Therefore, with the device according to the invention it is possible, if case of break of a magnet, to recover the remaining ones, with obvious cost advantages.
  • Another advantage of the device according to the invention is that it has a smaller bulk and a lower weight than known devices, the high magnetic capacity of neodymium being exploited not only for securely attaching the magnets to the respective seats and for achieving a more stable connection between the drum and the motor housing, but also for reducing the number and sizes of said magnets.
  • Another advantage of said device is that it has a low manufacturing cost and is simple to manufacture by means of equipment that is common in the field.

Claims (7)

  1. Schussfadenzufuhrvorrichtung für Textilmaschinen, bei der ein Schwenkarm (13) einen Einschussfaden (F) auf eine stationäre Trommel (12) wickelt, die koaxial und drehbar auf der Motorwelle (14) des Schwenkarms (13) abgestützt ist, wobei die Trommel (12) durch die wechselseitige Anziehung zwischen einem ersten Satz von Magneten (18a), die auf einer ersten ringförmigen Oberfläche (26) des zu der Motorwelle (14) koaxialen Motorgehäuses (11) abgestützt sind, und einem zweiten Satz von Magneten (18b), die auf einer zweiten ringförmigen Oberfläche abgestützt sind, die an einer Abstützung (27) an der Unterseite der Trommel (12) ausgebildet ist und der ersten ringförmigen Oberfläche (26) gegenüberliegt, in einer festen Winkelposition gehalten wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magneten sowohl des ersten als auch des zweiten Satzes lösbar in jeweilige vertiefte Sitze (19a, 19b) eingeführt sind, die mit einem aus einer ferromagnetischen Platte (21a, 21b) bestehenden Boden versehen sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten ringförmigen Oberflächen (20, 26) kegelstumpfförmige Oberflächen sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertieften Sitze (19a, 19b) mindestens eines Satzes Hülsen (23) umfassen, die die jeweiligen ferromagnetischen Platten (21a) umgeben und an der jeweiligen ringförmigen Oberfläche (26) befestigt sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der ferromagnetischen Platten (21a) mittels einer Schraube (25a) an der jeweiligen ringförmigen Oberfläche (26) befestigt ist und einen Rand (22) aufweist, der den Rand der Auflagefläche des Magneten bildet und dazu eingerichtet ist, mit einem entsprechenden inneren Rand (24) der Hülse (23) zusammenzuwirken, um sie an der entsprechenden ringförmigen Oberfläche zu befestigen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Sitze (19b) als Hohlräume (19b) in der zweiten ringförmigen Oberfläche (20) ausgebildet sind, wobei die ferromagnetische Platte (21b) lösbar an dem Boden eines jeden dieser Hohlräume befestigt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich langgestreckte Zentrierungshalterungen (35) sowie Zentrierungs- und Befestigungshalterungen (36) parallel zu der Achse (H) der Trommel von der Abstützung (27) erstrecken und Muttern (27) zum Verbinden der Trommel (12) mit der Abstützung (27) durch Schrauben (38) aufnehmen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Magneten (18a, 18b) aus Neodym bestehen.
