Claims (11)
- Kontaktanordnung für mindestens einpolige, strombegrenzende Schutzschalter im Niederspannungsbereich mit einem Isolierstoffgehäuse, umfassend,eine im Gehäuse um eine feststehende Querachse (4) drehbar gelagerte Schaltwelle (6), wobei die Querachse (4) senkrecht zur Längsrichtung (8) jedes Pols verläuft,eine Drehkontaktbrücke (10), die sich entlang der Längsrichtung (8) des Pols in einer spielbehafteten Aufnahme (12) der Schaltwelle (6) erstreckt und diametral gegenüber liegend Kontaktstücke (14) aufweist, die in Einschaltstellung mit feststehenden Kontakten (16) zusammenwirken,im Inneren der Schaltwelle (6) angeordnete Kontaktkraftfedern (20; 21), deren an der Kontaktbrücke (10) festgelegte, erste Enden (24) sich in Bezug auf die Drehachse der Kontaktbrücke (10) und deren zweite Enden (30) sich im wesentlichen in Bezug auf die Querachse (4) diametral gegenüber stehen,zwei mit je einem der feststehenden Kontakte (16) verbundene Anschlussschienen (22), wobei beim Durchfluss eines Kurzschlussstromes die Kontaktbrücke (10) entgegen der Kraftwirkung der Kontaktkraftfedern (20; 21) in Richtung einer Abstoßstellung zurückstoßende, elektrodynamische Kräfte auftreten,die zweiten Enden (30) der Kontaktkraftfedern (20; 21) verschieblich in länglichen Aussparungen (26; 27) der Kontaktbrücke (10) gelagert sind undmit Gleitelementen (28; 29) ausgestattetet sind, die sich in ständiger Anlage mit in der Schaltwelle (6) ausgebildeten Steuerkurven (32) befinden.
- Kontaktanordnung nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Ende der Abstoßbewegung der Kontaktbrücke (10) die Gleitelemente (28; 29) mit an den Steuerkurven (32) ausgebildeten Rastvertiefungen zusammen wirken.
- Kontaktanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Einschaltstellung der Kontaktbrücke (10) die Aussparungen (26; 27) annähernd in Richtung der Wirklinie der zugehörigen Kontaktkraftfeder (20; 21 ) verlaufen.
- Kontaktanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerkurven (32) grob annähernd parallel zur Verbindungslinie der feststehenden Kontakte (16) verlaufen.
- Kontaktanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten der Kontaktbrücke (10) jeweils zwei als Zugfedem ausgebildete Kontaktkraftfedern (20) angeordnet sind, die mit ihre zweiten Enden (30) paarweise an den als querliegende Stifte ausgebildeten Gleitelementen (28) eingehängt sind.
- Kontaktanordnung nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten oder die zweiten Enden (24; 30) einstückig über querliegende Zwischenstege verbunden sind.
- Kontaktanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktkraftfedern (21) als durch die Kontaktbrücke (10) geführte Druckfedern ausgebildet sind.
- Kontaktanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten der Kontaktbrücke (10) jeweils zwei Kontaktkraftfedern (21) angeordnet sind, deren zweiten Enden (30) mit den als Stößel ausgebildeten Gleitelementen (29) verbunden sind.
- Kontaktanordnung nach Anspruche 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der wenigstens teilweise hohl ausgebildeten Kontaktbrücke (10) zwei Kontaktkraftfedem (21) angeordnet und die Gleitelemente (29) als Stößel ausgebildet sind.
- Kontaktanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten der Kontaktbrücke (10) jeweils zwei Kontaktkraftfedern (21) angeordnet sind, die mit ihre zweiten Enden paarweise an den als querliegende Stifte ausgebildeten Gleitelementen festgelegt sind.
- Kontaktanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltwelle (6) aus polweise zugeordneten Schaltwellensegmenten besteht.
