Claims (11)

  1. Presse hydraulique pourvue d'un dispositif de commande comportant un cylindre (1) de presse, un réservoir de stockage (2), un ensemble soupape (3), un accumulateur de fluide sous pression (7) et une pompe hydraulique (6), dans laquelle le cylindre (1) de presse, le réservoir de stockage (2), l'ensemble soupape (3), l'accumulateur de fluide sous pression (7) et la pompe hydraulique (6) sont en relation réciproque par le biais d'une conduite (4) de cylindre, d'une conduite (5) d'accumulateur et d'une conduite (8) de réservoir, un convertisseur de pression (9 ; 9'), susceptible de fonctionner comme multiplicateur de pression et comme réducteur de pression, étant affecté à l'ensemble soupape (3), caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble soupape (3) est susceptible d'être commandé pour générer une pression amont dans le cylindre (1) de presse telle que le fluide sous pression s'écoule de l'accumulateur de fluide sous pression (7) vers le convertisseur de pression (9 ; 9'), et est susceptible d'être commandé pour décharger la presse avec relaxation des contraintes et décompression de sorte que le fluide sous pression s'écoule du cylindre (1) de presse vers l'accumulateur de fluide sous pression (7).
  2. Presse hydraulique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le convertisseur de pression (9) se compose d'un piston (9K) mobile dans un cylindre (9Z) et d'une tige de piston (9S) solidaire du piston (9K), le convertisseur de pression (9) présentant une chambre basse pression (9.1) et une chambre haute pression (9.2) séparées l'une de l'autre par le piston (9K), et en ce que la chambre basse pression (9.1) présente une section transversale A9.1 supérieure à la section transversale A9.2 de la chambre haute pression (9.2).
  3. Presse hydraulique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le convertisseur de pression (9') se compose d'une première pompe (23) ayant un volume de refoulement spécifique relativement important et d'une deuxième pompe (25) ayant un volume de refoulement spécifique relativement moins important et qui sont raccordées solidaires l'une de l'autre au moyen d'un arbre (24), un côté de la première pompe (23) ayant fonction de chambre basse pression (9.1) et un côté de la deuxième pompe (25) ayant fonction de chambre haute pression (9.2).
  4. Presse hydraulique selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la chambre basse pression (9.1) est raccordée à l'ensemble soupape (3) par le biais d'une conduite basse pression (10.1) du convertisseur de pression et en ce que cette conduite basse pression (10.1) du convertisseur de pression est raccordée
    - à une soupape de précompression (11) dont le deuxième raccordement se situe au niveau de la conduite (4) de cylindre,
    - à une soupape d'entrée (13) de chambre basse pression dont le deuxième raccordement se situe au niveau de la conduite (5) d'accumulateur, et
    - à une soupape de sortie (12) de chambre basse pression, dont le deuxième raccordement se situe au niveau de la conduite (8) de réservoir,
    et en ce que la chambre haute pression (9.2) est raccordée à l'ensemble soupape (3) par le biais d'une conduite haute pression (10.2) du convertisseur de pression et en ce que cette conduite haute pression (10.2) du convertisseur de pression est raccordée
    - à une soupape de pression principale (14), dont le deuxième raccordement se situe au niveau de la conduite (4) de cylindre,
    - à une soupape de blocage (15), dont le deuxième raccordement se situe au niveau de la conduite (5) d'accumulateur, et
    - via un clapet de non-retour (18) et une conduite sous pression (19), à une soupape 3 voies (17), dont le deuxième raccordement se situe au niveau de la conduite (5) d'accumulateur, et dont le troisième raccordement se situe au niveau de la conduite (8) de réservoir.
  5. Presse hydraulique selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la soupape 3 voies (17) peut être commandée proportionnellement.
  6. Presse hydraulique selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce qu'une soupape de décompression (16) est agencée entre la conduite (4) de cylindre et la conduite (8) de réservoir.
  7. Presse hydraulique selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la soupape de précompression (11), la soupape d'entrée (13) de chambre basse pression, la soupape de sortie (12) de chambre basse pression, la soupape de pression principale (14), la soupape de blocage (15) et la soupape de décompression (16) sont des soupapes ouvert-fermé pouvant être commandées par voie électrique.
  8. Procédé de commande d'une presse hydraulique comportant un cylindre (1) de presse, un réservoir de stockage (2), un ensemble soupape (3), un accumulateur de fluide sous pression (7) et une pompe hydraulique (6), dans lequel le cylindre (1) de presse, le réservoir de stockage (2), l'ensemble soupape (3), l'accumulateur de fluide sous pression (7) et la pompe hydraulique (6) sont en relation réciproque par le biais d'une conduite (4) de cylindre, d'une conduite (5) d'accumulateur et d'une conduite (8) de réservoir, procédé suivant lequel un convertisseur de pression (9 ; 9') affecté à l'ensemble soupape (3) est susceptible de fonctionner comme multiplicateur de pression et comme réducteur de pression, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble soupape (3) est susceptible d'être commandé pour créer une pression amont dans le cylindre (1) de presse de sorte que le fluide sous pression s'écoule de l'accumulateur de fluide sous pression (7) vers le convertisseur de pression (9 ; 9'), et est susceptible d'être commandé pour décharger la presse avec relaxation des contraintes et décompression de sorte que le fluide sous pression s'écoule du cylindre (1) de presse vers l'accumulateur de fluide sous pression (7).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les soupapes agencées dans l'ensemble soupape (3) selon les revendications 3 et 5 sont actionnées de telle sorte que
    - dans une première étape de procédé, une commande de la soupape 3 voies (17) et de la soupape de précompression (11) entraîne le fonctionnement du convertisseur de pression (9 ; 9') comme réducteur de pression et la création, dans le cylindre (1) de presse, d'une pression amont,
    - dans une étape de procédé suivante, une commande de la soupape de blocage (15) et de la soupape de pression principale (14) entraîne la formation d'une pression dans le cylindre (1) de presse, laquelle est susceptible d'être présélectionnée et correspond, au maximum, à la pression régnant dans l'accumulateur de fluide sous pression (7),
    - dans une autre étape de procédé subséquente, une commande de la soupape de pression principale (14) et de la soupape d'entrée (13) de chambre basse pression entraîne le fonctionnement du convertisseur de pression (9 ; 9') comme multiplicateur de pression et la création, dans le cylindre (1) de presse, d'une pression qui est supérieure à la pression régnant dans l'accumulateur de fluide sous pression (7),
    - dans une autre étape de procédé subséquente, une commande de la soupape de pression principale (14) et de la soupape de blocage (15) entraîne une baisse de la pression régnant dans le cylindre (1) de presse qui finit par atteindre la pression régnant dans l'accumulateur de fluide sous pression (7),
    - éventuellement, dans une autre étape de procédé subséquente, une commande de la soupape de pression principale (14) et de la soupape de sortie (12) de chambre basse pression entraîne le passage du piston (9K) du convertisseur de pression (9) dans une position souhaitée pour le prochain cycle de presse, et
    - enfin, une commande de la soupape de décompression (16) entraîne la baisse de la pression résiduelle dans le cylindre (1) de presse.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la première étape de procédé est immédiatement répétée, une commande modifiée de la soupape 3 voies entraînant la création d'une plus forte pression amont.
  11. Utilisation d'une presse hydraulique selon les revendications 1 à 7 et conformément au procédé selon les revendications 8 à 10 pour le formage de pièces céramiques telles que des carreaux.
