Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de déchargement pour évacuer des produits hors de centrifugeuses, comportant une partie de déchargement (4) avec une surface de déversement sous la forme d'une tôle de glissement à forte inclinaison, caractérisé par un dispositif de nettoyage avec un élément de nettoyage (5), qui nettoie au moins une partie de la surface de déversement.
  2. Dispositif de déchargement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément de raclage.
  3. Dispositif de déchargement pour centrifugeuses selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de raclage est réalisé sous la forme d'une lame mobile ou d'une plaque mobile ou d'une barre mobile.
  4. Dispositif de déchargement pour centrifugeuses selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de raclage est réalisé sous la forme d'une lame tournant autour d'un axe ou d'une plaque tournant autour d'un axe ou d'une barre tournant autour d'un axe.
  5. Dispositif de déchargement pour centrifugeuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs éléments de nettoyage (5) sont aptes à se déplacer par pivotement, rotation ou coulissement au-dessus de la surface de déversement.
  6. Dispositif de déchargement pour centrifugeuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs éléments de nettoyage (5) sont montés concentriquement ou excentriquement de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe médian d'un élément de déchargement (4) tubulaire.
  7. Dispositif de déchargement pour centrifugeuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement d'un ou de plusieurs éléments de nettoyage (5) est disposé perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal ou à la direction de transport de l'élément de déchargement (4).
  8. Dispositif de déchargement pour centrifugeuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de nettoyage (5) peuvent être amenés dans des positions de repos ne gênant pas le déversement du produit.
  9. Dispositif de déchargement pour centrifugeuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de nettoyage (5) sont montés de telle sorte que seules les zones, dans lesquelles sont attendus des dépôts (7), sont nettoyées.
  10. Dispositif de déchargement pour centrifugeuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une ou plusieurs buses de projection d'un flux de gaz sont montées sur un ou plusieurs éléments de nettoyage (5).
  11. Dispositif de déchargement pour centrifugeuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de nettoyage (5) sont montés de telle sorte qu'ils ne gênent pas le flux normal de production.
  12. Centrifugeuse comportant un dispositif de déchargement selon une des revendications précédentes.
