Claims (10)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder mit Schnellverriegelung, mit einem ersten Verbinderelement (2) und einem zweiten Verbinderelement (3), die mit einem Kupplungsorgan (26) miteinander verbunden sind und einen Innenleiter (10) sowie einen Aussenleiter (9) bilden, wobei ein Aussenleiterteil (12) des zweiten Verbinderelementes (3) stirnseitig einen elektrischen Kontakt bildet, und wobei zwischen dem ersten Verbinderelement (2) und dem zweiten Verbinderelement (3) ein federelastisches Kontaktelement (16) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (16) eine Ringscheibe ist, die unter achsialer Spannung zwischen den beiden Aussenleiterteilen (11, 12) an diesen anliegt und umlaufende geschlossene Kontaktflächen (A, B) bildet.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (16) tellerfederartig ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (16) die beiden Aussenleiterteile (11, 12) entlang einer geschlossenen Kreislinie kontaktiert.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktflächen (A, B) radial im Abstand zueinander und im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (16) eine kegelförmige Ringscheibe (23) aufweist, die einen inneren achsial sich erstreckenden Bund (22) aufweist und so ausgebildet ist, dass stets eine achsiale Restkraft bleibt.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (16) aussenseitig auf einem Isolator (15) gelagert ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (16) in eine umlaufende Nut (19) an der Aussenseite des Isolators (5) eingesetzt ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aussenleiterteil (12) des zweiten Verbinderteils (3) eine geschärfte Stirnfläche (21) aufweist, die eine umlaufende linienförmige Kontaktfläche (A) bildet.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kupplungsorgan (26) einen Verriegelungsring (5) aufweist, der die beiden Verbinderelemente (2, 3) miteinander verriegelt und der mit einer Entriegelungshülse (4) lösbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aussenleiterteil (12) des zweiten Verbinderelementes (3) ausschliesslich an einer Stirnfläche (21) entlang einer umlaufenden und geschlossenen Kreislinie (A) kontaktiert wird.
