première pièce profilée (20) du profilé d'accrochage (6),
