Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ankoppeln eines Schaftrahmens an ein Bewegungsübertragungselement einer Schaftmaschine, wobei die Vorrichtung ein einen Zapfen bildendes Steckorgan (40), das auf dem Übertragungselement (9) montiert ist, und ein ein Zapfenloch bildendes Aufnahmeorgan (20), das an dem Rahmen (1) befestigt ist, umfasst, wobei das Zapfenlochorgan mit einem Mittelspalt für den Durchgang des Übertragungselements versehen ist und beidseitig des Spalts Kontaktflächen (27, 28) definiert, die dazu dienen, mit dem Zapfenorgan für die Übertragung von Kräften zusammenzuarbeiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zapfenelement aus einer Anordnung (40) gebildet wird, die umfasst
    - eine auf einen Gewindebereich (9a) des Übertragungselements (9) geschraubte Mutter (41);
    - eine Kopplungsnuss (45), die mindestens zwei Flächen (51 - 53) bildet, die dazu dienen, mit den Kontaktflächen (27, 28) des Zapfenlochorgans (20) zusammenzuarbeiten, wobei die Nuss mit einer durchgehenden Bohrung (46) für den Durchgang des Übertragungselements und für die Aufnahme der Mutter mit der Möglichkeit der Rotation versehen ist;
    - eine mit einer Mittelbohrung (56) für den Durchgang des Übertragungselements versehene Hülse (55), die geeignet ist, die Mutter zur Drehung um das Übertragungselement anzutreiben durch die Bohrung der Nuss hindurch,
    - eine Kontermutter (62) zum Festziehen der Hülse gegen die zuvor erwähnte Mutter.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mutter (41) und die Hülse (55) mit Reliefs (43, 44, 59, 60) mit korrespondierenden Formen versehen sind, die eine Verzahnung der Mutter und der Hülse gestatten.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (55) mit einem Kopf (61) mit polygonalem Querschnitt versehen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung (46) der Nuss (45) zwei innen liegende Absätze (48, 49) umfasst, die jeweils zu den zwei Öffnungen (46a, 46b) der Bohrung gerichtet sind und dazu dienen, jeweils mit den entsprechenden Flächen (41a, 57) der Mutter (41) und der Hülse (55) zusammenzuarbeiten.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nuss (45) mit mindestens einem Vorsprung (50) versehen ist, der geeignet ist, in den Spalt (29) des Zapfenlochorgans (20) einzugreifen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nuss (45) mit einer Erstreckung (54) versehen ist, die entgegengesetzt zu dem Zapfenlochorgan (20) gerichtet ist, wenn das Zapfenorgan (40) in Stellung in dem Zapfenlochorgan ist, wobei die Erstreckung geeignet ist, in eine Gleitschiene (100) zur Führung und zum Halten des Zapfenorgans einzugreifen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erstreckung (54) einen im Wesentlichen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  8. Antriebsanordnung für Schaftrahmen (1) einer Webmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Vorrichtung (20, 40) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und einen Satz von Führungen (100) umfasst, die geeignet sind, jede eine Erstreckung (54) der Nuss (45) der Vorrichtung aufzunehmen, wobei jede Führung im Querschnitt eine Form (l101) derart aufweist, dass sie sich gegen ein Herausziehen der Erstreckung gemäß einer Richtung (y-y') widersetzt, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Gleitrichtung (X2) der Erstreckung in der Führung ist.
  9. Anordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (100) gemäß einer Richtung (y-y') im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Gleitrichtung (y2) beweglich ist.
  10. Webmaschine, ausgerüstet mit einer Vorrichtung (20, 40) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 oder mit einer Anordnung (20, 40, 100) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9.
