Abstract
Claims (7)
- Système de démarrage électrique (10) pour des moteurs à combustion interne, qui comprend un moteur de démarrage (11) dont le circuit de courant principal (23) est alimenté par une source de courant et contient les contacts de commutation (24) d'un relais de démarrage (20) qui sont montés par des balais en charbon (31) en série avec un rotor collecteur (12) du moteur de démarrage, une protection contre la surcharge du système de démarrage permettant de couper le circuit de courant principal en cas de surcharge en fonction de l'intensité du courant et de la durée,
caractérisé en ce qu'
au moins une partie (36) du circuit principal (23) située à l'intérieur du moteur de démarrage (11) est constituée par un fusible de sécurité. - Système de démarrage électrique selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'
au moins un des balais en charbon (31) du moteur de démarrage (10) présente un toron de raccordement (36a ou 36b) constitué par un fusible de sécurité. - Système de démarrage électrique selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la section du toron de raccordement (36a ou 36b) d'un balai en charbon (31) est diminuée par rapport à la section des autres zones de circuit principal (23) et/ou isolée, de manière que ce toron de raccordement (36a ou 36b) fond quand le moteur de démarrage est soumis à une contrainte trop forte. - Système de démarrage électrique selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
parmi les balais en charbon (31) au nombre de deux au moins qui sont reliés en série dans le circuit de courant principal (23) par le rotor de collecteur (12), le toron de raccordement (36a) d'un balai en charbon (31a, 31b) présente une section diminuée de plus de 10 %. - Système de démarrage électrique selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
dans le cas d'un moteur de démarrage (11) à quatre pôles ou plus, un groupe de balais en charbon (31a, 31b) montés en parallèle présente des torons de raccordement (36a, 36b) de plus faible section que celle des balais en charbon (31c, 31d) de l'autre groupe. - Système de démarrage électrique selon une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les balais en charbon (31a, 31b) situés du côté plus dans le circuit de courant principal (23) présentent des torons de raccordement (36a, 36b) à section diminuée. - Système de démarrage électrique selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3,
caractérisé en ce que
dans le cas d'un moteur de démarrage (11) à quatre pôles, présentant quatre balais de charbon (31) répartis à la périphérie du collecteur (29), les torons de raccordement (36a, 36c) de deux balais en charbon (3 la et 31c) situés à l'opposé l'un de l'autre présentent une section diminuée de plus de 10 % par rapport à celle des autres balais en charbon (31b et 31d) situés à l'opposé l'un de l'autre.
