Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Beladen von Behältern (17) mit plattenförmigen Werkstücken (2), bei welchemdie angelieferten plattenförmigen Werkstücke (2) in zwei Stränge (I, II) aufgeteilt und in diesen jeweils in einer Bereitschaftsstellung (5, 6) gehalten werden,die plattenförmigen Werkstücke (2) von den Bereitschaftsstellungen (5, 6) der Stränge in eine ausgerichtete Stellung (11) überführt werden, unddie ausgerichteten plattenförmigen Werkstücke (2) aufgenommen und in die Behälter (17) eingelegt werden,
das Ausrichten zwischen den beiden Strängen erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufteilung in zueinander parallele Stränge (I, II) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die plattenförmigen Werkstücke (2) von den Bereitschaftsstellungen (5, 6) der Stränge aufgenommen und in einer Stellung zum Ausrichten (10) abgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die plattenförmigen Werkstücke (2) durch Verschieben entlang ihrer großen Fläche in die ausgerichtete Stellung (11) überführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einlegen in kontinuierlich bewegte Behälter (17) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälter (17) senkrecht zur Erstreckungsrichtung der Stränge (I, II) bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die plattenförmigen Werkstücke in den Bereitschaftsstellungen (5, 6) und/oder der ausgerichteten Stellung (11) stapelbar sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei welchemzur Aufteilung in zwei Stränge (I, II) zumindest zwei Linearförderer (3, 4) vorgesehen sind, die die angelieferten plattenförmigen Werkstücke (2) in die Bereitschaftsstellungen (5, 6) fördern,zur Entnahme eine Übernahmevorrichtung (7) vorgesehen ist, welche die plattenförmigen Werkstücke (2) aus den Bereitschaftsstellungen (5, 6) aufnimmt und in einer Ausrichtstation (III) ablegt, undzum Aufnehmen der plattenförmigen Werkstücke (2) aus der Ausrichtstation (III) und zum Einlegen der plattenförmigen Werkstücke in die Behälter (17) eine Beschickungseinrichtung (15) vorgesehen ist
zwei Linearförderer (3, 4) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen die Ausrichtstation (III) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linearförderer (3, 4) als Band-, Rollen-, Riemen- oder Kettenförderer ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linearförderer (3, 4) parallel zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtstation (III) als Linearförderer ausgestaltet ist, über den die plattenförmigen Werkstücke (2) an Anschlägen (13, 14) ausgerichtet werden.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschickungseinrichtung (15) als Roboter, vorzugsweise Knickarmroboter ausgebildet ist.
