Claims (11)
- Schließzylinder mit einem Zylindergehäuse (5) und einem in dem Zylindergehäuse (5) drehbar angeordneten Zylinderkern (6), der über Zuhaltungen mit dem Zylindergehäuse (5) verriegelbar ist, sowie mit einem vorderseitig an dem Zylinderkern (6) befestigten Zylinderkopf (8), mit den Merkmalen:a) bei dem Zylinderkopf (8) handelt es sich um eine separate, unabhängig von dem Zylinderkern (6) herstellbare und mit diesem verbindbare Einheit;b) der Zylinderkopf (8) umfaßt einen als Hohlkörper ausgebildeten Kunststoffträger (9), der mit dem Zylinderkern (6) drehfest verbunden ist, und eine den Kunststoffträger (9) vorderseitig und seitlich überdeckende und mit diesem drehfest verbundene, mindestens teilweise aus Metall bestehende Zylinderkappe (10), die vorderseitig eine schlitzförmige Öffnung (11) zur Einführung eines Elementes zur Betätigung des Schließzylinders (4) enthält;c) in dem Kunststoffträger (9) ist eine durch eine Feder (17) beaufschlagte Staubklappe (18) angeordnet, welche die schlitzförmige Öffnung (11) der Zylinderkappe (10) von der dem Kunststoffträger (9) zugewandten Seite verschließt.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderkappe (10) zur axialen und drehfesten Fixierung mit dem Kunststoffträger (9) über mindestens eine Rastverbindung (14) verbunden ist, derart, daß an dem äußeren Umfang des Kunststoffträgers (9) ein als Schnapper ausgebildeter Arm (15) angeordnet ist, welcher in eine entsprechende, in der Zylinderkappe (10) angeordnete Ausnehmung (16) eingreift.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderkappe (10) aus einem massiven kappenförmigen Metallteil (12), welches mit seiner Innenseite an dem Kunststoffträger (9) anliegt, und einem, das massive Metallteil (12) außenseitig umschließenden Zierteil (13) aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht, dessen Wandstärke geringer ist als die Wandstärke des massiven Metallteiles (12).
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (16), in welche der Schnapper (15) des Kunststoffträgers (9) eingreift, in dem Zierteil (13) angeordnet ist.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem massiven Metallteil (12) um ein Zinkdruckgußteil handelt.
- Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der die Staubklappe (18) beaufschlagenden Feder (17) um eine Doppelschenkelfeder handelt, welche in einer an der Innenwand (19) des Kunststoffträgers (9) angeordneten Aufnahme (20) gelagert ist.
- Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Staubklappe (18) zwei seitliche Lagerzapfen (21) umfaßt, welche in entsprechende, als Langloch ausgebildete, in dem Kunststoffträger (9) angeordnete Lager (22) gelagert sind.
- Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderkern (6) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoffträger (9) an dem Zylinderkern (6) mindestens über eine Rastverbindung (7) befestigt ist, derart, daß im verriegelten Zustand des Schließzylinders (4) bei Überschreiten eines vorgegebenen Rastmomentes der Zylinderkopf (8) sich um den Zylinderkern (6) dreht.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Rastverbindung (7) eine an dem Kunststoffträger (9) angeordnete, sich in axialer Richtung erstreckende federnde Rastnase (24) mit V-förmiger Kontur und eine der Kontur der Rastnase (24) entsprechende Ausnehmung (25) des Zylinderkernes (6) unfaßt.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnase (24) zwei V-förmig ausgebildete Schenkel (26) umfaßt, die einen Hohlraum (27) teilweise umschließen, so daß bei einem vorgegebenen Druck auf die Schenkel (26) diese in Richtung auf den Hohlraum (27) federnd ausweichenkönnen.
