Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Fixieren einer in Transportrichtung bewegten, zu bedruckenden Materialbahn (4) aus einem dielektischen Werkstoff auf einem an das Klischee (3) des Formatzylinders (1) angedrückten Stahlpresseurs (5) eines Flexodruckwerks,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Stahlpresseur (5) eine glatte, elektrisch gut leitende Oberfläche aufweist ,und daß dem Stahlpresseur eine als Korona-Aufladeelektrode (8) ausgebildete Einrichtung (7,8) zum positiven oder negativen elektrostatischen Aufladen zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stahlpresseur (5) geerdet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel des Stahlpresseurs (5) über der glatten Oberfläche eine dünne Beschichtung, vorzugsweise Polytetrafluorethylen oder Rilsan aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialbahn (4) den Stahlpresseur (5) in einem Winkelbereich umschlingt, der wenigstens einen rechten Winkel bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Korona-Aufladeelektrode (8) zumindest eine Spitze (9) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitze(n) (9) der Korona-Aufladeelektrode (8) in der von der Achse des Stahlpresseurs (5) und der Tangentenlinie in dem Bereich, in dem die Materialbahn (4) auf den Mantel den Stahlpresseur (5) aufläuft, aufgespannten Ebene angeordnet und auf diesen Stahlpresseur (5) hin gerichtet ist(sind).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Aufladen einen Hochspannungsgenerator (7) für Gleichspannung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Flexodruckwerke (1, 6) vorgesehen sind, daß diese einen gemeinsamen Stahlpresseur (5) mit größerem Durchmesser aufweisen und daß in Transportrichtung (14) vor jedem Flexodruckwerk eine Korona-Aufladeelekrode (8) vorgesehen ist.
