Claims (13)

  1. Sicherheitsfolie, bei der mindestens eine der Seiten mit einer Schicht überzogen ist, die ein durchsichtiges oder durchscheinendes elastomeres Bindemittel und ein Siliciumoxid umfasst, und die eine Druckansicht, insbesondere in feinem Feilenhieb, und einen hohen Flusswiderstand aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie beobachtbare Sicherheitselemente umfasst, und dass die Schicht durchsichtig oder durchscheinend ist, und dass sie umfasst:
    - 30 bis 50 Trockengewichtsanteile des Siliciumoxids, wobei das Siliciumoxid ein kolloidales Siliciumoxid ist, und
    - 50 bis 70 Trockengewichtsanteile des durchsichtigen oder durchscheinenden elastomeren Bindemittels, wobei die Summe der Anteile dieser beiden Komponenten insgesamt 100 ausmacht.
  2. Folie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastomere Bindemittel aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die von den Polyurethanen, die in Form von stabilisierten wässrigen Dispersionen verwendbar sind, gebildet ist.
  3. Folie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Polyurethan unter den Polyurethanen mit hoher Härte ausgewählt wird.
  4. Folie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Siliciumoxid ein pyrogenes Siliciumoxid ist.
  5. Folie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Siliciumoxid eine spezifische Fläche, gemessen nach der BET-Methode (DIN-Norm 66 131), zwischen 300 und 400 m2/g hat.
  6. Folie nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht ungefähr 40 Anteile des Siliciumoxids und ungefähr 60 Anteile des Bindemittels in Trockengewicht umfasst, wobei die Summe der Anteile dieser Komponenten insgesamt 100 ergibt.
  7. Folie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung ein Vernetzungsmittel, insbesondere ein Polyaziridin, umfasst.
  8. Folie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht zwischen 1 und 15 g/m2 pro Seite trocken, vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 10 g/m2 pro Seite, auf noch bevorzugtere Weise zwischen 2 und 7 g/m2 pro Seite aufgebracht wird.
  9. Papierfolie für eine Banknote, umfassend eine Sicherheitsfolie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Folie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Bildung einer Folie auf einer Papiermaschine, umfassend eine Vorrichtung zum Versehen mit einem Wasserzeichen, aus einer Zusammensetzung, umfassend Cellulose- und/oder Baumwollfasern, einen Feuchtbeständigkeitswirkstoff und eventuell Leisten,
    - eventuell Einschließen von Sicherheitselementen in und/oder auf der Folie, wie beispielsweise einen Sicherheitsstreifen und/oder Elemente mit einer optisch variablen Wirkung,
    - eventuell Behandlung der Folie durch ein Klebemittel in einer Klebe- oder Imprägnierpresse,
    - Beschichten dieser Folie mit einer Zusammensetzung, die im wässrigen Medium hergestellt wird, umfassend:
    • das kolloidale Siliciumoxid, das in Form einer wässrigen Dispersion verwendet wird,
    • das elastomere Bindemittel, das in Form einer wässrigen Dispersion verwendet wird,
    • gegebenenfalls ein Vernetzungsmittel,
    • eventuell weitere in der Papierindustrie verwendete Zusätze,
    - Trocknen der Folie bei ungefähr 100 °C.
  11. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Folie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Bildung einer Folie auf einer Papiermaschine, umfassend eventuell eine Vorrichtung zum Versehen mit einem Wasserzeichen, aus einer Zusammensetzung, umfassend Cellulose- und/oder Baumwollfasern, einen Feuchtbeständigkeitswirkstoff und eventuell Leisten,
    - eventuell Einschließen von Sicherheitselementen in und/oder auf der Folie, wie beispielsweise einen Sicherheitsstreifen und/oder Elemente mit einer optisch variablen Wirkung,
    - eventuell Behandlung der Folie durch ein Klebemittel in einer Klebe- oder Imprägnierpresse,
    - Beschichten dieser Folie mit einer Zusammensetzung, die im wässrigen Medium hergestellt wird, umfassend:
    • das kolloidale Siliciumoxid, das in Form einer wässrigen Dispersion verwendet wird,
    • das elastomere Bindemittel, das in Form einer wässrigen Dispersion verwendet wird,
    • gegebenenfalls ein Vernetzungsmittel,
    • eventuell weitere in der Papierindustrie verwendete Zusätze,
    - Trocknen der Folie bei ungefähr 100°C.
  12. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Folie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Bildung einer Folie auf einer Papiermaschine, umfassend eventuell eine Vorrichtung zum Versehen mit einem Wasserzeichen, aus einer Zusammensetzung, umfassend Cellulose- und/oder Baumwollfasern, einen Feuchtbeständigkeitswirkstoff und eventuell Leisten,
    - eventuell Einschließen von Sicherheitselementen in und/oder auf der Folie, wie beispielsweise einen Sicherheitsstreifen und/oder Elemente mit einer optisch variablen Wirkung,
    - eventuell Behandlung der Folie durch ein Klebemittel in einer Klebe- oder Imprägnierpresse,
    - Beschichten dieser Folie mit einer Zusammensetzung, die im wässrigen Medium hergestellt wird, umfassend:
    • das kolloidale Siliciumoxid, das in Form einer wässrigen Dispersion verwendet wird,
    • das elastomere Bindemittel, das in Form einer wässrigen Dispersion verwendet wird,
    • gegebenenfalls ein Vernetzungsmittel,
    • eventuell weitere in der Papierindustrie verwendete Zusätze,

  13. Banknote, die aus einer Folie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 oder nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12 erhalten wird.
