Description

- eine Schnittdarstellung eines kompletten Kontaktelementes mit einer aufgeschraubten Hülse, und
- Fig. 2
- eine perspektivische Darstellung der Hülse.
Das Kontaktelement wird aus einem stiftförmigen Steckbereich 2 mit einem sich daran anschließenden Anschlussende 3 gebildet, auf dem ein Sägezahngewinde 5 vorgesehen ist.
Weiterhin ist eine kegelförmige Bohrung 6 vorgesehen, in die zwei Federarme 8 eintauchen, die aus dem Mantel der Hülse 7 herausgeschnitten sind.
In Richtung der Federarme weisend, ist am Hülsenende ein Kragen 10 angeformt, dessen in den Innenraum der Hülse weisender Rand 11 entsprechend den Zahnflanken des Sägezahngewindes 5 geformt ist.
Weiterhin sind mehrere Schlitze 12 vorgesehen, die vom Kragen 10 ausgehend axial in den Mantel der Hülse hineinreichen.
Dabei gleitet der Leiter an den in den Hülseninnenraum gerichteten Federarmen 8 vorbei.
Anschließend werden durch eine axiale Verschiebung der Hülse, in Richtung des Steckbereiches 2 des Kontaktelementes, die bereits in der trichter- oder kegelförmigen Bohrung 6 des Anschlussbereiches befindlichen Federarme tiefer in die Bohrung eingeschoben, wobei der elektrische Leiter - je nach Krafteinwirkung zunehmend - zwischen den Federarmspitzen 9 verkeilt wird. Die Verschiebung der Hülse erfolgt dabei schnell und einfach durch eine axiale Schiebebewegung oder auch durch eine Drehbewegung der Hülse auf dem Sägezahngewinde 5 des Stiftkontaktes.
Dabei ist die Hülse mit mehreren Längsschlitzen 12 versehen, so dass Segmente entstehen, die auch ein "ratschenartiges" Übergleiten über die Gewindezahnflanken gewährleisten.
Durch eine dem Uhrzeigersinn entgegengesetzte Drehung der Hülse 7 auf dem Sägezahngewinde 5 ist ein Entfernen des elektrischen Leiters 15 aus dem Kontaktelement möglich.
Claims (5)
- Elektrisches Kontaktelement, insbesondere ein als Stiftkontakt oder Buchsenkontakt ausgebildetes Kontaktelement (1) mit einem Steckbereich (2) und einem Anschlussende (3) zum Anschluss eines elektrischen Leiters, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf das Anschlussende (3) eine Hülse (7) aufbringbar ist,
dass die Hülse aus ihrer Wandung herausgestanzte, in den Hülseninnenraum gerichtete Federarme (8) aufweist, und
dass die Federarme in eine Bohrung (6) im Anschlussende (3) des Kontaktelementes eintauchen. - Elektrisches Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung (6) im Anschlussende (3) kegelförmig ausgestaltet ist.
- Elektrisches Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Anschlussende (3) ein Sägezahngewinde (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Elektrisches Kontaktelement nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Hülse (7) ein Kragen (10) angeformt ist, dessen Rand (11) so ausgebildet ist, dass die Hülse auf dem Sägezahngewinde schraubbar ist.
- Elektrisches Kontaktelement nach einer der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (7) mehrere axiale Schlitze (12) aufweist, die sich vom Kragen (10) in Richtung zur Hülsenmitte erstrecken.
