Abstract

La présente invention concerne un élément d'appui destiné aux tourillons (2) d'un cylindre (1) ou à des tambours de machines d'impression, le tourillon (2) étant reçu dans au moins un palier à roulement disposé dans un alésage (12) pratiqué dans une paroi latérale (5). Selon l'invention, dans l'alésage (12) de la paroi latérale (5) est reçu un coussinet (8) dans lequel est pratiqué un alésage de roulement (7) traversant dans lequel se trouve un premier palier d'appui (3) étant espacé en direction axiale d'un second palier d'appui (4) réglable en direction radiale, se trouvant à l'extérieur de l'alésage de roulement (7), le second palier d'appui (4) étant reçu par un boîtier (20) qui est relié à la paroi latérale (5) de manière à pouvoir être détaché de celle-ci et ainsi à pouvoir se déplacer par rapport à celle-ci. Le second palier d'appui (4) réglable en direction radiale permet d'obtenir une pré-flexion du cylindre d'impression (1) qui agit en direction opposée de la déformation lors de l'impression, grâce à des forces d'impression linéaires.
