Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Papierbahn, bei dem eine Leimbeschichtung auf die Papierbahn aufgetragen und die Papierbahn danach durch eine Presseneinrichtung geleitet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Papierbahn nach dem Leimauftrag durch einen Breitnip leitet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Papierbahn im Breitnip beheizt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Leimbeschichtung unmittelbar vor dem Breitnip aufträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Papierbahn im Breitnip zwischen zwei geschlossenen, wasserundurchlässigen Oberflächen einschließt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Papierbahn im noch feuchten Zustand mit Leim versieht.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen einer Papierbahn mit einer Leimauftragseinrichtung und eine Presseneinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Presseneinrichtung als Breitnippresse (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breitnippresse (5) eine harte Walze (6) und einen umlaufenden Mantel (7) sowie einen an die Krümmung der harten Walze (6) angepaßten Stützschuh (8) aufweist, der den Mantel (7) gegen die Walze (6) drückt, wobei zwischen der Walze (6) und dem Mantel (7) ein Nip (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breitnippresse (5) eine Temperiereinrichtung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leimauftragseinrichtung (3) unmittelbar vor der Breitnippresse (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breitnippresse (5) inmitten einer Trockenpartie (2, 11) einer Papiermaschine angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (7) und die Walze (6) als Flüssigkeitssperre ausgebildet sind.
