Abstract
Description
Gemäß einer besonders vorteilhaften Weiterbildung ist der Türflügel derart angeordnet, daß sein Schwerpunkt lotrecht unter den Berührstellen zwischen der Laufrolle und der Schiene angeordnet ist. Dies ist insbesondere bei aus mehreren flachen Türflügeln gebildeten Schiebestapelwänden in Verbindung mit Laufwerken vorteilhaft, bei denen die jeweils eine Laufrolle auf derselben Seite angeordnet sind, so daß eine Einschienentechnik im Raumteilerbereich in Verbindung mit einer Weiche anstelle der bisher durchgängigen Zweischienentechnik ermöglicht ist.

Claims (12)
- Antrieb für einen als Schiebetür ausgebildeten Türflügel, insbesondere für Schiebestapelwände, Nachtverschlüsse, Rundschiebetüren, Personenschleusen und dergleichen, der sich über wenigstens eine Laufrolle (27) auf einer Schiene (25, 39) geführt abstützt und mittels eines Antriebsmotors (26) entlang der Schiene (25, 49) bewegbar ist, wobei der Antriebsmotor (26) und wenigstens eine Laufrolle (27) in einem fest mit dem Türflügel (22, 24) verbundenen Laufwerk (28, 31) aufgenommen sind, so daß der Antriebsmotor (26), das Laufwerk (28, 31) und der Türflügel (22, 24) gemeinsam entlang der Schiene (30, 49) verschiebbar sind, und wobei der Antriebsmotor (26) mit einem um eine vertikale Drehachse (36) drehbaren Zahnrad (35) wirkverbunden ist, das mit einer sich entlang der Schiene (30, 39) erstreckenden Zahnreihe (37) zusammenwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laufwerk (28, 31) eine einzige Laufrolle (27) aufweist und daß zur Kraftübertragung von dem Zahnrad (35) auf die Zahnreihe (37) dienende Berührstellen (40) und einem Lastangriff der Laufrolle (27) auf der Schiene (30, 49) zugeordnete Berührstellen (41) im wesentlichen lotrecht angeordnet sind. - Antrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine den Berührstellen (40) zwischen dem Zahnrad (35) und der Zahnreihe (37) zugeordnete tangentiale Kraftwirklinie (42) und eine den Berührstellen (41) zwischen der Laufrolle (27) und der Schiene (30, 49) zugeordnete resultierende Reibwirklinie (43) im wesentlichen in einer gemeinsamen Ebene (44) liegen, die parallel zu einer die Drehachse (36) des Zahnrades (35) enthaltenden Ebene ausgebildet ist.
- Antrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Türflügel (22) derart angeordnet ist, daß sein Schwerpunkt lotrecht unter den Berührstellen (41) zwischen der Laufrolle (27) und der Schiene (25) angeordnet ist.
- Antrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Türflügel (22, 24) mit zwei Laufwerken (28, 29; 31, 32) fest verbunden ist, die jeweils eine einzige Laufrolle (27) aufweisen, über die das Gewicht des Türflügels (22, 24) auf einer Schiene (49) oder mehreren benachbarten Schienen (25, 30) abgestützt ist.
- Antrieb nach einem der Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Türflügel (24) derart angeordnet ist, daß sein Schwerpunkt (46, 47) auf einer gedachten Verbindungsgeraden (48, 64) durch die Berührstellen (41) zwischen der jeweiligen Laufrolle (27) und der Schiene (49) bzw. den Schienen (25, 30) liegt.
- Antrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laufwerk (28, 29; 31, 32) einen Laufwerkskörper (50) aufweist, an dem ein Tragelement (51, 54) zur Abstützung des Türflügels (22, 24) um eine Lastdrehachse (52) drehbar gelagert ist, die relativ zu der Drehachse (33) der Laufrolle (27) drehbar und vorzugsweise senkrecht zu dieser ausgebildet ist, wobei die Berührstellen (41) zwischen der Laufrolle (27) und der Schiene (25, 49) linienförmig gestaltet sind und in einer die Lastdrehachse (52) enthaltenden Ebene (XY) angeordnet sind.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lastdrehachse (52) koaxial zu der Drehachse (36) des Zahnrades (35) angeordnet ist und im Bereich der Laufrolle (27) dieses Laufwerkes (28, 29; 31, 32) an dem Laufwerkskörper (50) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Antrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Laufwerk (31, 32) ein Tragelement (54) zur Abstützung des Türflügels (24) fest verbunden ist, das mit diesem in einem der Einleitung der Gewichtskraft des Türflügels (24) dienenden Verbindungsbereich (55) fest verbunden ist, der lotrecht zu den Berührstellen (41) zwischen der Laufrolle (27) und der Schiene (49) angeordnet ist.
- Antrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene (25, 30; 49) mit einem Führungsprofil (34) gestaltet ist, auf dem die Laufrolle (27) abrollen kann, und wobei die Berührungsstellen (41) zwischen der Laufrolle (27) und der Schiene (25, 30; 49) und die Berührstellen (40) zwischen dem Zahnrad (35) und der Zahnreihe (37) ausschließlich durch einen Führungsprofilteil(39) des Führungsprofils (34) beabstandet sind.
- Antrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene (25, 30; 49) mit einem die Zahnreihe (37) aufweisenden Zahnriemen (38) mit Evolventen-Verzahnung (56) fest verbunden ist, und daß das mit dem Zahnriemen (38) in Eingriff stehende Zahnrad (35) mit einer passenden Evolventen-Verzahnung (57) versehen ist.
- Antrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufrolle (27) einen U-förmigen Auflagequerschnitt (58) zur Abstützung und Führung der Laufrolle (27) auf bzw. an der einen passenden Auflagequerschnitt (59) aufweisenden Schiene (25, 30; 49) und einen Laufrollenbund (60) aufweist, der mit einer sich nach innen, in Richtung der Drehachse (36) des Zahnrades (35) erstreckenden Führungsnase (61) versehen ist.
- Antrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (26) auf der von dem Türflügel (22, 24) wegweisenden Seite des Zahnrades (35) angeordnet ist.
