Desweiteren kann die Beschichtung mit Silber oder Zinn oder auch anderen Metallen die Reibung der Einzelfilamente des Heizleiters untereinander so weit erhöhen, daß der Heizleiter aufgrund seiner erhöhten Steifigkeit abknicken und somit stark beschädigt werden kann. Ein weiterer Nachteil einer metallischen Beschichtung der einzelnen Heizleiterfilamente liegt in dem stark unterschiedlichen Redoxpotential der Beschichtungsmetalle gegenüber dem eigentlichen Drahtmaterial. Für den Fall, daß die Beschichtung nicht porenfrei ist und Fehlstellen vorhanden sind, setzt unter Einfluß eines aus Wasser und Salz gebildeten Elektrolyten Korrosion und damit die Auflösung des unedleren Metalls ein, was wiederum eine Beschädigung des Heizleiters darstellt. Unter der Bezeichnung "Abspanngraben" ist somit der auf dem Gebiet der Polsterung von Sitzen übliche Begriff mit seinem entsprechend semantischen Inhalt gemeint.

Claims (12)

  1. Arrangement comprising electrical heating elements of seat parts, the heating elements being configured with at least one heating conductor (1) and/or contact conductor (3), and the heating elements being isolated from one another and connected electrically to one another, the electrical connection being configured with a bridge litz wire, the bridge litz wire and the heating conductor (1) and/or contact conductor (3) of the heating elements being characterized by the fact that they have at least one litz wire with at least one core/cladding wire,
    a) the cladding consisting of a steel and the core consisting of copper or a copper alloy, or
    b) the cladding consisting of copper or a copper alloy and the core consisting of a steel.
  2. Arrangement according to Patent Claim 1, wherein the bridge litz wire is the heating conductor.
  3. Arrangement according to Patent Claim 1 or 2, wherein the bridge litz wire is the contact conductor.
  4. Arrangement according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein the litz wire of the heating element is fastened on a foam body and/or a knitted fabric, in particular by means of partial or short weft, and the bridge litz wire is highly flexible.
  5. Arrangement according to Patent Claim 4, wherein the litz wire of the heating element is sewn on and/or sewn over.
  6. Arrangement according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein the steel is a carbon-containing steel and/or the steel is a stainless steel pursuant to DIN 4401.
  7. Arrangement according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein the copper alloy contains copper and nickel, the copper alloy preferably consisting of 90-10 weight% of copper and 10-90 weight% of nickel.
  8. Arrangement according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein the core and the cladding have cross-sectional areas with a ratio of 1:3 to 3:1, in particular the core and cladding have at least approximately the same cross-sectional areas.
  9. Arrangement according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein the wire diameter is 0.01-0.5 mm.
  10. Arrangement according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein the wire has outer electrical insulation, preferably insulation consisting of PTFE, FEP, MFA or polyurethane lacquer.
  11. Arrangement according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein the litz wire contains at least one left-hand litz wire strand and at least one right-hand litz wire strand, the number of left-hand litz wire strands and the number of right-hand litz wire strands preferably being the same.
  12. Seat, in particular motor vehicle seat, having an arrangement according to one of the preceding patent claims, wherein said seat has seat components that are separated from one another by a tensioning trench, and there are electrical heating elements of seat components which are divided by the tensioning trench of the seat and which are connected to one another electrically by the bridge litz wire.
