Definitions

  • the invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock, with a locking lever, in particular Moneterediol, and with a child safety device.
  • the locking mechanism is usually composed of a rotary latch and pawl. To open the catch, the pawl is lifted, and regularly using a release lever.
  • the child safety device is according to general understanding mainly a lever mechanism, which in the position "child safety on” prevents an opening of the motor vehicle door lock from the inside and in the "child safety off” position allows openings from the inside.
  • a motor vehicle door lock of the structure described above is described in the context of DE 198 06 155 C2.
  • the known closure has proven itself, but reaches its limits when it comes to the locked state (with disabled child safety device) of the motor vehicle door lock quickly and easily, especially with a single operating stroke in the sense of opening to overcome.
  • This arrangement arises in particular in rear motor vehicle doors, which are usually equipped with such a child safety device.
  • the invention is based on the technical problem of developing a generic motor vehicle door lock so that the child safety device controls the locking lever in an alternative embodiment, and an unlocking and opening can be preferably carried out with a single operating stroke of the operating lever.
  • a generic motor vehicle door lock is erfingungshunt characterized in that the control lever is designed as Zweiarmhebel and is rotatably mounted about an arranged on the locking lever axis of rotation.
  • the child safety device interacts with the control lever, in the sense that a so-called “override” is effective or not.
  • control lever in its "free-running position” ensures that the actuating lever first acts on the locking lever and unlocks it and only thereafter ensures opening of the locking mechanism. This assumes, of course, that the lock lever was in the "locked” position at the beginning of this procedure. Otherwise, the operating lever does not work on the control lever, but acts directly on the locking mechanism in the sense of an opening.
  • the control lever is a two-arm lever formed and rotatably supported about an axis of rotation arranged on the locking lever.
  • the control lever has an engagement arm and a control arm, which are preferably arranged at an angle to each other.
  • the Eingreifarm interact with the actuating lever, while working on the control arm acted upon by the child safety device or belonging thereto pin.
  • control lever is equipped with a spring and a stop.
  • the spring ensures that the control lever is mandatory and free of forces pivoted into its “engagement position”.
  • the stop takes over the function to limit associated pivoting movements in "engagement position”. For this purpose, the stop undergoes a limitation of the pivoting movement by its concern with the locking lever.
  • the stop is usually formed on a separate stop arm, which is added to the engagement and the control arm. Consequently, the control lever can also be referred to as a three-arm lever, although the stop arm plays only a subordinate role in the sense of limiting pivoting movements.
  • the child safety device is mostly equipped with a pin and an eccentric.
  • the eccentric can be regularly adjusted manually from the outside and pivots in this way the pin in the positions "child safety on” and “child safety off”.
  • the pin is guided in a recess of an actuating main lever.
  • This main operating lever serves to transmit movements of an internal operating lever and optionally external operating lever to the locking mechanism.
  • a motor vehicle door lock which has a housed in a motor vehicle door lock with lock housing 1.
  • this is a back door with a child safety function, although in principle, of course, front doors or even tailgates are included.
  • the motor vehicle door lock shown has a locking mechanism of pawl 2 with release pin 2 'and rotary latch 4 (see Fig. 2).
  • a release lever 3 For applying the pawl 2, a release lever 3 is provided. If this release lever 3 performs in Fig. 1 indicated pivoting movements counterclockwise about its axis 18, the release lever 3 operates on the release pin 2 ', so that the pawl 2 rotates clockwise and the catch 4 releases. As a result, this also pivots about its axis A in the clockwise direction and releases a locking bolt 5 shown in FIG.
  • an actuating lever 6 is provided, which is an internal operating lever 6. At the same time, the operating lever or inner operating lever 6 is able to act on a control lever 8, as will be explained in more detail below (cf. FIGS. 3 to 3) 5).
  • This control lever 8 is rotatably mounted about an axis 9 on a locking lever 10.
  • this locking lever 10 is a central locking lever 10, which, however, is not mandatory.
  • Central locking lever 10 can be “locked” (FIGS. 3 and 4) and “unlocked” (FIG. 5) by means of a central locking drive 11, 12 indicated only in FIG. 3.
  • the central locking drive 11, 12 via a driven pulley 11 with two control pins 12 which engage in a recess 13 of the central locking lever 10 for pivoting about an axis 14.
  • DE 196 32 781 C2 the locking lever or central locking lever 10 as well as manually his two positions “unlocked” and “locked” occupy, for example, if no central locking system is realized or has these malfunctions. Reference is made in this context to DE 41 08 561 C2.
  • the operating lever or inner operating lever 6, the locking lever 10 and the control lever 8 the actuating main lever 15 and a transmission lever 16 are still realized, which are arranged in a plan view in Fig. 1 order indicated one behind the other. It can be seen that the control lever 8 is arranged in front of the actuating main lever 15, which is followed by the trigger lever 3, with the transmission lever 16 connected at the end. Actuator main lever 15, trip lever 3 and transmission lever 16 have the common axis of rotation 18, of course, a changed sequence of the levers 15, 3, 16 are conceivable.
  • a pin 17 is realized, on which an unillustrated external operating lever operates, and that, as described in DE 198 06 155 C2.
  • the pin 17 penetrates in front view of the locking lever or central locking lever 10, the transmission lever 16 and finally the release lever 3.
  • the pin 17 is supported by a connecting lever 24 which is connected to the locking lever 10.
  • the already mentioned child safety device 20, 21, 22 ensures that the control lever 8 assumes at least two basic positions.
  • the first position is shown in Figs. 3 and 5, where the control lever 8 is in “engaged position” with respect to the actuating lever 6.
  • the operating lever or inner operating lever 6 is able to act on the control lever 8 or its engagement arm 8a (when the locking lever 10 additionally assumes the "locked” position).
  • the actuating lever 6 thus initiated pivoting movements of the actuating main lever 15 about its axis 18 in the counterclockwise direction are thus converted into rectified Jacobyak Seaersinnterrorismen the tripping lever 3, which correspond to an opening of the locking mechanism 2, 4.
  • the child safety device 20, 21, 22 in its "child safety off” position leaves the control lever 8 uninfluenced, for which reason a spring 25 between the control lever 8 and the locking lever 10 is able to control the control lever 8 to press against the abutment of the stop 23 on the locking lever 10 against this.
  • the control lever 8 assumes its "engagement position" as long as the pin 22 of the child safety device 20, 21, 22 does not act on it or its control arm 8b.
  • control lever 8 is designed as a two-arm or three-arm lever with an engagement arm 8a, control arm 8 and stop arm 8c and can be pivoted about the rotation axis 9 on the locking lever 10.
  • the spring 25 between control lever 8 and locking lever 10 ensures that the control lever 8 abuts with its stop 23 on the locking lever 10 and the "intervention position" occupies.
  • This eccentric 20, 21 can be pivoted (manually from the outside), essentially in the two positions, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 dargestllt. This is ensured by a bistable tilt spring 26, which holds the eccentric 20, 21 in the relevant positions.
  • the pin 22 couples the actuating main lever 15 to the release lever 3 for the locking mechanism 2, 4, so that it can be opened by means of the inner operating lever 6 or the external actuating lever (see FIG. 3).
  • the position "child safety on” of the child safety device 20, 21, 22 separates the actuating main lever 15 from the triggering lever 3, so that then the actuating lever 6 with respect to the locking mechanism 2, 4 executes an idle stroke.
