In der zweiten Funktion sind die Zinken 17 mit den zweiten Öffnungen 24, vorzugsweise an einer über die Formatbreite durchgängigen Kante oder Krümmung (Linie 25), aus der Ebene der Führungsfläche 21 in Richtung zum nachgeordneten bogenführenden Druckzylinder 4 hin abgekröpft ausgebildet, so dass die zweiten Öffnungen 24 im wesentlichen auf den Übergabebereich 19 gerichtet sind. In einer weiteren Ausbildung können zusätzliche Öffnungen 32 rückseitig in Richtung des nachfolgenden Druckzylinders 4 in die Zinken 17 integriert werden (Fig. 4), um die vom Druckzylinder 4 transportierte Schleppströmung und die unterhalb des Übergabebereiches 19 noch befindliche Umgebungsluft zu evakuieren bzw. zu reduzieren.
In zweiter Ausbildung wird zusätzlich zur ersten Ausbildung durch die in Förderrichtung 12 den Zinken 17 vorgeordnete Saugleiste 26 eine Saugluftströmung erzeugt, so dass ein Unterdruckgebiet zwischen dem am Transferzylinder 5 geführten Bogen 20 und der Führungsfläche 21 der benachbarten Bogenleiteinrichtung 11 vorliegt. Der Bogen 20 wird in Richtung der Führungsfläche 21 gezogen und in Förderrichtung 12 schwebend geführt.
In einer Weiterbildung der zweiten Ausbildung ist zusätzlich die Saugleiste 26 in einen Bogenglätter integriert, so dass der Bogen 20 zusätzlich entgegen seiner Förderrichtung 12 gestreckt wird.

Claims (6)
- Bogenleiteinrichtung mit einer Führungsfläche in einer Druckmaschine, welche einem durch zwei an bogenführenden Zylindern befestigten Greifersystemen gebildeten Übergabebereich zugeordnet ist, mit einer zwischen dem Übergabebereich und einer Druckzone angeordneten, einem bogenführenden Druckzylinder benachbarten Bogenführungseinrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Übergabebereiches (19) eine mehrere zueinander beabstandete Zinken (17) aufweisende kammförmige Bogenleiteinrichtung (15) über die Formatbreite angeordnet ist,
dass diese Bogenleiteinrichtung (15) einen Luftversorgungskasten und eine dem Bogen (20) zugewandte Führungsfläche (21) aufweist und mit einem Pneumatiksystem (29) gekoppelt ist,
dass die Zinken (17) mit dem Luftversorgungskasten gekoppelte erste und zweite Öffnungen (23, 24) aufweisen,
dass die ersten Öffnungen (23) in die Führungsfläche (21) integriert sind und
dass die zweiten Öffnungen (24) aus der Ebene der Führungsfläche (21) in Richtung zu einem in Förderrichtung (12) nachgeordneten Druckzylinder (4) hin abgekröpft angeordnet sind, so dass die zweiten Öffnungen (24) zumindest auf den Übergabebereich (19) gerichtet sind. - Bogenleiteinrichtung mit einer Führungsfläche in einer Druckmaschine, welche einem durch zwei an bogenführenden Zylindern befestigten Greifersystemen gebildeten Übergabebereich zugeordnet ist, mit einer zwischen dem Übergabebereich und einer Druckzone angeordneten, einem bogenführenden Druckzylinder benachbarten Bogenführungseinrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Übergabebereiches (19) eine mehrere zueinander beabstandete Zinken (17) aufweisende kammförmige Bogenleiteinrichtung (15) über die Formatbreite angeordnet ist,
dass diese Bogenleiteinrichtung (15) einen Luftversorgungskasten und eine dem Bogen (20) zugewandte Führungsfläche (21) aufweist und mit einem Pneumatiksystem (29) gekoppelt ist,
dass die Zinken (17) mit dem Luftversorgungskasten gekoppelte erste und zweite Öffnungen (23, 24) aufweisen, dass die ersten Öffnungen (23) in die Führungsfläche (21) integriert sind und
dass die zweiten Öffnungen (24) aus der Ebene der Führungsfläche (21) in Richtung zu einem in Förderrichtung (12) nachgeordneten Druckzylinder (4) hin abgekröpft sind, so dass die zweiten Öffnungen (24) zumindest auf den Übergabebereich (19) gerichtet sind, und
dass den Zinken (17) eine in die Führungsfläche (21) integrierte, sich über die Formatbreite erstreckende und mit einer Saugluftquelle (28) gekoppelte Saugleiste (26) in Förderrichtung (12) vorgeordnet ist. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugleiste (26) in einen in die Führungsfläche (21) integrierten Bogenglätter integriert ist. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zinken (17) zum nachgeordneten bogenführenden Druckzylinder (4) zeigende zusätzlich Öffnungen (32) aufweisen. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pneumatiksystem (29) der kammförmigen Bogenleiteinrichtung (15) mit der Saugluftquelle (28) gekoppelt ist. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pneumatiksystem (29) der kammförmigen Bogenleiteinrichtung (15) mit dem Pneumatiksystem (22) einer in Förderrichtung (12) vorgeordneten Bogenleiteinrichtung (11) gekoppelt ist und die Bogenleiteinrichtungen (15, 11) einen gemeinsamen Luftversorgungskanal aufweisen.
