Abstract

Nach einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitkontaktstücks für mittlere bis hohe Stromdichten wird Graphit mit einem Kunststoffbinder warm vorgemischt, dann die daraus entstandene Vormischung kalt mit Kupfer gemischt und sodann die damit hergestellte Hauptmischung zu dem Gleitkontaktstück verpreßt, welches schließlich gesintert wird. Um die Betriebseigenschaften des Gleitkontaktstücks, welches keine umweltschädlichen Zusätze aufweisen soll, zu verbessern, wird bei dem Vormischen des Graphits und Kunststoffbinders ein Metall aus der Gruppe Zink, Zinn, Wismut oder deren Legierungen zugesetzt.
