Claims (10)
- Machine à couper en tranches (1) un produit, notamment du pain, comprenant des moyens de réglage à volonté de l'épaisseur de coupe du produit permettant le rapprochement ou l'éloignement des scies ou lames de coupe (5, 5'), caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage sont constitués de moyens de mise en rotation à volonté d'un cadre support (7, 7') sur lequel sont agencées les lames (5, 5') suivant un axe de rotation verticale (R) et de moyens de maintien (8) de l'orientation des lames (5, 5') d'une position de coupe à une autre.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ce cadre support (7) comporte des supports de lame respectivement supérieur (11) et inférieur (12) montés articulés dont l'une de leurs extrémités maintient la lame de coupe (5) et dont l'autre extrémité est articulée sur un contre-cadre (8) formant le moyen de maintien et en ce que le cadre et le contre-cadre sont montés respectivement oscillants sur des coulisses (9, 13) disposées de chaque côté et dont au moins les coulisses du cadre et du contre-cadre disposé du même côté sont mobiles en rotation autour d'axes de rotation verticaux distincts disposés sur un même plan vertical (Pr).
- Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que chacun des supports de lames supérieur (11) comporte un moyen de réglage de la tension de la lame qui est constitué d'une tige filetée (17) agencée sur le contre-cadre et en ce qu'un moyen élastique (18) en appui sur un écrou (19) est monté coaxialement à la tige filetée (17).
- Machine selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une seconde série de lames (5') oscillantes allongées, parallèles, écartées les unes des autres et interposées alternativement entre la première série de lames (5) sur un second cadre (7') et second contre-cadre (8') agencés sur des coulisses de manière similaire au premier cadre (7) et contre-cadre (8) assurant un mouvement antagoniste des premières (5) et secondes (5') lames de coupe.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le plan vertical (Pr) correspond à une paroi latérale fixe du châssis de la machine.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le plan vertical (Pr) correspond à l'axe médian longitudinal de la machine.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une série de poussoirs (6) constitués d'une paroi sensiblement verticale (27) destinée à coopérer avec le produit lors de la coupe de ce dernier et d'une biellette (28) perpendiculaire à la paroi verticale montée articulée autour d'axes verticaux (29 et 30), sur des traverses aptes à pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation vertical situé sur le plan de rotation (Pr) entraínant par voie de conséquence un rapprochement ou un éloignement entre les biellettes (28) permettant ainsi de synchroniser leur déplacement avec le moyen de réglage de l'écartement des lames de façon que lesdits poussoirs soient toujours situés au centre de l'intervalle séparant deux lames de coupe.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un moyen de pression (26) du produit sur la table de coupe (2) agencé au voisinage des lames (5 et 5').
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le ou les cadre(s) support(s) sont aptes à pivoter autour de leur axe vertical suivant un angle de l'ordre de 0 à 40 degrés correspondant respectivement à une épaisseur maximale et minimale.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de commande à distance, du type moteur électrique et pupitre de réglage, permettant le déplacement du ou des cadre(s) et contre-cadre(s) à l'épaisseur de tranche désirée.
