Abstract
2,5-Bisaryl- DELTA <1>-Pyrrolinen der Formel (I) lassen sich herstellen, indem man Azide der Formel (II) mit einem Trialkylphosphin oder einem Triarylphosphin oder einem Trialkylphosphit oder einem Reduktionsmittel in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungsmittels und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Katalysators umsetzt, wobei Ar<1> und Ar<2> die in der Beschreibung angegebenen Bedeutungen haben.
Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Δ^ -Pyrrolinen
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein neues Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2,5-Bis- aryl-Δ1 -Pyrrolinen.
In WO 00/21958, WO 99/59968, WO 99/59967 und WO 98/22438 sind bereits Δ^Pyrroline, Verfahren zur ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel beschrieben. Diese Verfahren lassen aber in Bezug auf die Ausbeuten, die Reaktionsfuhrung, die Zahl der Nebenprodukte, die Art der Aufarbeitung, die Abfallmenge und den Energiebedarf zu wünschen übrig. Es besteht daher ein ständiger Bedarf an neuen Verfahren, die einen oder mehrere der genannten Nachteile überwinden.

herstellen lassen, indem man
Azide der Formel (II)
in welcher Ar1 und Ar2 die oben angegebenen Bedeutungen haben,
mit einem Trialkylphosphin oder einem Triarylphoshin oder einem Trialkylphosphit oder einem Reduktionsmittel in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungsmittels und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Katalysators umsetzt.
Es ist als ausgesprochen überraschend zu bezeichnen, dass sich 2,5-Bisaryl-Δ1-Pyr- roline der Formel (I) nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren in glatter Reaktion ohne störende Nebenreaktionen herstellen lassen.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zeichnet sich durch eine Reihe von Vorteilen aus. So ist das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren den aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Verfahren klar überlegen, da man ein größeres Eduktspektrum verwenden kann (vgl. WO 98/22438). Außerdem entstehen bei den erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren keine
Regioisomere, so dass die Produkte der Formel (I) mit höherer Ausbeute erhalten werden. Ein weiterer Vorzug gegenüber dem Stand der Technik stellt die Tatsache dar, dass bei den erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren auf den Einsatz von metallorganischen Verbindungen verzichtet wird, wodurch diese Verbindungen technisch günsti- ger zugänglich werden. Die Anwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens bietet außerdem den Vorteil, den Energiebedarf bei der Durchführung reduzieren zu können, da viele Reaktionsstufen bei 0°C bis 40°C, vielfach sogar besonders bevorzugt bei Raumtemperatur ablaufen.
Verwendet man 4-(4-Bromphenyl)-4-azido-l-(2,6-difluorphenyl)-l-butanon und Tri- phenylphosphin als Ausgangsstoffe, so kann der Verlauf des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens durch das folgende Formelschema veranschaulicht werden.
Die bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Azide sind durch die Formel (II) allgemein definiert.
Bevorzugte Substituenten bzw. Bereiche der in den oben und nachstehend erwähnten
Formeln von Ausgangsstoffen der Formel (II) werden im folgenden erläutert.

Besonders bevorzugte Ausgangsstoffe für das erfindungsgemäße Verfaliren sind die Verbindung der Formeln
In den oben genannten Definitionen stehen Oxyalkylen bzw. Thioalkylen für -O- Alkyl- bzw. -S-Alkyl-, wobei die Bindung z.B. an Ar2 über das Sauerstoff- bzw. Schwefelatom erfolgt und am Alkylrest gegebenenfalls weitere Substituenten wie z.B. A in -X-A gebunden sind. Alkylenoxy bzw. Alkylenthio stehen für -Alkyl-O- bzw. -Alkyl-S-, wobei die Bindung z.B. an Ar2 jeweils über den Alkylrest erfolgt und am Sauerstoff- bzw. Schwefelatom gegebenenfalls weitere Substituenten wie z.B. A in —X-A gebunden sind. Oxyalkylenoxy steht für -O-Alkyl-O.
Heterocyclyl steht in der vorliegenden Beschreibung für einen cyclischen Kohlenwasserstoff, in welchem einer oder mehrere Kohlenstoffe durch ein oder mehrere Heteroatome ausgetauscht sind. Heteroatome steht dabei bevorzugt für O, S, N, P, insbesondere für O, S und N.
Bevorzugt, besonders bevorzugt oder ganz besonders bevorzugt sind Verbindungen, welche die unter bevorzugt, besonders bevorzugt oder ganz besonders bevorzugt genannten Substituenten tragen.
Gesättigte oder ungesättigte Kohlenwasserstoffreste wie Alkyl oder Alkenyl können, auch in Verbindung mit Heteroatomen, wie z.B. in Alkoxy, soweit möglich, jeweils geradkettig oder verzweigt sein.
Gegebenenfalls substituierte Reste können einfach oder mehrfach substituiert sein, wobei bei Mehrfachsubstitutionen die Substituenten gleich oder verschieden sein können. Mehrere Reste mit denselben Indizes wie beispielsweise m Reste R5 für m >1, können gleich oder verschieden sein.
Durch Halogen substituierte Reste, wie z.B. Halogenalkyl, sind einfach oder mehrfach halogeniert. Bei mehrfacher Halogenierung können die Halogenatome gleich oder verschieden sein. Halogen steht dabei für Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder lod, insbesondere für Fluor oder Chlor.
Die oben aufgeführten allgemeinen oder in Vorzugsbereichen aufgeführten Restedefinitionen bzw. Erläuterungen können jedoch auch untereinander, also zwischen den jeweiligen Bereichen und Vorzugsbereichen beliebig kombiniert werden. Sie gelten für die Endprodukte sowie für die Vor- und Zwischenprodukte entsprechend.
Die zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Azide der Formel (II) sind teilweise bekannt. Azide der Formel (Il-a)

Die bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (a) als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Halogenide sind durch die Formel (Ill-a) allgemein definiert. In dieser Formel steht Ar2 bevorzugt, besonders bevorzugt bzw. ganz besonders bevorzugt für diejenigen Bedeutungen, die bereits in Zusammenhang mit der Beschreibung der Ausgangsstoffe der Formel (II) für diese Reste als bevorzugt, besonders bevorzugt bzw. ganz besonders bevorzugt genannt wurden. R1"1 steht bevorzugt für Fluor oder Chlor, R2_1 steht bevorzugt für Wasserstoff, Fluor oder Chlor. X steht bevorzugt für Chlor, Brom oder lod, besonders bevorzugt für Chlor oder Brom, ganz besonders bevorzugt für Chlor.
Die bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (a) als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Azide sind durch die Formel (IV) allgemein definiert. In dieser Formel steht Q bevorzugt für Alkalimetallionen, Trialkylsilyl, Tetraalkylammonium, Tetra- alkylguanidinium oder polymergebundenes Trialkylammonium. Besonders bevor- zugt steht Q für Natrium, Lithium, Trimethylsilyl, Tetraethylammonium, Tetra-n- butylammonium oder Tetramethylguanidinium, ganz besonders bevorzugt für Natrium oder Lithium.
Azide der Formel (IV) sind kommerziell erhältlich bzw. lassen sich nach bekannten Methoden herstellen (vgl. Houben-Weyl: Methoden Der Organischen Chemie, Vierte
Auflage, Organo-Stickstoff Verbindungen I, Seiten 1243-1290; Herausgeber: D. Klamann).
Als Verdünnungsmittel kommen bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Ver- fahrens (a) Wasser, Alkohole, Ketone, Nitrile oder Sulfoxide oder Gemische aus diesen in Betracht. Vorzugsweise verwendet man Wasser-Aceton Gemische, Wasser- Ethanol Gemische, DMSO oder Acetonitril, besonders bevorzugt Wasser-Aceton Gemische oder Wasser-Ethanol Gemische.
Als Katalysator kann z.B. Methyltrioctylammoniumchlorid (Aliquat 336) verwendet werden (vgl. M. Es-Sayed, Dissertation, Universität Göttingen, 1992).
Die Reaktionstemperaturen zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren (a) können in einem größeren Bereich variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man bei Temperaturen zwischen 0°C und 100°C, vorzugsweise zwischen 30°C und 70°C, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 40°C und 60°C.
Die zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (a) als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Halogenide der Formel (III) sind teilweise bekannt. Halogenide der Formel (Ill-b)
in welcher

Halogenide der Formel (Ill-b) lassen sich herstellen, indem man
b) Cyclopropane der Formel (V-a)
in welcher R1_1, R2_1 und Ar2 die oben angegebenen Bedeutungen haben,
mit einer Protonsäure gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungsmittels umsetzt.
Halogenide der Formel (III) lassen sich analog herstellen. Dazu setzt man Cyclopropane der Formel (V)
in welcher Ar1 und Ar2 die oben angegebenen Bedeutungen haben,
entsprechend Verfahren (b) um.
Die bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (b) als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Cyclopropane sind durch die Formel (V-a) allgemein definiert. In dieser
Formel steht und Ar2 bevorzugt, besonders bevorzugt bzw. ganz besonders bevorzugt für diejenigen Bedeutungen, die bereits in Zusammenhang mit der Beschreibung der Ausgangsstoffe der Formel (II) für diese Reste als bevorzugt, besonders bevorzugt bzw. ganz besonders bevorzugt genannt wurden. R1_1 steht bevorzugt für Fluor oder Chlor, R2_1 steht bevorzugt für Wasserstoff, Fluor oder Chlor.
Als Protonsäuren kommen bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (b) Halogenwasserstoffsäuren in Frage. Vorzugsweise verwendet man HC1, HBr oder HI, besonders bevorzugt HC1.
Als Verdünnungsmittel kommen bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (b) Wasser oder Alkohole, bevorzugt Wasser in Betracht.
Die Reaktionstemperaturen zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren (b) können in einem größeren Bereich variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man bei Temperaturen zwischen -20°C und +60°C, vorzugsweise zwischen 0°C und 40°C, besonders bevorzugt bei Raumtemperatur.
Die zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (b) als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Cyclopropane der Formel (V) sind teilweise bekannt. Cyclopropane der Formel (V-a)
in welcher

Cyclopropane der Formel (N-a) lassen sich herstellen, indem man
c) Chalcone der Formel (NI)

mit einem Trialkylsulfoxoniumylid in Gegenwart einer Base und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungsmittels umgesetzt.
Cyclopropane der Formel (V) lassen sich analog herstellen.
Die bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (c) als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Chalcone sind durch die Formel (VI) allgemein definiert. In dieser Formel steht Ar2 bevorzugt, besonders bevorzugt bzw. ganz besonders bevorzugt für diejenigen Bedeutungen, die bereits in Zusammenhang mit der Beschreibung der Ausgangs- Stoffe der Formel (II) für diese Reste als bevorzugt, besonders bevorzugt bzw. ganz besonders bevorzugt genannt wurden. R1"1 steht bevorzugt für Fluor oder Chlor, R2"1 steht bevorzugt für Wasserstoff, Fluor oder Chlor.
Als Trialkylsulfoxoniumylid wird bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Ver- fahrens (c) bevorzugt Trimethylsulfoxoniumylid eingesetzt.
Als Basen können bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (c) Alkalimetall-hydride, -alkoholate und -hydroxide eingesetzt werden. Vorzugsweise verwendet man Natriumhydrid, Kalium-2-methyl-2-propanolat, Natriummethanolat oder Kaliumhydroxid, besonders bevorzugt Natriumhydrid.
Als Verdünnungsmittel kommen bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (c) Dimethylsulfoxid, Tetrahydrofuran, Acetonitril, Toluol oder Diethylen- glykol, sowie Gemische davon, in Frage. Vorzugsweise verwendet man Dimethyl- sulfoxid (vgl. Tetrahedron Asymmetry 1998, 9, 1035).
Die Reaktionstemperaturen zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren (c) können in einem größeren Bereich variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man bei Temperaturen zwischen -20°C und +120°C, vorzugsweise zwischen 0°C und 60°C, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 20°C und 40°C.
Die zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens (c) als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Chalcone der Formel (VI) sind bekannt.
Bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens können alle üblicherweise für diesen Zweck einsetzbaren Trialkylphosphine, Triarylphosphine und Trialkyl- phosphite (vgl. Tetrahedron Lett. 1999, 40, 4825; Tetrahedron 1997, 53, 3693; Tetrahedron 1997, 55, 8353; J. Chem. Soc. Chem. Commun. 1982, 1224; Synthesis 1996, 123) eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugt verwendet man Organophosphor-Verbin- dungen wie Triphenylphosphin, Tri-n-butylphosphin oder Trimethylphosphit, beson- ders bevorzugt Triphenylphosphin.
Weiterhin lassen sich Azide der Formel (II) durch katalytische Hydrierung, z.B. mit PtO2 als Katalysator, entsprechend dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zu Verbindungen der Formel (I) umsetzen (vgl. J. Am. Chem. Soc. 1954, 76, 1231).
Weitere Möglichkeiten zur Reduktion von Azido- Verbindung sind in der Literatur beschrieben, (vgl. Houben-Weyl: Methoden Der Organischen Chemie, Vierte Auflage, Organo-Stickstoff Verbindungen II, Seiten 956-975; Herausgeber: D. Klamann).
Als Verdünnungsmittel kommen bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens aliphatische oder aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe oder Ether in Betracht. Vorzugsweise verwendbar sind Pentan, Hexan, Heptan, Benzol, Toluol, Tetrahydrof ran, Diethylether, Dioxan oder Acetonitril, besonders bevorzugt Pentan, Hexan oder Heptan.
Die Reaktionstemperaturen zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens können in einem größeren Bereich variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man bei Temperaturen zwischen -10°C und +60°C, vorzugsweise zwischen 0°C und 40°C, besonders bevorzugt bei Raumtemperatur.
Bei der Durchführung der erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens und der Verfahren (a), (b), und (c) arbeitet man im allgemeinen jeweils unter Atmosphärendruck. Es ist aber auch möglich, jeweils unter erhöhtem oder vermindertem Druck zu arbeiten.
Bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens setzt man im allgemeinen auf 1 Mol an Azid der Formel (II) 1 Mol Trialkylphosphin und ein geeignetes Verdünnungsmittel ein. Es können aber auch andere Verhältnisse der Reaktionskomponenten gewählt werden. Die Aufarbeitung erfolgt nach üblichen Methoden. Im allgemeinen geht man in der Weise vor, dass man das Reaktionsgemisch in Anwesen- heit von Florisil einengt und anschließend mit einem Gemisch aus n-Hexan und
Essigsäureethylester chromatographiert.
Die nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren herstellbaren 2,5-Bisaryl-Δ1-Pyrroline der Formel (I) sind teilweise bekannt. Ebenso ist ihre Verwendung zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen bekannt. Sie eignen sich besonders zur Bekämpfung von Insekten,
Spinnentieren und Nematoden, die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, im Vorrats- und Materialschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor vorkommen (siehe WO 00/21958, WO 99/59968, WO 99/59967 und WO 98/22438).
2,5-Bisaryl-Δ1-Pyrroline der Formel (I-a)

Verbindungen der Formel (I-a) besitzen sehr gute insektizide Eigenschaften und lassen sich sowohl im Pflanzenschutz als auch im Materialschutz zur Bekämpfung unerwünschter Schädlinge, wie Insekten, verwenden. Sie eignen sich besonders zur
Bekämpfung von Insekten, Spinnentieren und Nematoden, die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, im Vorrats- und Materialschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor vorkommen (siehe WO 00/21958, WO 99/59968, WO 99/59967 und WO 98/22438).
Die Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens wird durch die folgenden Beispiele veranschaulicht.
Herstellungsbeispiel
1. Stufe
23.40 g 2,6-Difluoracetophenon (0.15 mol), 27.75 g 4-Brombenzaldehyd (0.15 mol), 60 ml Methanol und 150 ml Wasser werden in einem Dreihalskolben vorgelegt. Bei
Raumtemperatur werden 45 ml Natronlauge (10%ige Lösung in Wasser) zugetropft und anschließend über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur nachgerührt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird auf 5°C gekühlt, der Niederschlag abfiltriert und mit 100 ml kaltem Methanol/ Wasser (1 :3) gewaschen.
Man erhält 44.77 g (92% d. Th.) (2E)-3-(4-Bromphenyl)-l-(2,6-difluorphenyl)-2- propen-1-on vom Schmelzpunkt 71°C. HPLC: log P (pH 2.3) = 3.98 (98%ig).
Η-NMR-Spektrum (Dg-DMSO): δ = 7.25-7.35 (3H, m), 7.54 (1H, d), 7.62-7.72 (3H, m), 7.76 (2H, d) ppm.
2. Stufe
Unter Argon-Atmosphäre werden 4.50 g Natriumhydrid (80%ige Suspension in Öl, 0.15 mol) in 150 ml DMSO vorgelegt. 33.0 g Trimethylsulfoxoniumjodid (0.15 mol) werden portionsweise zugegeben. Nach 2 Stunden Rühren bei Raumtemperatur wird eine Lösung aus 44.40 g der Verbindung (VI-1) (0.137 mol) in 200 ml DMSO zugetropft und über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur weiter gerührt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird in 2 Liter Wasser eingerührt und zweimal mit je 400 ml Essigsäureethylester extrahiert. Die vereinigten organischen Phasen werden einmal mit 200 ml Wasser gewaschen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, filtriert und unter vermindertem Druck eingeengt. Der Rückstand wird mit Isopropanol veπührt und abgesaugt.
Man erhält 32.36 g (64% d. Th.) [2-(4-Bromphenyl)cyclopropyl](2,6-difluorphenyl)- methanon vom Schmelzpunkt 64 bis 65 °C.
HPLC: log P (pH 2.3) = 4.24 (97%ig).
Η-NMR-Spektrum (CDC13): δ = 1.57 (1H, m), 1.97 (1H, m), 2.59 (1H, m), 2.77
(1H, m), 6.95 (2H, m), 7.06 (2H, d), 7.40 (3H, m) ppm.
3. Stufe
64.72g (0.19 mol) der Verbindung (V-l) werden mit 500 ml konzentrierter Salzsäure (37%ig) 4 Tage bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird zweimal mit je 350 ml Dichlormethan extrahiert. Die vereinigten organischen Phasen werden über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, filtriert und unter vermindertem Druck eingeengt.
Man erhält 70.05 g (Öl), (99% d. Th.) an 4-(4-Bromphenyl)-4-chloro-l-(2,6-difluor- phenyl)-l-butanon im Form eines Öls, das man ohne Aufreinigung weiter umsetzt. HPLC: log P(pH 2.3) = 4.52 (95%ig).
IH-NMR-Spektrum (CD3CN): δ - 2.42 (2H, m), 3.01 (2H, m), 5.06 (1H, dd), 7.05 (2H, m), 7.37 (2H, d), 7.48-7.59 (3H, m) ppm.
4. Stufe
0.93 g (2.50 mmol) der Verbindung (III-l) werden in 4 ml Aceton vorgelegt. Bei
Raumtemperatur werden eine Lösung von 0.25 g Natriumazid (3.80 mmol) in 10 ml Wasser und 0.3 g Aliquat 366 zugegeben. Anschließend rührt man 16 Stunden bei 50°C. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt, mit 20 ml Wasser verdünnt und dreimal mit je 50 ml Essigsäureethylester extrahiert. Die vereinigten
organischen Phasen werden über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, filtriert und unter vermindertem Druck eingeengt.
Man erhält 1.12 g 4-(4-Bromphenyl)-4-azido-l-(2,6-difluo-rphenyl)-l-butanon als
Rohprodukt, das ohne Aufreinigung weiter umgesetzt wird.
HPLC: log P(pH 2.3) - 4.47 (85%ig).
IR-Spektrum: v Azid = 2900 cm"1.
Η-NMR-Spektrum (CD3CN): δ = 2.11 (2H, m), 2.94 (2H, m), 4.66 (1H, m), 7.05
(2H, m), 7.30 (2H, d), 7.50 (1H, m), 7.58 (2H, d) ppm.
5. Stufe
1.12 g des Rohproduktes von (II- 1) werden in 100 ml Pentan vorgelegt. 0.65 g Triphenylphosphin (2.5 mmol) werden portionsweise zugegeben und anschließend über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur nachgerührt. Man gibt 12 g Florisil zu und engt das Gemisch unter vermindertem Druck zur Trockne ein. Das Produkt wird mittels Flashchromatographie (Laufmittel: n-Hexan/Essigsäureethylester 9:1) aufgereinigt.
Man erhält 0.51 g (59% d. Th.) (über die 4. und 5. Stufe) an 2-(4-Bromphenyl)-5-
(2,6-difluorphenyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrrol als Öl, was mit der Zeit kristallisiert
(Schmelzpunkt 48°C).
ΗPLC: log P (pH 2.3) = 2.72 (100%ig). lΗ-NMR-Spektrum (CD3CN): δ = 1.76 (1Η, m), 2.60 (1Η, m), 3.03 (2Η, m), 5.25
(1H, m), 7.10 (2H, m), 7.28 (2H, d), 7.45 (1H, m), 7.50 (2H, d) ppm.
Stufe 4 und 5 können alternativ nach folgenden Vorschriften hergestellt werden.
4. und 5. Stufe (Alternativweg)
Zu einer Lösung von 19 g (0,29 Mol) Natriumazid und 5 Tropfen Aliquat 336 in
100 ml Wasser gibt man Raumtemperatur eine Lösung von 70 g (0,187 Mol) l-(2,6- Difluorphenyl)-4-chlor-4-(4-bromphenyl)-butanon-l (III-l) und kocht die Mischung 10 Stunden unter Rückfluss. Nach Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur löst man das abgeschiedene Öl in 1.6 1 n-Hexan, trennt die wässrige Phase ab und trocknet die n- Hexan-Lösung mit Natriumsulfat. Zu dieser n-Hexan-Lösung von dem erhaltenen l-(2,6-Difluoφhenyl)-4-azido-4-(4-bromphenyl)-butanon-l gibt man bei Raumtemperatur portionsweise 49 g (0.187 Mol) Triphenylphosphin. Unter Entwicklung von Stickstoff steigt die Temperatur des Reaktionsgemisches langsam auf 31°C. Man rührt 16 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur nach und destilliert dann das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum ab. Man erhält 70.4 g öligen Rückstand, der ca. 48% der Titelverbindung
(neben Triphenylphosphin und Triphenylphosphinoxid) enthält und durch Kieselgelchromatographie gereinigt wird. (Laufmittel: n-Hexan/Essigsäureethylester 9:1 -> 4:1)
Man erhält 34.6 g (35% d. Th.) an 2-(4-Bromphenyl)-5-(2,6-difluoφhenyl)-3,4-di- hy dro-2H-pyrrol . ΗPLC: log P (pH 2.3) = 2.71 (99.4%ig).
Analog den obigen Vorschriften wurden Verbindungen der Formeln (I), (II), (III), (V) und (VI) hergestellt:

Die Bestimmung der in den voranstehenden Tabellen und Herstellungsbeispielen angegebenen logP-Werte erfolgt gemäß EEC-Directive 79/831 Annex N.A8 durch HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) an einer Phasenumkehrsäule (C 18). Temperatur: 43°C.
Die Bestimmung erfolgt im sauren Bereich bei pH 2.3 mit 0,1% wässriger Phosphorsäure und Acetonitril als Eluenten; linearer Gradient von 10% Acetonitril bis 90% Acetonitril.
Die Eichung erfolgt mit unverzweigten Alkan-2-onen (mit 3 bis 16 Kohlenstoff- atomen), deren logP-Werte bekannt sind (Bestimmung der logP-Werte anhand der
Retentionszeiten durch lineare Inteφolation zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Alkanonen).
Die lambda-max- Werte wurden an Hand der UN-Spektren von 200 nm bis 400 nm in den Maxima der chromatographischen Signale ermittelt.

4. Nerfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Azide der
Formel (II)
als Ausgangsstoffe einsetzt, in welcher
Ar1 für den Rest steht,
Ar2 für den Rest
steht,
m für 0, 1 oder 2 steht,
R1 für Fluor, Chlor, Brom, Methyl oder Methoxy steht,
R2 und R3 stehen unabhängig voneinander ganz besonders bevorzugt für Wasserstoff, Fluor, Chlor, Brom, Methyl oder Methoxy steht,
R4 für Chlor, Brom oder eine der folgenden Gruppierungen
(1) -X-A
(m) -B-Z-D
(n) -Y-E steht,
R5 für Fluor, Chlor, Brom, Hydroxy, Methyl, Ethyl, Methoxy, Ethoxy, Trifluormethyl, Difluormethoxy, Trifluormethoxy, -CO2CH3 oder -SO2CF3 steht, X für eine direkte Bindung, Sauerstoff, Schwefel, -SO2-, Carbonyl, -CH2-, -(CH2)2-, -CH=CH- (E oder Z), -C≡C-, -CH2O-, -(CH2)2O-, -OCH2-, -OCH2O-, -O(CH2)2O-, -S(O)0-CH2- oder -S(O)0-(CH2)2- steht,
A für gegebenenfalls einfach oder zweifach durch Reste aus der Liste

B für gegebenenfalls einfach durch Reste aus der Liste W1 substituiertes p-Phenylen steht,
für Sauerstoff, Schwefel oder -SO2- steht,
D für Wasserstoff, Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, Isobutyl, sec.-Butyl, tert.-Butyl, 2-Propenyl, Butenyl, Propargyl, Butinyl, -CF3, -CHF2, -CC1F2, -CF2CHFC1, -CF2CH2F, -CF2CC13, -CH2CF3,
-CF2CHFCF3, -CH2CF2H, -CH2CF2CF3, -CF2CF2H, -CF2CHFCF3, -SO2CF3, -SO2(CF2)3CF3 oder -SO2NMe2 steht,

o für 0, 1 oder 2 steht.
5. Nerfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Verbindung der Formel (II- 1)
als Ausgangsstoff einsetzt.
6. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Verbindung der Formel (II-2)
als Ausgangsstoff einsetzt.
7. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Verbindung der Formel (II-3)
als Ausgangsstoff einsetzt.
8. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Umset- zung in Gegenwart von Triphenylphosphin, Tri-n-butylphosphin oder Trime- thylphosphit durchführt.
9. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Umsetzung in Gegenwart von Triphenylphosphin durchführt.
10. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Azide der Formel (II) durch katalytische Hydrierung zu Verbindungen der Formel (I) umsetzt.
11. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Azide der Formel (II) in Gegenwart von PtO2 als Katalysator hydriert.
12. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Umsetzung in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungsmittels aus der Reihe der aliphatischen oder aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffe, der halogenierten Kohlenwasserstoffe oder der Ether durchführt.
13. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Umsetzung in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungsmittels aus der Reihe Pentan, Hexan, Heptan, Benzol, Toluol, Tetrahydrofuran, Diethylether, Dioxan oder Acetonitril durchführt.
14. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Umsetzung bei Temperaturen zwischen -10°C und +60°C durchführt.
15. Verbindungen der Formel (II -a)

Ar2 die in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 angegebenen Bedeutungen hat.

R1'1 für Fluor oder Chlor steht,
R2-1 für Wasserstoff, Chlor oder Fluor steht,
X1 für Chlor, Brom oder lod steht und
Ar2 die in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 angegebenen Bedeutungen hat.
17. Verbindungen der Formel (V-a)
in welcher
R1 - 1 f£r Fluor oder Chlor steht,
R2"1 für Wasserstoff, Chlor oder Fluor steht und
Ar2 die in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 angegebenen Bedeutungen hat.

Ar1 die in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 angegebenen Bedeutungen hat,

R4 und m die in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 angegebenen Bedeutungen haben,
R5"1 für Hydroxy, Trialkylsilyl, Alkoxycarbonyl, -CONR7R8 oder -NR7R8 steht und
