Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit mindestens einem Halteclip (28) zur lösbaren Befestigung von Kleider- und Wäschestücken, wobei der Halteclip (28) aus zwei zueinander beweglichen Klemmelementen (30, 32) besteht und die Klemmelemente (30, 32) jeweils sich gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen (36) zum Eingriff in jeweils eine an einem Bügelarm (14) ausgebildete Führungsschiene (20, 22) aufweisen. Die Führungsschienen (20, 22) weisen in einem Bereich zwischen einem zentralen Bügelkörper (12) und einem jeweiligen Bügelarmende (16) mindestens einen Vorsprung (26) auf und die Klemmelemente (30, 32) sind derart ausgebildet, dass die Ausnehmungen (36) und die Klemmelemente (30, 32) in einem ersten Zustand ohne in dem Halteclip (28) befestigte Kleider- und Wäschestücke über den bzw. die Vorsprünge (26) bewegbar sind und in einem zweiten Zustand mit in dem Halteclip (28) befestigten Kleider- und Wäschestücken an dem oder zwischen den Vorsprüngen (26) anliegen. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit mindestens einem Halteclip zur lösbaren Befestigung von Kleider- und Wäschestücken, wobei der Halteclip aus zwei zueinander beweglichen Klemmelementen besteht und die Klemmelemente jeweils sich gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen zum Eingriff in jeweils eine an einem Bügelarm ausgebildete Führungsschiene aufweisen.
Derartige Halteclips für Kleider- und Wäschebügel sind bekannt. Dabei sind die Halteclips üblicherweise entlang der Bügelarme verschiebbar. Dadurch erfolgt allerdings oftmals ein ungewolltes Verschieben der Halteclips, insbesondere wenn die Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit entsprechenden Kleidungs- und Wäschestücken beladen sind. Zudem ist bei den bekannten Kleider- und Wäschebügeln kein definiertes Verschieben und Positionieren der Halteclips möglich. Nachteiligerweise ergeben sich durch ein derartiges Verschieben Falten in den Kleidungsstücken, zudem entsteht ein unästhetischer Gesamteindruck der zu präsentierenden Ware.
Die WO-A-90/13248 beschreibt einen Kleiderbügel mit Klemmelementen, die an den jeweiligen Bügelarmen beweglich angeordnet sind. Dabei weisen die Klemmelemente Vorsprünge auf, die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen am Bügelarm eingreifen können. Hierdurch wird erreicht, dass Klemmelemente im geschlossenen Zustand an den Bügelarmen bewegbar sind und in einem zweiten, geöffneten Zustand an den Bügelarmen anliegen und nicht bewegt werden können. Nachteiligerweise sind die Klemmelemente allerdings konstruktiv sehr aufwendig gestaltet. Dies bedeutet, dass deren Herstellung relativ teuer ist. Auch ergeben sich Probleme mit der Dauerbeständigkeit und der Stabilität dieser Klemmelemente.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen gattungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügel bereitzustellen, der einfach und kostengünstig herzustellen und stabil ist und bei dem ein ungewolltes Verschieben des Halteclips in einem Zustand mit befestigten Kleidungs- und Wäschestücken nicht mehr möglich ist und zugleich der Halteclip definiert verschoben und positioniert werden kann.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch einen Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügels sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
Ein erfindungsgemäßer Kleider- und Wäschebügel weist mindestens eine Halteclip zur lösbaren Befestigung von Kleider- und Wäschestücken auf, wobei der Halteclip aus zwei zueinander beweglichen Klemmelementen besteht und die Klemmelemente jeweils sich gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen zum Eingriff in jeweils eine an einem Bügelarm ausgebildete seitliche Führungsschiene aufweisen. Erfindungsgemäß weisen die Führungsschienen in einem Bereich zwischen einem zentralen Bügelkörper und einem jeweiligen Bügelarmende mindestens einen Vorsprung auf, wobei die Ausnehmungen der Klemmelemente derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie in einem ersten Zustand ohne in dem Halteclip befestigte Kleider- und Wäschestücke über den bzw. die Vorsprünge bewegbar sind und in einem zweiten Zustand mit in dem Halteclip befestigten Kleider- und Wäschestücken an dem oder zwischen den Vorsprüngen anliegen. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass einerseits der Halteclip des erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügels vorteilhafterweise in nicht beladenem Zustand, das heißt ohne Kleider- und Wäschestücke, entlang des Bügelarms des Kleider- und Wäschebügels verschoben werden kann. Andererseits wird durch den oder die Vorsprünge an den seitlichen Führungsschienen ein vorbestimmtes Positionieren der Halteclips in dem zweiten Zustand, das heißt in dem Zustand in dem der Halteclip mit Kleider- und Wäschestücken beladen ist, ermöglicht. Dadurch wird ein ungewolltes Verschieben der Halteclips in beladenem Zustand vorteilhafterweise verhindert und zudem eine definierte Positionierung des Halteclips ermöglicht. Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen dabei die Klemmelemente jeweils mindestens ein Hebelelement auf, wobei das oder die Hebelelemente derart angeordnet sind, dass sie in einem unter den Führungsschienen liegenden Bereich des Bügelarms zu liegen kommen. Das oder Hebelelemente sind üblicherweise derart angeordnet, dass sie in dem ersten Zustand ohne in dem Halteclip befestigten Kleider- und Wäschestücken an dem Bügelarm anliegen und in dem zweiten Zustand mit in dem Halteclip befestigten Kleider- und Wäschestücken nicht am Bügelarm anliegen. Dadurch bilden die Hebelelemente einen Hebeleffekt zwischen dem Bügelarm und den jeweiligen Klemmelemente aus und gewährleisten so ein einfaches Zusammendrücken der Klemmelemente bzw. ein einfaches Öffnen des Halteclips. Andererseits ist gewährleistet, dass die Ausnehmungen der Klemmelemente in dem zweiten Zustand mit in dem Halteclip befestigten Kleider- und Wäschestücken an dem oder zwischen den Vorsprüngen sicher anliegen.
In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügels sind mehrere Vorsprünge mit jeweils gleichem Abstand voneinander an der Führungsschiene ausgebildet. Damit entsteht vorteilhafterweise eine Art Rastermaß, welches sich üblicherweise an der Breite der Klemmelemente des Halteclips orientiert.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist der oder sind die Vorsprünge mit den Führungsrippen einstückig ausgebildet. Dies erleichtert und beschleunigt den Herstellungsprozess der erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügel. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass der oder die Vorsprünge als Einzelelemente ausgebildet sind.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus dem in den folgenden Figuren dargestellten und beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel:

Figur 1 zeigt in einer Seitenansicht eine Hälfte eines Kleider- und Wäschebügels 10 mit einem zentralen Bügelkörper 12 und einen von diesem Bügelkörper 12 ausgehenden Bügelarm 14. Man erkennt, dass der Bügelarm 14 jeweils seitlich angeordnete Führungsschienen 20, 22 aufweist. Dabei sind die Führungsschienen 20, 22 in einem Bereich zwischen dem zentralen Bügelkörper 12 und einem Bügelarmende 16 angeordnet. Senkrecht zu den beiden Führungsschienen 20, 22 ist mittig auf dem Bügelarm 14 eine Stützschiene 24 ausgebildet. Man erkennt, dass die Führungsschienen 20, 22 nicht bis an das Bügelarmende 16 reichen, sondern an einer Abschlusswand 52 im Bereich des Bügelarmendes 16 enden.
Des weiteren erkennt man, dass in dem Bereich zwischen dem Bügelkörper 12 und dem Bügelarmende 16 mehrere Vorsprünge 26 an den Führungsschienen 20, 22 ausgebildet sind. Die Vorsprünge weisen dabei jeweils einen gleichen Abstand voneinander an der Führungsschiene 20, 22 auf. In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Vorsprünge 26 mit den Führungsschienen 20, 22 einstöckig ausgebildet. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, dass die Vorsprünge 26 als Einzelelemente ausgebildet sind. Üblicherweise besteht der Kleider- und Wäschebügel 10 aus Kunststoff.
Figur 2 zeigt eine Aufsicht auf den Bügelarm 14 des Kleider- und Wäschebügels 10 gemäß Figur 1. Man erkennt die Ausgestaltung der Führungsschienen 20, 22 mit einer Vielzahl von gleichmäßig voneinander beabstandeten Vorsprüngen 26.
Figur 3 zeigt in einer schematischen Schnittdarstellung einen Halteclip 28 des Kleider- und Wäschebügels 10. Der Halteclip 28 dient dabei zur lösbaren Befestigung von Kleider- und Wäschestücken an dem Kleider- und Wäschebügel 10. Man erkennt, dass der Halteclip 28 aus zwei zueinander beweglich angeordneten Klemmelementen 30, 32 besteht und die Klemmelemente 30, 32 jeweils sich gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen 36 zum Eingriff in die jeweilige Führungsschiene 20, 22 des Bügelarms 14 aufweisen.
Des weiteren erkennt man, dass die Ausnehmungen 36 der Klemmelemente 30, 32 derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie in einem ersten Zustand ohne in dem Halteclip 28 befestigte Kleider- und Wäschestücke über die Vorsprünge 26 bewegbar sind.
Die Klemmelemente 30, 32 weisen zudem jeweils Griffmulden 44 auf, die zur leichteren Bedienung des Halteclips 28, das heißt zum leichteren Öffnen und Schließen des Halteclips 28 dienen. Die Klemmelemente 30, 32 sind mittels eines Federelementes 34 miteinander verbunden. An dem den Griffmulden 44 gegenüberliegenden Ende der Klemmelemente 30, 32 weisen diese Halt- und Greifflächen 46 zur lösbaren Befestigung der Kleider- und Wäschestücke auf.
Des weiteren erkennt man, dass der Bügelarm 14 in dem mit Vorsprüngen 26 versehenen Bereich zwischen dem zentralen Bügelkörper 12 und dem Bügelarmende 16 einen nach unten offenen, U-förmigen Grundkörper 18 mit zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Schenkeln 38, 40 aufweist. Senkrecht dazu zu dem nach oben geschlossenen, U-förmigen Bereich des Grundkörpers 18 sind die Führungsschienen 20, 22 ausgebildet. Wiederum im rechten Winkel zu den Führungsschienen 20, 22 ist die Stützschiene 24 angeordnet.
Die Klemmelemente 30, 32 weisen zudem jeweils ein Hebelelement 42 auf. Das Hebelelement 42 ist dabei derart angeordnet, dass es in einem unter den Führungsschienen 20, 22 liegenden Bereich des Bügelarms 14 zur Auflage kommt. Das Hebelelement 42 kann einstückig mit dem jeweiligen Klemmelement 30, 32 ausgebildet sein. Es ist aber auch möglich, die Elemente 42 als Einzelelemente, insbesondere als elastische Einzelelemente auszubilden.
Durch die beschriebene Anordnung der Hebelelemente 42 ist gewährleistet, dass in dem ersten Zustand ohne in dem Halteclip 28 befestigte Kleider- und Wäschestücke, die Elemente 42 an dem Bügelarm 14 beziehungsweise an den Schenkeln 38, 40 anliegen. Durch ein Zusammendrücken der Klemmelemente 30, 32 bewegen sich die Hebelelemente 42 in den zweiten Zustand mit in dem Halteclip 28 befestigten Kleider- und Wäschestücken, wobei die Elemente 42 von dem Bügelarm 14 beziehungsweise den Schenkeln 38, 40 beabstandet sind. In Figur 5 ist dies deutlich erkennbar und dargestellt. Die Ausgestaltung der Hebelelemente 42, die einen Hebeleffekt zwischen dem Bügelarm 14 und den jeweiligen Klemmelemente 30, 32 ausbilden, unterstützt und vereinfacht das Zusammendrücken der Klemmelemente 30, 32 bzw. das Öffnen des Halteclips 28.
Die Figur 4 zeigt eine schematische Schnittdarstellung des am Bügelarm 14 befestigten Halteclips 28 entlang der in Figur 3 dargestellten Linie A-A. Man erkennt die Anordnung der Klemmelemente 30, 32 des Halteclips 28 gegenüber dem Bügelarm 14 beziehungsweise den Führungsschienen 20, 22. Der Abstand der Vorsprünge 26 ist derart dimensioniert, dass dieser mit der Breite der Klemmelemente 30, 32. Die Figur 4 zeigt die Klemmelemente 30, 32 des Halteclips 20 in dem genannten ersten Zustand, das heißt in einem Zustand ohne an dem Halteclip 28 befestigten Kleider- und Wäschestücken.
Figur 6 ist eine schematische Schnittdarstellung des am Bügelarm 14 befestigten Halteclips 28 entlang der Linie A - A in Figur 5. Dabei ist der Halteclip 28 in dem zweiten Zustand, in dem an dem Halteclip 28 Kleider- und Wäschestücke befestigt sind, dargestellt. Man erkennt, dass die Ausnehmungen 36 an oder zwischen den Vorsprüngen 26 anliegen.

  1. Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit mindestens einem Halteclip (28) zur lösbaren Befestigung von Kleider- und Wäschestücken, wobei der Halteclip (28) aus zwei zueinander beweglichen Klemmelementen (30, 32) besteht und die Klemmelemente (30, 32) jeweils sich gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen (36) zum Eingriff in jeweils eine an einem Bügelarm (14) ausgebildete Führungsschiene (20, 22) aufweisen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschienen (20, 22) in einem Bereich zwischen einem zentralen Bügelkörper (12) und einem jeweiligen Bügelarmende (16) mindestens einen Vorsprung (26) aufweisen und die Klemmelemente (30, 32) derart ausgebildet sind, dass die Ausnehmungen (36) und die Klemmelemente (30, 32) in einem ersten Zustand ohne in dem Halteclip (28) befestigte Kleider- und Wäschestücke über den bzw. die Vorsprünge (26) bewegbar sind und in einem zweiten Zustand mit in dem Halteclip (28) befestigten Kleider- und Wäschestücken an dem oder zwischen den Vorsprüngen (26) anliegen.
  2. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Vorsprünge (26) mit jeweils gleichem Abstand voneinander an der Führungsschiene (20, 22) ausgebildet sind.
  3. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Vorsprünge (26) mit den Führungsschienen (20, 22) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
  4. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Vorsprünge (26) als Einzelelemente ausgebildet sind.
  5. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bügelarme (14) zumindest in dem mit Vorsprüngen (26) versehenen Bereich zwischen dem zentralen Bügelkörper (12) und dem jeweiligen Bügelarmende (16) einen nach unten offenen, U-förmigen Grundkörper (18) mit zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Schenkeln (38, 40) aufweisen.
  6. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmelemente (30, 32) jeweils mindestens ein Hebelelement (42) aufweisen, wobei das oder die Hebelelemente (42) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie in einem unter den Führungsschienen (20, 22) liegenden Bereich des Bügelarms (14) zu liegen kommen.
  7. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Hebelelemente (42) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie in dem ersten Zustand ohne in dem Halteclip (28) befestigten Kleider- und Wäschestücken an dem Bügelarm (14) anliegen und in dem zweiten Zustand mit in dem Halteclip (28) befestigten Kleider- und Wäschestücken nicht am Bügelarm (14) anliegen.
