Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a corner joint for sheet piles with hook-shaped locks.
  • connection profile is a strip-shaped profile, with a first connection lock, for connection to a lock of the first sheet pile, and a second connection lock, for connection to a lock of the second sheet pile.
  • connection profiles with symmetrically and asymmetrically arranged connection locks.
  • connection profile with symmetrically arranged connection locks is the OMEGA-18 profile from PROFILARBED.
  • This is a hot-rolled, very compact connecting profile, which in cross section has the shape of the Greek letter " ⁇ ", with a central web and two arms symmetrical to the central web.
  • the two arms have at their free end in each case a hook element which is aligned in the direction of a central web. They form together with the central web two symmetrical Schlosskammem, wherein a lock opening is defined by the distance of the tip of the hook member to the central web.
  • a rounded shape of the lock chamber allows a LARSSEN lock of a sheet pile to rotate to a larger amplitude so that corners with an internal angle of 90 ° to 135 ° can be made with this OMEGA-18 profile.
  • Z-planks connected to the OMEGA-18 profile are both symmetrical and asymmetric Bisector can be arranged. When connecting U-planks to the OMEGA-18 profile, however, only a symmetrical arrangement of the U-planks to the bisector is possible.
  • PROFILARBED has a connection profile with asymmetrically arranged connection locks in its product range.
  • This is a hot-rolled profile with a straight bar, which has an overlapping LARSSEN hook at one end and a simple hook at the other end "The overlapping LARSSEN hook is right-angled to one side of the web, the simple hook is bent at right angles to the other side of the web.”
  • the C12 profile allows for a 90 ° corner with only small angular deviations (typically less than 5 °) Since the simple hook does not always provide the necessary unhooking safety, it is customary to weld the C12 profile on the side of the single hook to the plank lock.
  • the planks can be both symmetrical and also be arranged asymmetrically to the bisector When connecting U-boards is only an asymmetric arrangement to the bisector possible ..
  • connection profile with asymmetrically arranged connection locks is also from the WO 98/58131 known.
  • This profile has a central web on both ends of which a C-shaped or sickle-shaped hook is arranged.
  • the first hook is bent to one side of the web, wherein a lock opening between the tip of the first hook and the web, set in the direction perpendicular to the web.
  • the second hook is bent to the other side of the web, wherein a lock opening between the tip of the second hook and a bead-like thickening on the web, is set in approximately parallel to the web .
  • From the cross-section of this connection profile is said to be approximately the shape of a Seahorse has.
  • the arcuate inner walls of the two hook strips are intended to embrace the screed locks generously, so that the sheet piles to be connected via the connecting element can have an angle between 45 ° and about 125 °.
  • FIG. 4 An extruded connection profile with two hooks which are arranged asymmetrically on a central web is in the utility model DE 29821624 U1 .
  • FIG. 4 shown.
  • This profile is now also known on the market under the name WALL-PROFIL® V20. It is a profile that has the same wall thickness everywhere.
  • the first hook goes almost perpendicularly from the web at one end of the web and extends substantially crescent-shaped, with its tip is virtually opposite its starting point on the web and thus defines the lock opening.
  • the second hook is bent approximately semicircular, so that its tip is again turned towards the bridge and thus defines the lock opening.
  • the US 6,042,306 is exclusively concerned with creating a connection profile to connect, in straight sheet pile walls, sheet-pile-type sheet piles to sheet pile-shaped sheet piles.
  • An object of the present invention is to provide a corner joint for sheet piles with hook-shaped locks, in which a connection profile with two asymmetrically arranged, equivalent connection locks is used, this connection profile should be more compact and solid than all previous connection profiles with asymmetric locks .. This The object is achieved by a corner joint according to claim 1.
  • connection profile with a first connection lock engages in a hook-shaped plank lock of the first sheet pile and with a second connection lock in a hook-shaped plank lock of the second sheet pile, wherein the two connection locks are arranged asymmetrically on the connection profile.
  • the two terminal locks of the connection profile are formed by three arms extending from a common center in three directions.
  • the first arm has at its free end a first hook element, which is aligned in the direction of the second arm, in such a way that it forms with the second arm a lock chamber of the first lock, wherein a lock opening by the distance of the tip of the first hook element is set to the second arm.
  • the second arm has at its free end a second hook element, which is aligned in the direction of the third arm, in such a way that it forms a lock chamber of the second lock with the third arm, wherein a lock opening by the distance of the tip of the second hook element is fixed to the third arm.
  • the third arm has, unlike the other two arms, no hook element. It should be noted that in a connection profile according to the invention no connecting web is arranged between the two locks. The two locks are directly adjacent to each other, with the second arm helping to lock the lock chamber and lock opening of the first lock, and the third arm to lock the lock chamber and lock opening of the second lock. As a result, an extremely compact and solid connection profile is achieved, which is very resistant to cross-sectional deformations, which can sometimes lead to Aushakmaschine.
  • connection locks are advantageously aligned offset by 90 ° to each other, so that the connection profile, for example, advantageous for the production of a 90 ° corner with two asymmetrically arranged U-planks, or two symmetrically arranged Z-planks is suitable.
  • the second lock is substantially a rotation image of the first lock, wherein the rotation is a 90 ° rotation about the common center of the three arms.
  • Each of the two hook elements is advantageously formed by a wedge-shaped thickening at the end of the respective arm, which extends between a rounded tip and a rounded heel and can be accommodated as a lock head in a lock chamber of the plank lock.
  • the Aushakprocess is further improved.
  • the third arm which does not include a hook element, may be substantially straight. However, its free end could also be slightly bent in the direction of the second hook element to further improve the Aushakprocess the second lock.
  • the hook element of the first arm has a substantially planar guide surface, which is followed by a cylindrical guide surface, which in turn merges into a substantially planar guide surface on the second arm.
  • the hook element of the second arm has a substantially planar guide surface, which is followed by a cylindrical guide surface, which in turn merges into a substantially planar guide surface on the third arm.
  • the two flat surfaces in a lock chamber are in this case preferably at an angle of 44 ° to 52 ° degrees to each other.
  • the guide surfaces preferably comprise an angle sector of 130 ° to 150 °. This design of the guide surfaces carries u.a.
  • the lock head of a hook-shaped screed lock (such as a LARSSEN lock) in the lock chamber of the connection lock in the connection profile can perform larger rotations, while ensuring proper guidance and sufficient Aushakterrorism.
  • connection profile for a corner joint according to the invention can be produced by hot rolling. Compared to an extruded profile, the hot rolled profile can be made more cost effective and with much longer fabrication lengths. It is also less sensitive to deformation than an extruded profile.
  • connection locks of the connection profile are preferably designed such that they allow a corner connection with an internal angle in the range of 60 ° to 120 ° by a rotation of the sheet pile locks in the connection profile.
  • connection profile can be e.g. connect two U-sheet piles, which are arranged asymmetrically to each other.
  • the hook-shaped sheet pile locks preferably LARSSEN locks are.
